Don’t store your belongings here, I regret it. Staff named Victor is awful he refused to help be and was rude to me and people over the phone. Edword was great and did all he could to help. If he wasn’t there I would would have had no help. I regret storing my belongings here due to Victors terrible customer service. Find another local location.

Horrible experience. Storage was robbed and vandalized. Everything stolen. I was told to make a police report and file a claim. No additional assistance.

Came to this facility to move out. I forgot how great the service here. Remind me of a good old days when service was a issue. Robert Victor and Enrique are the best they backup each other and they're easy to work with. Wish I didn't have to leave.

There is no handcart and no one is responsible. How can people take their goods to the warehouse?

RUN DON’T WALK !! This place has rats, a very serious rat problem, and they will lie about it until you move in and give you traps , there are baby mice and mama rats everywhere. Then there’s random people sleeping inside after closing and stealing things, they hop from roof to roof and pull the wire back and steal. The employees, they might even be involved because they know who’s sleeping but won’t report when things go missing. And conveniently have cameras on some but not all units!! They ignore you when you confront them and don’t do anything to help the situation. Please save yourselves!

So this place may have you clicking on it because it’s appealing as one dollar. Well, you better be certain that you want to go through with this because this is my experience I am going through something personal and I have to leave the state immediately so on November 23 I made the reservation however on the 24th I wanted to call to cancel because there is no way through their site corporate or otherwise that you can cancel this reservation. So I tried to follow by their rules. I sent a message 12 hours later I did not receive any follow-up message I called and left a voicemail 12 hours later I did not receive any follow-up voicemail and there was no notification that they were going to be off on a holiday or the day following. Finally on November 26 I received a call saying that the reservation will be canceled and I will be refunded and I will be sent an email with that. And that should’ve been a great five-star experience however, today November 30 I look into my account and my account is overdrawn by $36 because they in fact did not refund me but they charge me for the actual storage day so when I called the facility, there’s nothing they can do about it because of the system that they used which is having them send me a paper check. In this year 2022 they’re saying that they cannot cancel a check and use that money to refund it to my debit card electronically is an “impossible thing to do”. If you do any type of electronic payments by public storage and you want a refund, they”ll will give you the refund however, it will be issued by check so whatever card or ach method …. make sure you don’t need it. I received no help, no empathy nothing when the majority of problem was with public storage employees and their lack communication and transparency please be aware.

Wonderful customer service today. There was a shortage of dollies and I had a flight to catch so I was starting to panic. Cloie (sp) brought me the office dolly and helped me load my car. I thought there was no chance I could catch my flight but her cheerful energy worked somehow to make unloading and traffic smooth. I made my flight — thanks you Cloie and other wonderful staff there!

Rented a 5x 4 After 1 month it was broken in, burglered. Stole my stuff, valuables gone. Terrible. Not safe to put anything there. Hunington Park LA , no good! It looks safe with pin and access but it is not! Canceled rental immidiately

Cloie was very polite, professional, and helpful. She promptly fixed an issue with my rental agreement. She helped when I loaded my things onto the cart. She also helped with handing my items up the ladder. I was irritated at first but her demeanor calmed me. Girl needs a raise.

At first i thought this place was worth the price. Needing code for each gate and elevator, as well as cameras everywhere. The place looks fairly clean and has AC as a bonus so figured my stuff is safe. But unfortunately my unit was broken into. I paid a lot for this place because I reasoned the extra price is for the extra security. But looks like I was wrong. I am in one morning to grab some stuff and leave but instead spent hours dealing with this fiasco. I just decided to move all my stuff out and now have to deal with insurance who after looking at reviews do not seem like the most hopeful/understanding. If you have anything of value or anything sentimental that you don't want stolen, look somewhere else.

We needed a storage space fast, I reserved online and came to the Alameda location to finish the transaction. Cloie helped us out, she gave us a tour of the unit and shared important info along the way. She was super nice and helpful and explained the insurance, the way the prorate would work etc. She made sure we got the best rate which was amazing! Don't hesitate, if you need to put stuff away come to this location!

