From day 1 we were genuinely welcomed to Southern California by one of the Staff, Vicki Parks. She answered any questions we had and showed us a couple different size units that we were interested in for our belongings. It helped us feel that our personal possessions were important and would be safe and well taken care of.

Worst company. Do not rent from Public Storage. They are a horrible business very unethical! They do not tell you after 6 months they are raising your rent by 40%. They send you the bill on 1st, you’re forced to pay high bill for the whole month, no notification. They say supply & demand & keep raising prices just because they like to rip off customers not because their unit is worth the increase. First do not rent from them. Second, ask other companies in LA, what is rate for the entire year if you need it for the length of time. Do not assume. When I rented from extra space storage in NYC, they called me to apologize they needed to raise the rent after 2.5 years & to warn me. So I was shocked by public storage since there is so much land here, but this is a big company, so they don’t care about you the customer.

Joshua gave the best service that I have had here. I have been storing for over 10 years and have seen 3 manager and josh is the best couldn’t say more

Just did my e-rental it was quick and easy. I am a returning customer. I really like this location. Very clean , the buildings look nice and kept maintained. I remember they had just painted it and it still looks fresh. Moving out was painless and hassle free. Thank you Vicky at the front desk. Very friendly and knowledgeable.

Had to gain access to and clear out a family member's storage unit. Joshua helped us a month ago giving us the forms and instructions we needed to take possession after his passing. The day we cleared it out, Vicki helped us set up the locksmith to cut the lock, even saved us money as we didn't need to replace the lock. Both were so friendly, patient, and helpful. Sure helped make a grueling experience a lot easier.

I had a good experience from the minute I called to the moment I went to rent the storage space. Joshua was very helpful and professional, he is great at multitasking as he is the only one in the office. People were calling and going into the office to make payments and he still maintained his good customer service. I spoke to Vicki over the phone and when I arrived she took the time to show me the unit and how to gain access. She explained to me my payment options and how to use the app. The facility is very clean and I absolutely love their unit access hours. On December 24th, l made a payment on my account and Stephanie helped me install the new public storage app. I was pleasantly surprised with the capabilities. Stephanie was great, she is so knowledgeable.

Every single time I come here I get a very warm welcome from the staff especially "Melina". She often stopsby my unit and asks me is everything ok..because she cares. I give this location 2 thumbs WAY UP. So far through out 2020, Its pretty obvious that the employees go through a customer service program or class because Stephanie is just too nice. Always smiling and laughing with customers when we run into each other at the facility as if she had no other care in the world except keeping us happy and welcome. Bravo for her kind soul, heart and smile. AAAAAA+++++++++++++. All Day,week year etc.

I have had a storage space there for the past 3 months. So far everything has been good, no problems to report. When I interact with the work crew, they are very pleasant and friendly. Also love the fact that my unit is a drive up space. No hauling a bunch of stuff through a maze.

Fantastic service! Linda is literally the nicest person ever. She's so sweet she my tooth aches. Top notch service. She even took my on a golf cart to show me the different units to avoid walking bc that day it was hot as balls. This world needs more Lindas. Public Storage without Linda is like a broken pencil... pointless. Oh yeah and the units are nice too. $1 for first month. P. S. Don't try to be funny and do the whole "Listen Linda... 😅" She's heard it before and she's so nice she still laughs.

This public storage by far is the very best. Aside from all drive up units, even the small ones, the staff here is outstanding and I've rented from other storage facilities and the customer service is not good. So Linda, Sarah and Valerie in the front office are very diligent yet caring people. My credit card had fraud so my payment was going to be late, but they were very accommodating. Most of all, very courteous and kind as I always seem to forget my gate code.

Joshua the manager of the Amar road public storage in La Puente is magnificent. He treated me with respect. He showed me how to open my unit. How to get into the gate. This manager is top-notch. He deserves a raise. And he is very easy to talk to and he make sure that everything is done correctly and that you're completely satisfied and I had a wonderful experience. And Beatrice at the Valley Public Storage store in La Puente is also terrific.

I have a storage unit at a different facility as well as at this location. It is easier paying my bill and making adjustments for my other storage here than at that location. Vicki and other Staff have a great attitude and are always available.

Vicki was great when I went in to pay my bill. She was very busy but had great customer service. A job well done.

I ususally dont take the time to go and write reviews but I have to say Josh the manager here really went out of his way to assist me I was unsure about what size i needed and instead of just giving me a blank stare he actually walked me out and showed me the different units so I could decide what was best he was VERY helpful I would recommed this location to anyone looking they are clean and Josh was very helpful.

I was very pleased with the friendly service provided by Vicky. The overall grounds were clean and well kept as was the storage unit that I rented. I will use Public Storage again if necessary.

I've rented at this location twice and I'm looking to rent again. I've looked at other storage places but none come close to the personal and professional staff you have here. Each time I rented I've rented Vicki showed me around asked how many rooms I'd be storing and got me just the right storage size for my needs. Thanks to Vicki I feel I didn't over pay for my storage needs.

I am a gate vendor (Do maintenance and repairs on storage facilities gates) and I was recently installing a new gate operator at this property. I couldn't help but notice how clean and neat this site was when I arrived, Josh, the property manager was quite personable and kind while I was in the office signing in.. Those two facts alone would bring me back to store my things if I lived in the area. While I was outside in the hot sun working the property manager Josh brought me out an ice cold blue powerade which was awesome because I was pretty parched. I am giving this property a 5 star rating for a first class experience from a vendors perspective, oh and the District Manager John Banh was very friendly and down to .earth as well. I recommend you give.this property a shot at meeting your storage needs, I'm sure you'll be in good hands at this public Storage!

What can I say, the place is clean and the employees Joshua and Chris were great. They are nice, friendly and they know their stuff. It's great to be there!

They are a rip off on lien fees, especially if you make payment before charges will be added on. Called the mgr. left message to call me back said he would not be able to reimburse me of false lien fees. I phoned public storage 800 # rep. was real nice and no problem of deleting fee, because by law that was their error. So, either pay on time or they will screw you over. Forgot to mention about 2 years ago about 6 units caught fire due to meth-lab in unit. My unit was so close to that fire, im sure traffic had to be noticeable everyday for that unit to be watched on their cameras. Not good security, but what do you expect in City of Industry close to La Puente.

I have been a long time customer of Public Storage at many different locations and have had very good experience at all locations...but the agent at the La Puente Storage is great! His name is Joshua, and he is most helpful and is always willing to help. I think Public Storage is a great company and have great agents working for them. I have been a customer for over 10 years and will continue with Public Storage! Great Job! Thanks Joshua!

Went in not knowing a lick of what to do or how to go about renting a storage unit. Laura assisted in showing me the ropes and answered any questions I had. The whole process took less than 30 minutes! Fast, efficient, and left with a nice feeling...kinda like eating pizza. I love pizza. Give that girl a raise! Reach one teach one.

Not sure Which public storage the other people who reviewed this place went to but it must not be the same one i was at cause this place was disgustingly FILTHY. I would see the same trash on the site as i would the week prior, This place really need's to be Better kept by who ever the manager is. ONLY reason My partner and i stayed so long was because of the Good price and 1 dollar for the first months rent. I would not recommend This location to People looking for storage.

Manager was very easy to work with. Half the cost of the competitor. I will use this facility if the need arises again.
