Everything is online. No people to talk to in person.
Since day one Veronica always assist me in any questions and issues that I may have with my units. She makes her self available, got prompt responses, she's very helpful, nice and most of all very respectful and polite. The units are very clean as well as the property, I'm very he satisfied and pleased with the service and the property. I will recommend it.

These folks are one of the most beautiful people I've ever met, very warm and kind hearted people , just love meeting family oriented, down to earth. The best storage in Ocala, Florida hands down.
I'm not used to doing everything by phone or electronically, but Maria guided me through the process quickly and painlessly and she was extremely nice. I give her 5 stars for efficiency and professionalism. And we'll be happy with finding storage close to home!

The people at the store on 45th Terrace are wonderful. Unfortunately, you cannot call them. EVERY time I try to call them I get connected to a answering service who sends a message to them. The service handles calls for all of the storage places and cannot find my information. Literally, every time I call I have to deal with people who cannot find my information or answer my questions. I have to leave a message to have people call me back. If I could directly call the office where I have storage units, they would be a five star service.
I helped my grand daughter and her husband remove everything from their unit. This was the first time I have been there. I was impressed by the "climate controlled" units but got lost in the maze of doors that enforce this option.

Easy to get unit
This storage company is amazing! I have dealt with Public Storage in the past and was a horrible experience. Bad customer service, high prices and a lot of attitude from Public Storage. From the day I first signed my contract until the day I moved out, it was a great experience. Neighborhood storage makes it so easy with their kiosk to sign your contract and they are so easy to reach on the phone and speak with. Their pricing is awesome! I HIGHLY recommend Neighborhood Storage. Thank you for such a great experience!
I initially spoke with John and he was very patient taking the time to figure out what size unit I would need to store my belongings temporarily. I had technical difficulties in receiving and signing the contract which allows access on my move in day. Yanique was able to assist me. She went the extra mile by printing out the lease and had it ready for me to sign in my car. She even slit open the top of the plastic lock packaging so I could easily get lock out. I truly appreciate and highly recommend!
Can I make reservations online?
I stored an RV and a boat without ever having to worry about anything. The facility is spotless and the people really care about customer service.

Getting pricey on original costumer and changing ownership to much now with increases and unwanted instance towards own unit

Perfect for the professional. My company has parts delivered to this location. The staff are amazing very friendly and of course the price for a unit is fair however most importantly the units and facility are very clean they keep this place nice. I would definitely recommend this to friends family and anyone looking to have some extra space for there possessions

Overpriced storage to begin with and unexpected rate increase by almost 8 dollars. Many other good options close by that are far less cheaper.