I have rented units with other Public Storage locations but this location has by far been the best one yet. Each time I come to Huntington Park, I'm always satisfied with the facility. The staff here provides excellent customer service and help me meet my needs. The units are always well taken care of and cleaned, which makes a huge difference. I would absolutely recommend this location to anyone looking for a storage unit.

Worst storage experience ever. Property Manager was exceptionally rude when I questioned why she locked me out of my storage - my bill was paid! I gave notice to vacate 15 days in advance but still received a bill for July, smh. I had to spend more time over the phone getting that charge off, good thing I had pictures of my emptied storage. Terrible hours, dirty facilities most of the time I used it, and to top it off, no cameras to protect our personal effects. This is NOT a safe place to rent a storage.

Prices have jumped up twice in a year, gonna start looking for a new storage facility. From $250.00 a month to $485.00 month..🤬🤬

Don’t store your things here unless you want it to get stolen! I heard theres break ins all the time. We lost over $8k worth of equipment to someone who broke our lock, and they cant even find them on security cameras, which do not cover any ground. This facility has ruined my life. Do not go here.

Poor customer service , the manager is always rude. They raised my rent By $100 .. I'll never again rent at any public storage again for the ridiculous raised amount they did , now I'm about to loose my unit because I can't afford that. The property always has elevator problems, no carts , when you ask for help , they ignore you. But you miss a payment , they're calling you 24/7.

I've only been here 2 weeks and this is my first time using a storage and this is by far the worst storage experience I have ever thought of !!! Twice these people have locked up my Driver's license in their office because they ask for ID to hold just to use a cart !! They were out of the office and I had to wait almost an hour for my ID to leave. Once they were about to close while keeping my ID. They had me waiting an hour to use the bathroom key because bathrooms stay locked. I'm definitely moving out this week

Extremely poor customer service. The information I was emailed with my gate info says I have access until 9pm. I showed up at 6 PM with a truck. I entered my code and it said that they were closed I went to the office and the woman inside yelled from behind the counter that they were closed I said I’m aware that they are closed in the office however I just need access to my unit it says I have until 9 PM at least (pointing to phone). She pointed at the window and said that they were closed. (The window only has office hours it does not have anything listed for access hours.). The woman had an attitude And continued to yell from across the way, her attitude became more obvious as I continued to ask her to repeat herself. A problem that could have been easily mitigated had she at least come within a descent eat shot in order to address my concern. She was extremely unprofessional unfriendly and unhelpful giving attitude and yelling passive aggressive remarks instead of addressing my concern of access hours. 6pm is extremely early to not have access to a unit. Their hours are not convenient nor do the match what I was emailed. The individual next to her just sat there in silence. The last thing I was able to hear her say was to call the property manager so they could tell me that they were closed. She was extremely rude. She could have came to the door and at least explained that there were errors instead of yelling smart remarks. I rented a truck and have to now keep it another day on-top of being treated so rudely.

No trash cans available for customers. Employee was extremely aggressive and rude when I asked if I could throw away a few small pieces of trash. Price increased without warning. The hours are also really terrible.

Horrible experience!!! my stuff were full of rat physis. I was so disgusted.My sister got an allergic reaction. I couldn't leave my belongings there one more day. I had to throw away most of the things I had stored. Which is the worst part and the rest I had to move to Firestone Public storage. Much better service of location !!

This was my first time renting a storage unit so I was recommended to Public Storage on Alameda and Florance in Huntington Park and to my surprise from the moment I got there they took care of me. Easy to access my storage great prices to even friendly customer service.

Super disappointed I’ve never had a bad experience with public storage but this facility and specially the manager Robert is terrible. The guy is extremely rude and will argue with you under any circumstances, he will not care.

The facility is dirty. The staff members are there to play around and not work. The manager I have no idea how he got the job he needs to go aka ; Robert. Public storage needs to change upgrade this whole facility before it all gets ruined.

