This rating is for Tabitha who keeps this place spotless and secure. As for the corporate end of things.. 2stars. They need to care more about their customers and appreciate all that their staff does for them.

Was really stressed coming in and Tabitha really helped me calm down and was just respectful and she listened!!! Will be coming back!!

Customer service at this location is nonexistent! When you catch them in the office they are nice but if you need help its very likely that no one is on site. That said, it is very clean.

Where are the prices for units ?

The storage employee was very nice, but their prices were a little high for what I needed, and they did not have any 1st month specials, only the Pittsburgh store does. Also, a very nice size Public Storage.

Recently moved out of my unit, Tina was super helpful friendly and had great conversation. everything went smoothly. property was always clean and upkept everytime id stop by.

I have a unit at the sunset location but have came here to make payment sometimes Tabitha has been wonderful always smiling and willing to help.

Today I had the most amazing customer service experience with Mellisa and Tabitha, at the Deer Valley Road Antioch, CA Public Storage. Mellisa was very patient, polite, and helpful by offering me great solutions for a moving delivery issue I mentioned. Then Tabitha jumped in and assisted too. I was so grateful because she was extremely knowledgeable, funny and was just overall great with getting me setup. I will definitely refer others to this location in the future.

Went to "move in" on my scheduled date. No one there during operating hours, no one answers the phone and customer service can't help... WTH?

I have been out of a job and home for this year and had gone thru some really exhaustive times trying to survive... I also was behind on my ps storage payments and was at risk of getting everything auctioned but Dani at the rental office was there every step of my worries and made sure I was aware of the dates and how to get myself out of being auctioned... Dani is a great asset to PS in Antioch with world class customer service skills.. thank you for helping me!!

I had an minor issue at the location in Sacramento I’m renting from . I went to the nearest public storage for assistance and met Dani . Andrea is the definition of excellent customer service. Every interaction I’ve ever had with her is top notch. She is more than just a person behind a desk answering calls and booking storage unit. For example, I had trouble closing my storage sliding door. After some time trying to do it myself and with no success, I gave up and I went to get Andrea for some assistance. Long story short, she did all she could to help (I mean she really tired everything) but the door wasn’t going to closed. Not only did she gave me a new unit she gave me an upgraded unit. She realized it was no fault of my own and knew a lot of time was wasted. She made me felt like a valued customer when she went out of her way to course correct the problem. Thank you, Andrea, for your excellent customer service. I truly appreciated it. P.S. Whoever is in charge of giving a raise, please give this wonderful woman one. She deserved it.

Shady spot people always leave for lunch before the carts are unlocked.

Raised my rent twice in less than a year. Elevator has broken down multiple times requiring me to use the side emergency exit. Had to do maintenance on my unit myself because the lady there didn't know how to install a light. It is a pain getting a cart because they are locked up and half the time the only employee working is not in the office. Go somewhere else.

I have been to a few public stores and by far the one on deer Valley is the greatest Allison K went above and beyond to help us when we realize that our storage was too small she was so patient and waiting for us to decide exactly which one we want it she even went out of her way to show us the actual sizes and explain what’s the difference between sizes I would highly recommend this place just because of her.

Allison K was very helpful in helping my wife and I. Not only was she extremely kind and thoughtful of our needs but she was quick at helping us to change storage units as we needed more space. She even gave us door stoppers so we didnt have to keep opening 2 doors as we brought all our boxes in. She was really great.

Public Storage is a great way to go for immediate storage needs. The cool and convenient thing about it is the option to setup everything online. At this particular location, Tina was much more helpful when on-site, she is forthright, and efficient. The mandatory cylinder lock was an unexpected "mandatory" charge, as I thought I could use my own lock as long as it met the requirements, but that wasn't the case, and they don't reimburse for it upon move out. It seems some locations policies may be different than others. Overall, it is so far, so good, and until further notice, I will say I would use their services again.

I got a great deal on my storage unit. Tina gave me a tour of the facility. Got me in and out very professional and quickly. She asked if I needed an moving material with my move or if I had any questions. I love that she told me there's a no charge fee service if you come in and pay your unit each month or online as well.

