You know I didnt trust this place at first, but the people are really nice and makes sure you are comfortable from the moment you walk foot in the door. Danesa Jackson had the best customer service and I think she should get a promotion.

Do not rent your unit here. Or why public storage. I’m looking into other places. They are legal criminals. So they charged me 500 for abandoning my “goods” I should have taken pictures I forgot too. But I left the place clean and organized I will not be paying you the months you were owed now because of this greed. I will take care of it with collections look at what greed got this location. Hope it was worth it and I’m glad I got my stuff out before they try to lock it up and showered. This place is very evil, so do not do business here unless you have no options. This was all in a 2 week span of missing one payment they didn’t even give me 15 days to pay my account they had locked my access the first day. So these all will tie into place and they will never see a penny more from me. My show low unit has seen almost a thousand or so and they’ll continue to see more. Good luck Public storage today is Saturday may 13 and I’ll be happy to move on with my life while you guys think you’ll be seeing more then 600 bucks from me ;) good day.

This is the worst storage place i have ever went to , the manager Connie is rude and disrespectful she doesn’t want to do her job when it all comes down to it. My storage amount owed for payed and she didn’t want to unlock my storage and it was still time to do so because the place wasn’t closed yet . On top of that she does not know how to deal with frustrated customers she yells , becomes very irate and screams to the top of her lungs telling me she’s not answering my questions and i can look at the door to see when they open and i can get out. Ontop of that she was very rude with the way she spoke to my mother when my mother asked her what was owed because she was paying then when i said i would be reporting her to corporate she told me good luck with that and also said some disrespectful things as we walked out of the door . She doesn’t deserve to be in any manager position or even doing customer service because she doesn’t have any great customer service she failed that test when she became rude and disrespectful any other job she would have been fired she definitely needs to be held accountable for her actions i will be filing a more detailed complaint with corporate because she doesn’t deserve that job give it to someone who actually knows how to deal with customers in public.

If I could give this location a negative zero I would!!! Connie is the most unprofessional manger I have ever come across arguing with customers calling them out of there names!!! It saddens me that this company has such a horrible uneducated person running one of your locations. This lady was yelling at the top of her lungs at customer and last I check the customer is always right! I work for a multi million dollar company and this would never be okayed from a staff member!! I will be on the phone with corporate on Monday to make sure this situation is taken care of. If I have to call every single day I will because she doesn’t deserve a manager position. The level of disrespect I dealt with today from this women is ridiculous and I will not sleep until something is done!!! If you are looking for a storage company this is not the place they have hidden fees that the Manager Connie don’t tell until it’s time to remove your stuff then it’s fee's on top of fee’s!!! Worst location in the valley!!!

Ok so been here storing my things almost a year . This facility is always well kept . Connie has been a STAR ⭐ she has personally helped me a few times . She found my storage keys I lost for weeks as well as calling to say my storage wasn't locked correctly. It's nice to know the people that work here are genuine and caring. Now I know it's a pain with the doors being broke . But you cannot blame them . Also now locking carts because a few bad apples ruined it for the bunch . Which is not Thier fault either. I Just like to say KEEP UP THE GREAT JOB GUYS . I do appreciate your hard work 🙌🌹

We used to love this area when it first opened. One of the reasons was that it was new and we felt our stuff would be safe, which it was. But the few things that have happened since we have been there. TV stolen, cameras, carts, gate door and elevators. We decided it was time to get our stuff out. We also would of stayed if our monthly rent didn't jump from 60 to 100 after a year being there. If we get a storage unit again it will not be at this location.

I came to the Public Storage today to get a new unit. So tired and weary, I was having trouble getting thimgs sorted out. Thank God for Connie!! She helped me walk through everything. With so much patience and professionalism. I could not have done it without her. I only wish there were more people like Connie. This world would be such a better place.

Super disappointed with this facility. We have used two other Public Storage facilities and never had issues like this one does. We only moved out of the other ones due to the proximity of this one to our home. Cameras are gone They didn’t have carts for a long time, then they got them and they chain them up and you can only use them during office hours, and you have to leave a government issued ID just to use one. I’ve never been asked to do this at any other Public Storage. The roll up gate is literally always broken. We have been here ten times in the last 2 months and only once has the roll up worked. Elevators are regularly out of service as well. Connie was polite and is the only positive about this place

There's always something broken or dirty. First the carts were stolen and not replaced for weeks, then there was a homeless couple sitting in the door holding it open with two dogs(one of which peed in the facility floor). Then the elevator had urine in it and it took them days to clean it. The elevators don't always work. The door is constantly out of order. For the prices they charge this should be the best facility in AZ.

The service was outstanding. I had a 10x15 storage on the 3rd floor reserved but upon arrival, discovered the elevator was out of service. Upon discussing the situation with Connie, the person on site at the time, she moved my unit to the first floor and honored the online rate I received for my original reservation. Connie and Kiara are both awesome. They take pride in this storage facility. Connie goes out of here way to make things right. My move-in experience could have been a total disaster (at no fault of Connie's), but she made things right. I appreciate the service that was provided and will recommend this Public Storage location to friends and family!

This place has gotten even worse! Both elevators are broken. No carts at all. All cameras are gone. The place is beyond dirty. Only 2 staircases on the far ends of the buildings. Trash/blankets in the hallways. No discount for the inconveniences.

Checking in was smooth and easy (thanks Connie!). Unfortunately someone had stolen the moving carts, and one of the automatic doors was broken. Hopefully that will be fixed soon.

