Public storage is the bar when it comes to storage facilities statewide. But I would bet on them nationally and even globally if there was a storage facility competition. From the voice friendly and professional operators, the reliability and promptness of the follow up caller to the knowledgeability of the counter person. Bianca, especially was a great help. Without a doubt, 3 things in life as clutch as a manual transmission; in n out burger, King taco and public storage, mic drop.

Affordable storage but only issue is customer service. I'm annoyed when I can't find someone on site when I need help. Very frustrating.

This is such a nice and clean storage. The staff, Candice, was very kind and helpful in assisting with everything we neededto get in to our storage. She also had really cold water for us when coming in to the nice, cool and comfortable office from the hot and humid heat. This is definitely one of the nicest public storages I've seen in quite a while!

So I have to say that the customer service is excellent, everything inside and out was clean without a trace of discomfort. It's affordable and just all around worth the time to just check location and everything that it has to offer. So make sure you come in and ask for Candace and tell her we said hello and thanks for just the ice water in 86 degree heat. You are appreciated.

They need to have staff take lunch at the same time every day, so we know when they are available!! The carts are locked and everytime I come, staff is not available to unlock them. For example, today I got here at 11:30. The clock on the front door said they'll return at 1:00. I left and came back at 1:45. The clock now says they're returning at 2:00 and the door is locked. Really?! Frustrating!!

Set up with Candice, very helpful, showed me unit, explained insurance, locks, etc. Init was VERY clean, has lights, convenient access hours, nice facility. Definitely recommend. ADDING IN May, 2021: Scaling down my stuff in storage, but will still need a smaller unit for longer term. Regina was walking by my unit and said hello, I asked her about cost and availability of smaller units. She gave me generic info about pricing and options, and asked if I would like more info, I said yes. She came back shortly with the available options, including one very close to my existing unit, and showed it to me. I decided to take it immediately, went to the office shortly and Regina went through the whole process with me, adding the new unit to my existing profile without any difficulties - she really knows her stuff and explains it very well. Through the years I have had my first unit, I have never had any difficulties. My "Definitely recommend" is still in force!

Normally I find a middle ground with business's reviews, however, having been burglarized 7 times at this facility with no contact nor concern from any level leaves with with only one option; To rightly slam this Public Storage. I have lost 85% of what I had stored there without any empathy or verbal apology. So, if that's too negative so be it. I was robbed, they just keep on ticking... Insurance doesn't replace a sense of Security.

The staff has a bad attitude and they speak loudly. When I rented a warehouse here, the staff told me that the tenth of this month to the tenth of the next month is a month ，After receiving the error message, I paid another month. I paid off the arrears a long time ago, that is, 3/9/2021, 3.30 pm. I went to the service center and rented a larger warehouse. She told me that I was owed，But I have paid and asked her to check the system usage for me. She said she didn't know, she didn't know anything about it, she was very troublesome, unhappy, very loud and had a bad attitude. This is not my fault! This is a problem with your company's management. I only need to get the information I should know, but they can't manage such a bad company and employees with such a bad attitude! Why spend money to be angry!！I went to Customer today，Very good attitude，Public Storage is not worth choosing！3/9/2021, the employee who goes to work at 3.30 pm, if you are not happy to work there, leave. Don't bring emotions to customers. This will damage your company's image! Very bad person

The facilities are not secure we were burglarized and provide what you need to get moved (freight lifts, push carts, padlocks) and are pretty insecure since the units are monitored on site (supposedly) Candice was very helpful in getting me set up quickly and efficiently. The only drawback besides getting robbed blind I would say is to make sure you get a unit that has a light inside, it can be difficult to move things around in near-darkness.

The worker cannot show the space and don't want clean the space at all

DO NOT USE THIS FACILITY!!! If you have items in indoor storage, CALL Public Storage Headquarters immediately! There was a roof collapse in mid-May 2020. No one has contacted me at all!! I happened to find out by showing up to facility a few days ago, and having no access to my unit (hallways boarded up). There are major damages! Building management was notified in mid-April 2020 of already sagging ceilings. There are major damages to storage units due to ceiling collapse!!!

I'm a corporate customer with multiple storage units rented here and the customer service people here are apathetic and act as if I'm inconveniencing them by attempting to rent additional open spaces. It's too expensive for me to relocate my storage but at least I can help other people not do business here. I'll add that the positive reviews are suspiciously similar.

This place is, simply put, the best. The manager, Griselda, takes care of all of my needs. She couldn't be sweeter! The property is off the freeway but is tucked away on a side street, so it's nice and quiet. They have two storage areas--one for cars in the front and another in the back where they have more parking spaces and storage spaces. Really, if you're looking for a place to store and want a facility that is quiet, well managed, and above all else--SAFE--I couldn't recommend this one more. Really enjoyed my time here.

I was looking for storage and visited several different locations but had no intention on renting for several more weeks. I have been at this location for six years now. Although it did not start off as a Public Storage the transition was smooth and the Staff and Management have maintained the property and improved many of the outward appearances. Griselda & Jennifer are excellent and courteous Managers and/or employees and are always on hand to take payments, answer questions or simply handle what tasks they undertake. I have had no bad experiences at this site and will continue to store my goods there so long as the need is required by my duties. It is an older facility, thus the staff do a bit extra to keep her up and running, but Public Storage has a great reputation and these personnel maintain that high standard of excellence. Thank you.

I have thought of moving properties, but the fact that Griselda is such a nice rep not to mention courteous person that I've recommended this site several times to friends and family.. The moving process is difficult for any family. The concern of where to store your "family treasures" and belongings is an even more difficult process. My family and I were very concerned about the safety of our belongings. However, once we went to this Public Storage and met Griselda, our minds were immediately consoled. Griselda's confidence in this facility and her kind and pleasant demeanor, immediately gave us the peace of mind that we needed. Needless to say, our belongings were kept very safe and were always accessible to us when we needed them. Additionally, the facility was always clean and very well maintained. I love this public storage in Diamond bar. I have been with this storage for three years and I love how Griselda helps me with any questions I may have. she"s the best, everyone there is very friendly and I love how the storage is clean. If you want a safe place for you storage needs you must go to public storage in Diamond bar.