This facility is by far the best experience I've had regarding storage. The property manager Tina from the moment you walk in the door at this location... she made me so wonderful about using a Storage Facility...she walked me through the process she walking around the property she showed me different storage sizes...she even asked me questions about what I would be storing she made recommendation what would fit my storage needs. I rented a storage unit in April and unfortunately they charged me almost double the price for three months. It took them three months to make the adjustment. Thanks to Tina the office manager for working hard to finally get my fee reduced. She did a fabulous job ...Five stars for Tina!

Talk about great timing with scoring their season winter deal! I had moved out of my residence last year and at that time, this place did not have any good deals other than their $1 rent for the first month. This last month I had to look for a bigger storage unit and just happened to check back to see if this location had any deals. SCORE! When I had searched online I wasn't sure how long their Winter Deals would last so I just held the unit (free to reserve, no credit card required, no obligation). An associate called me to confirm and I had mentioned I wasn't sure how much space I needed so we set an appointment to look at that space I reserved, and to look at other spaces. The associate that day, Tina, had helped and was very nice, knowledgeable and so easy and pleasant to work with. Her colleague, David that was also there was very nice too. It was a seamless process. She showed us the first unit which we weren't too sold on so she showed us another and gave us some good insight for the things we needed to store. Overall it was a really good experience. The place is clean and tidy. Be sure to keep checking back on their prices as it changes and seasonal deals come along. I am very satisfied with everything so far - the service, the prices, the location and cleanliness. And they do rounds and check every day to make sure everyone's locks are secure!

Ok as a storage facility but only a few storage areas are temperature controlled. Hours have been recently shortened, making it very inconvenient if you work 9-5.

Horrible customer service. Was not notified about the change in hours for the gate and went out of my way to make it in time. Was there for 40 days and am trying, unsuccessfully, to move my belongings. Incredibly unprofessional.

I usually have a good experience when I come in with Tina, but Saturday Tina wasn't in . I was greeted politely by David (Dave) and he was very helpful! I went to pick up a few things up and while doing so I dropped and broke a glass item. I tried to pick up the glass and asked if could use a broom and dust pan to pick the smaller pieces up but Dave insisted that it was okay and that he could do it! He helped me with a smile on his face and not once did he hesitate to help me despite being the only worker in the office that day! He was totally awesome! Thanks Dave!

Came in on the first day of their new system but my experience was still speedy and exceptional. Exactly why I use this storage facility.

I really didn't like this place. Yes they seem friendly but at the end it's it's just a front. First of all its not really a dollar for the first month, you must buy there lock it's mandatory but not advertise, then you must buy insurance it's mandatory but not advertising. I rented it because I really needed to put my stuff in storage. The first week of getting it is managed to get a few items in finding out the elevator are now broken I couldn't use the place for 3 weeks. Forcing me to store the rest of my stuff in a friend's back yard.all the storage places around my area didn't have the size I needed. this place didn't even offer we can find something on the ground floor until late the elevator are fixed. No phone call about the elevator no signs up until i complained not even an apology from the manager nothing but yet she called me to see if I can do a good review on them. When I finally went in to see what's going on the manager Tina told they will not be fixed until next week, I told her I want my stuff out before the next begins she said sorry you must pay for the next month even though you can't use yr storage. I said wait this is wrong I can't use it is only have a few things I was able to get in it now I must pay for the next month because yr elevator are broken. I think this is wrong I will speak with the home office she replied go ahead like I care. After calling the home office spoke the customer service you must wait 24 to 48 hr before someone call back. I informed them this was an emergency I wanted my stuff out before the end of the month and what can they do for me..I got you must wait. I finally got a call back spoke with the district manager yes he gave me credit for the next month told me not sure why the manager Tina has not called about the problem. I agreed as soon the elevator were fixed on Friday went down on that Saturday to get my stuff out. We'll can guess another problem the AC unit was next to my storage as I walked up I notice some water open the unit water all on the ground of my unit I called the girl that was working there said you have a water leak. Oh yes I will be up and check.looked around seen were it was coming from the drop pan was full of water that flowed into my unit. The girl just said oh well call yr insurance nothing we can do. I asked can I get some boxes to replace the wet ones ok ..I asked look water every were can I use 2 carts to put the dry boxes on.she said no only one cart, policy you have 3 and nobody's using them, no sorry policy under stand I don't want the new boxes to get wet well I can't policy. Can I get some towels I got for what to dry the floor. Oh no I don't have any. Wow so I must put dry boxes on a wet floor. Yep....wow what customer service give use yr money after that we don't care.i called customer service and they kept saying well it's policy we can't give out 2 carts dint care the floor was all wet. Asked well did you call yr insurance. my insurance will not come and dry the floor or send another cart. Come on be realistic they will not do that ..customer service said there is nothing we can do for you . At the time I just wanted an apology and even the girl saying let me see what we I can do. If we get busy I might need that cart back and let me find something dry the floor for you. I guess it's the customer that must call and ask for an apology. ..not going to do it you have my number and this bad review .. I will never rent front this company again.