I've had a lot of storage units over the years... I got one here first of all because the price was right. Good place to start! Connie helped me out last night in getting set up with my new unit, she was really nice and everything went very smoothly. Stuff that impressed me... OK, maybe this is silly and trifling, but the speed at which the car bay door goes up. I don't think I've ever seen a garage-type door zoom open that fast in my life. It's an odd thing to be a "wow factor" but if you've seen it then you know. More importantly, they have enough carts, and the carts are all in usable shape. This is a big deal, lots of storage facilities lack good carts or they're so beaten up they are practically useless. Big kudos for the carts! I do think that the elevators are a bit wonky, seems you have to hold the "close door" button to get them to go. And I wish that there were signs such as "Unit 100 - 149 -->" in the halls so you could find your unit more easily when you first get one. But that would be the only "could improve" factors I can think of and...for the low price, it's all good. Thanks, Connie!!

Awesome storage site unlike anywhere else, Air conditioned, Very clean, Smooth floors makes carts flow, The carts they have can hold a lot to help move quicker and easier with less trips. Big elevators, Cameras are everywhere so security is tight. Connie is wonderful she really knows her stuff to help with any question and she really cares to make sure your experience there matters.

This is a beautifully kept facility as it is very clean. They have a lot of carts you can use to transport your stuff and large elevators to allow easy access to any floor. We worked with Connie in the office and she was amazing! Keep up the great work at this facility!

No one is ever in the office, bathroom is never stocked or clean to COVID-19 standards. Prices higher than other Public Storage locations.

I have rented from this facility on two occasions. The facility and the management staff have been excellent! Great value if you have storage needs, short or long term. Connie deserves much praise for her exceptional customer service skills!

This place is great!! I was lucky and was able to store same day, for like$26.00!! Friendly and upbeat vibe with staff, who know the in's & out's of the business, there didn't seem to be anything she (I forgot to ask her name) didn't know!! Awesome 😎👍.

Both Storage Employees I dealt with were very helpful, upbeat and riendly. My only issue was, I arrived to the facility twice with no one behind the counter. Would be helpful to have at least 1 person behind the desk at all times.

The worst experience as a new customer I've ever had. I showed up to move into my unit - after driving 800 miles - at the agreed time off 10 am (confirmed 3 times), and was left stranded with a full 16 foot moving truck and 4 movers. I waited for 2 hours and I couldn't get ahold of anyone on the phone! The corporate office was absolutely no help either. There were several other customers there waiting as well - one of them had been waiting since 8:30 am. One current customer advised that they had been using this place for over a year, and had only ever seen a worker once in the office the entire time. They seem to be very flakey and unprofessional. I ended up leaving and going to a much better facility right down the road - 4 minutes south to be exact. I would NEVER recommend Public Storage to anyone. Very unprofessional, and they do not treat customers very well. I would give no stars if that was an option.

I loved everything about this storage facility! Not only was the storage facility clean and organized but Anthony was amazing, he was so upbeat and courteous and really changed my mood from being stressed and anxious to knowing everything would be okay! He made sure I got what I needed and I was happy with my outcome. He has such a passion for his job that it translated to pure excellence into his job! I would definitely recommend and I will definitely be returning to Public Storage in the future because of Anthony!

It’s 6 pm on Christmas Eve and all of our presents were safely stored in Santa’s workshop (our unit), and what should Santa (me) discover when arriving at the shop but an offline system! Luckily the district managers were incredibly prompt and helpful in saving our 3 year old daughters Christmas morning! Thank you thank you thank you!!!!

I was a patron Beyond Self Storage at this location and the facility was amazing and customer service was impeccable. Recently Beyond was acquired by PUblic Storage and since the facility and staff are not what it was. Since the acquisition occurred, things have gone down hill in my opinion; and you think with such a known brand as Public Storage that QUALITY of service would be a basis of transition but this has not happened. First we were notified by email that the acquisition had occurred but upon going to the facility we were informed that we had to go through new paperwork and also were told that we now had a price increase for insurance which we had to have; oh and the insurance was no longer third party but provided by Public Storage, which added new expense. When I questioned the Public Storage team on site of why this happened they could not provide any form of answer. I asked who may I contact from your organization to voice my opinion of this new cost and was told that they did not know. I was told that they were new and had not been trained in the acquisition process and would not know who to contact or talk to. I said so you are untrained then and was told yes. I asked for the district managers information and was told well we have this paper with his number if you would like to take a picture; REALLY? Then today, this morning within the set accessible hours, I tried to gain entry to the facility, and after input of my code, the monitor said the system had been disabled. I tried several more times and could not gain access. I contacted the new toll free number on the facility door and the representative would not even speak to me, as my wife's name was on the contract. I was angry but ok. I reached out to my wife who then contacted the corporate center and was told that all the information was correct and showed we should have access. After a few moments I again tried to gain access and was denied yet again. Upon returning home I contacted customer service at corporate, WITH MY WIFE NEXT TO ME, and again was told that all access shows be good. I was then told that we would have to wait and go back to the facility itself to straighten out this issue. I informed them that as I was not allowed to access the facility I would like a credit on the account for not being allowed to access my unit and was told that there would be no credit. In my opinion the facility is not what it was, and the customer service is horrid. I would not recommend going to this location any longer. Stay away people; corporate America is making itself present yet again. Wish Beyond Self Storage would have stayed in control of their facility! As soon is feasible I will be leaving this facility!!!

This storage facility is clean & crisp all the way around. They have a easy loading area that’s fully indoors,which makes it nice for those hot summer days. They have security cameras and elevators for there multiple levels of storage.
