Very friendly and helpful employees on site, however the price of the storage when we moved in a couple of years ago was $350 a month, now it's $690 a month. They just keep going up on the rent to fast and to often.

I got my storage unit the beginning of august, I realized the light did not work and I had a problem with the door locking properly. At that time I asked the staff to repair it, and they said they would. It's been almost 20 days later and it's still not repaired. I will not ever recommend Public Storage to any of my friends. Because I cannot see in my unit and my things are not locked properly.

It was a few minutes to close but customer service was non existent. I really don’t appreciate the attitude and short remarks when I’m just trying to gather my things and check out. I would love if they could improve on their attitude even if you’ve had a long day and are ready to go home. I pay for a service and expect that minus the attitude.

I recently moved out of a public storage and my mother needed a space so we came to this location and Gary helped us out. He was so efficient, he found her the perfect storage space near the elevator.

Really bad storage . workers lier. I said that I will don't want use the storage, took their belongings. 2 months later the dream came to a new price at $ 790.

I went into this location and the service I received from John and Stephanie was top of the line thanks guys we need more folks like you them nowadays.

I stopped in to this location to get some supplies, I needed to wrap my mattress up so that I can paint my bedroom. I was greeted by The property manager Stephanie and john, they helped me with my needs and also informed me about the benefits of my purchase. Stephanie let me know that once I was done in my room I could use the mattress bag as a drop to protect my floors when I paint my kitchen. Thanks Stephanie I would have never thought to do that you made this project less stressful for me.

Ive been renting at this location for 5yrs now and Stephanie has been here for 4 of my 5 years. I would like to take the time to say I apreciate her, she explains everything to me in away thats not confusing, not to knock any of the other employees but shes the only one I like helping me. I trust her she like my doctor that knows everything about me she's welcoming and caring like a mother, although I have 20yrs on her. After two failed marriages she gives me hope their are still good women out there I told her I'm going to buy a dog and ride out into the sunset that tickled her she's a good person. Also their was a gentleman wprking with her he was good but I prefer her help she knows the business.

I really loved there service would recommend this storage. Oscar helped me today he was awesome he was super friendly and very attentive. Not a lot of places give good customer service. Definitely worth my money.

Came into office today to get some information on some storage units, the employees Lucia and Stephany were very informative and just made my experience over all amazing. Came out laughing out the office. These 2 lady's are amazing, Cant wait to move in next month.

My grandfather stopped into this location for supplies to back up the kitchen, he was greeted by a young lady names Stephanie, he was so impressed at how courteous and helpful she was to him. I was blown away at how he told me she gave him a card to use if he wanted to compliment her on the service he really received today from her. I am glad to post this review to say thank you to this young lady for being kind and courtesy to my grandfather young people now day have no consideration for the elderly. The Service here at Public Storage on Crenshaw has amazing customer service. Meeting and dealing with Daliesa every time i make a payment she has a smile on her face and make sure everything is going well with my storage. Came in to this location because it is close to my old apt and I wanted to get info on a storage unit, the store was busy with people and I was helped out by the District Manger it's nice to know that he wanted to save me money then just renting me the biggest unit they had he has great customer service and I felt like my needs were met! The ladies in the store are very friendly and welcoming also, I will recommend this place to friends and family

I live very close to the facility and had never been to a Public Storage site. I walked in to inquire about becoming a client and was received by Stephanie. She was very welcoming, professional, and thoroughly explained her site's options re: all available plans. In addition, she answered all of my questions completely. She is very engaging, courteous, and has a strong sense of providing excellent customer service. I am very pleased with my contract and the service I continue to receive from Stephanie and her colleagues at the Los Angeles/Crenshaw facility.

This Public storage has the most outstanding customer service. I came in today pay my bill and I was greated by the most two young ladies, Stephanie and Alba. They had the most energetic smiles and moods to help any customer that walks in there. I will keep going back to pay my bill.

Our company has been using Public Storage for all of our storage needs for many years. Just recently we had to do an upgrade to a larger storage unit and the staff was great accommodating us with a fast and easy transition.