I called and talk to a Rep over the phone I believe she was on the East everybody thing she stated to me was no “bull she state that I would be receiving a call from the Huntington Park storage to verify my confirmation. About 15 min Valerie called and confirmed the offer given and explained my opinion of coming in or doing it online. And when I showed up Valerie gave a welcome and explained everything again I was just waiting for the bait and switch. Never happened. Chris was also helpful on the tour. And Candy was busy helping other but did offer to help when I was leaving. I gave all 3 a 5 for good teamwork and an A t to Valerie she really knows her job. Keep up the great work Team Huntington Park.

They're so rude and disrespectful. Not necessarily with me but as I'm trying to get information i here how the manager is speaking to other customers. Still has the audacity to say this one man go ahead and call the corporate it won't change a thing. Wow, then with me, yes i owed money me having a balance and needing to pay that is not the point. They told me I had to a specific date or my things would be auctioned. Then they go auction my unit before the date they gave me and no where in there emails does it specify the date of auction and in the email before the auction it just reminds me that an auction is coming but doesn't again say when.

If only we were able to access our facilities after 6pm. Doesn't even have to be 24hr access. Anyone else agree?

I generally don't like public storage or any big company that dominates one particular service and public storage definitely dominates because they buy out the little guy, which gives us less choices on that particular service. Anyway I was pleasantly surprised by the assistant manager there today I wish I would have gotten his name we had a great conversation about why my card wouldn't go through and I couldn't pay my payment he was calm and courteous with me , and respectful ,and he was very engaging. This is something that I don't usually find a public storage so kudos to you public storage! Looks like you're changing some things from the inside out hopefully??

Los espacios estan muy caros y aunque el personal es muy amable y la oficina limpia , lo Malo esque cierran alas 6 de la tarde y a Esa Hora ya no puedes meter o sacar cosas de tu storage y Los asensores se descomponen seguido y lo peor esque tienen Los Banos cerrados y ahi llegan familias enteras con niños una emergencia y Los baños cerrados solo Los trabajadores de la oficina Los pueden usar y no se vale yo creo que deverian tenerlos abiertos 😀

I've always used storage services and this place is one of the best ones. This place it's a new structure therefore the place it's always clean and it has elevators. Secure place for your belongings you have a personal code to use the elevator, gate and automatic doors. What I like the most about this place is that they always have the AC on. 👌

Honestly I've been storing some things at this location for a few months and I just went in a few hours ago and it looks clean and just the way I left it when I took it. I'm pretty pleased with this storage thus far. Gotta give them a try if your looking into it. Only one thing, I was having some trouble with the app. I mean it worked but it was slow at the site. I was able to use it to gain access but I had to wait a little while to load it. I think it has trouble knowing which entry point you're at. It worked but it has it's kinks. I recommend you knowing your code just incase it's not working. Anyway, I got a decent price might want to give them a try if you're looking for something clean and nice.

Poor customer service. Increase of rates followed by a decrease in access. Original hours allowed for customers to access belongings until 9pm daily. Access is now restricted to 6pm M-F and 5 pm weekends when conflicts with the hours posted online.

It was great , I made my reservation on line and I wasn't aware that if it ends with the letter A , at this facility, it is way up top ,above the other units and you have to climb this large ladder and carry boxes up.to the space. Iwemt to the office and they transferred my online payment to another unit. I was very happy. They are professional , and the staff is thorough and kind.

Does not meet my expectations, elevator is disgustingly dirty! When I go I never see staff doing rounds even though they say they do. I do not feel safe to be there organizing my storage because I do not see staff or cameras in case something happens to me. I should look for another storage place where I feel safe to be there.

Update 2/4/2021 Hours have changed which makes it impossible to check out a cart because alof of customers are forced to come during the "new" hours. They need more carts!! What was supposed to be a 5minute move in took over 30minutes going back and forth and yes the elevators are slow. Also they have terminix traps everywhere which makes you wonder about termites or even rats as many are saying. It makes me wonder about having my storage in this facility Lastly the gated door at the entrance. How can we park and go out the door into the office and ask for a cart and properly head back into the property trough the door you came out. You can't because it locks as soon as you leave. You're forced to use the car gate which is un safe and cars are passing. This facility needs alot of improvement.