So glad to have Tina as the manager of this PS location! She was very warm, respectful, pleasant and very helpful. She made sure that I'm satisfied with the space I rented; explained how to access the space and made herself available throughout my move. I know that you value all your employees but I must say, Tina is the best of the bunch! Thanks.

Tina, the onsite manager, was SUPER HELPFUL. After moving across country from Oklahoma, I was nervous about finding just the right unit. I didn't realize when making my reservation while on the road, that I had put my phone number in incorrectly. She made sure that my reservation didn't get cancelled and had the unit waiting for me when I arrived. It's customer service like hers, that keeps me confidant that all my belongings will be completely safe! I highly recommend this facility especially for Tina's helpful service!!!

Came in on a hot Saturday, it was nice to walk into a nice, clean, cool and air conditioned office. My fiancé and I were assisted by Breana. She was very friendly and thorough. Though, she has only been working there a short time, she seemed quite knowledgeable and answered all of our questions with ease. Service was great and we had a pleasant experience.

This is my second time at this location and i will say that both ocasions have been wonderful i first came a month ago and was helped by chris i came to get boxes and when i walked in i was rewady to walk right out those prices were way to high or so i thought but i was already there so i still made my purchase he walked me through everything i would need and also explained why the price there is higher then if you go to store like walmart its because their boxes are made better its about quality they have a good deal on boxes if you need a lot you purchase 35 they will give you 15 free but i told him there would be no way i would use them all he assured me that i may actually need more then that i just ended up gettin one of there value packs instead and a few other items he helped me pick out yesturday i went to a store to get more boxes and could right away feel the difference in quality i decided that i would be better off paying more money but knowing nothing was going to break so today i went back to this public storage and chris was there again to help me out and his customer service is great. this time i believe i left with enough boxes

My caller, Tina, was upbeat, friendly, helpful and you can hear the smile in her tone....she truly enjoys her job and helping people. I received an immediate appointment and when I arrived, my wait time was only a few minutes. She made the paperwork a breeze! She not only was fun to deal with, she also displayed great customer service. I was able to obtain a unit that was readily available....the entire facility was clean and also easy to maneuver. This morning, my wife and I picked-up some packing materials and boxes for our upcoming move. We met Jalisa, who was working at the storage facility's office. She was so pleasant and helpful. She took the time to explain what products were offered and how best they could be used. We found ourselves spending additional time there, just so we could talk with her. After our purchase, she even assisted us in carrying the boxes to our car. She is such a nice young, lady and a wonderful Public Storage employee. The Public Storage at Deer Valley Rd and Wildflower Dr in Antioch is a great place to store your belongings. The location is convenient and easy to find. The grounds are always clean. They have units that are climate-controlled, which is a big plus on hot Antioch days. The rent is reasonable. And Tina Costanza, the manager, is awesome. Tina and her staff are always there to assist you with any storage problems you may have. They have a welcoming smile. I have rented a space here for a number of years. I will continue to rent here because I am happy with the service that they provide.