Im new to getting storage the unit I ordered was to small. Kim was amazing she helped me transferred to a new storage in 5 minutes, Kim and blanca were very helpful and friendly. The reason im giving 3 stars is because my storage was broken into, I do believe this was very random what happened to me, but the facility needs to have way more cameras and owners need to be more liable for theft on there property.

Amplio parqueo. Muy seguro. En vada entrada: al parqueo, al edificio y en los ascensores DEBES de colocar el password asignado caso contrario no podrás accesar al área deseada. Hay carretas pero hay horas pico que se escasean, ya que están bajo llave, si deseas una tienes que ir a oficina con un ID y te dan llave del candado. Al regresar llave te devuelven ID. Si tienes que hacer varios viajes con tu vehículo no regreses la llave para que puedas utilizar la carreta, caso contrario tendrás que esperar para que se desocupe una.

Great place, easy to use, nice staff

The staff is friendly Abbas they're finally putting bars on the ceiling of the lockers. Now my stuff won't get stolen ever again. All in all pleased except for my stuff getting jacked because they had chicken wire on the tops of the lockers before.

Horrible. Moved my stuff after one month. They lock up the dollies and dont provide more than 5 for all the people during their open ours. They dont supply any trash bins or trash cans whatsoever. Dont leave your stuff at this storage.

Very well maintained facility. I like the fact the you need to enter your code at least three/ four times (To enter thru gate, thru building, to use elevator, and to exit thru the gate). Although, I was not happy that with the agent at the front desk that said I had to carry "insurance." Don't be fooled like I was, no insurance is needed based on the contract. That's at least $11 savings per month for $3000 coverage. "6.1 You may purchase the insurance that we offer as a convenience to you, but you are NOT required to purchase it. IF you elect to purchase that insurance, your monthly payment will include an additional amount for the coverage you select. See paragraph 2.1.3 about how payments are applied.

This location is very well maintained and cleaned. The staff are great and very helpful. Krystina was the one assigned to help me and she did absolutely great. She went above and beyond to help me pick out the right storage. If you ever need a space to store your stuff look for Krystina. I will definitely recommend the location to my friends and family.

Please do yourself a favor and do NOT RENT HERE! RATS, MICE, ROACHES! They will make a home in you things! The staff does NOT CARE They do as little or less than humanly possible, With an attitude that rivals DMV workers! All around bad news stay away! Honestly I know you hear people says they would give a place zero stars if they could, this is one of those places! ZERO STARS

The team is very helpful, and easy going. Particularly Stacy, she was very helpful and kind.

I made a reservation and when I went to the office to finalize it, they told me they had canceled it because on the phone I asked for a better deal. I never did such thing. Worst experience ever. Such a waste of time.

Multiple items stolen from my storage unit. No one at the front desk knows anything. They tell me that law enforcement is not allowed on the property and to file a police report at the police station. Really, really horrible experience.

Chicken wire on all storages break -ins alot

This is what happens when you use public storage. But if is not enough that your unit gets broken in to but the fact that the staff did not even care about the situation is what really put me over the bridge.. I am done with this..

Honestly this is my first time needing a storage. I was unsure on how this would work or how big of a unit I would need. Thankfully I met Tracy, great customer service really. She took her time with me to explain the process and helped me see what size would be best for my things. I have been here now for a while and definitely recommend this location. Clean and always pick up the phone and they continue to have great customer service.

Really appreciated the service and price that's why I gave it any stars at all. Now. Why it deserves NO STARS for the facility itself. On the second floor right in front of the elevator is almost blocked off with bags of stuff so many that you could barely get out of the elevator and you could tell it had been there for awhile because there were ROACHES crawling all over it and inside the facility as well. Very glad I found another storage facility because this is very disgusting and scared me to think that what if those roaches got into my stuff while being stored there. Like I said the staff was friendly and price was decent but with there being straight up roaches it's a HELL NO from here on out.
