Came to the property to help my friends storage and this place is clean, met with the property manager Eliza she is very friendly and greeted us upon arrival great personality.

Expect multiple rent increases per year, with increases as high as 30% each time. In less than 4 months I received a rent increase of 30%. They claim its because of "the market". Nothing in their business model, besides greed, justifies this. As Michelle told me, If that doesn't work for you, you're welcome to move to larger apartment or home.

I rented three large storage units for 6 months and they still charged me after I moved out on the 2nd of the month. No compassion. I will be hunting for other ways to give an unfavorable review. Spoke to 3 different departments.

This being the only self storage facility in Boyle Heights, I would expect a better experience. The lady in the front was nice. It was first time in the facility I quote the lady mentioned she could not give me a tour or guide me to my space due to the epidemic. I end up getting somewhat lost but did find my space. After 20 mins of being there I decided to leave as I am coming out a Caucasian man appears and sure enough you have Ms Eliza coming out of her office to give him a tour. Oh why would you undermind me is it because I am latino. Just beaware that Boyle Heights has primarily Latinos in the area. So if she just giving me the short end of the stick what other paying customers does she do that for who are Latino.....

Had a very good experience with Public Storage, based on my experience with one of their employees by the name of Christopher. He is a fine young gentleman who, I believe, takes his title and position "too seriously". By "too seriously", I mean Christopher is simply great and seems extremely interested in his job. I'm unaware how things go about in Public Storage, as I can assume many individuals want to take advantage of those working for Public Storage, but Christopher just seems like the best way to go. I'm convinced Christopher is the face of Public Storage. Very good conversation holder, magnificent employee, and overall a down to earth man who seems like he's willing to go above and beyond for clients like me. I wish I owned a business so I could offer Christopher a position and be able have him on my team, simply because of his attitude. I'm a big fan of leaving reviews, and very detailed ones at that. Thank you, Christopher.

This is the worst place ever. There is no acception to their policy. My storage space costed 400 each month. Beware after that first month for 1 dollar they bully you and do not make any acceptions to payment methods. My belongings are being auctioned off and I don’t get paid until the next day. This is the worst company ever. Try a mom and pop place that will be more accommodating & NOT corporate. I spent approximately $800.00 trying to salvage and I HATE Public storage.

ONE. To Expensive overall. Prices are ridiculously high. There are no special services given that are different from other places. It's a burden for someone who cannot drive long distances to reach their stored goods who have settle for public storage. There aren't many local self-storages around this area of the Boyle Heights community. TWO: At this particular location I've had problems with the security of my stored property. Over two year's time I've been asking them to fix a hole in the wall that's basically a half inch drywall on metal stud framing and I even offered to fix the problem myself temporarily free of charge as long as they provided the material. They said they would get to it and I had reminded them several times and it's still not patched properly. Just wanted to update- Jun 20th 2018 -the hole is still there, and the a-holes raised the monthly payment 3 times since the last time.

Young lady in the front desk helped us, great customer service, very knowledgeable, in and out no problems, I'm super happy we chose this location. Thank you so much Erika.

My unit got broken into apparently there has been 5 others this week alone.. I lost everything I had in my unit and the insurance won't be able to cover 1/4 of what I lost. Nobody should rent here.. I'd give 0 stars if i could

Public Storage 7685 Pohick Rd Lorton, VA 22079 You want to talk about a joke. Its filthy. The bathroom was closed off for excess of 7 weeks for a broken toilet handle. Repaired and now less then a week later it is closed because some poor kid had a accident only been 5 weeks since the accident. Why can the simply clean the bath room. Oh were do the go. Guess what in there private bath room. Since management was changed in March 2015 its always filthy, No carts, No bath room. Some one needs to call the County Health Dept over this public building and complain.

My experience with this Public Storage was surprisingly good. Edson was very helpful in helping me find a unit. I was given a call by them a week before my rent was due reminding me of the deadline (which helped a lot) and when it was time to move out Edson once again was very helpful in moving me out painlessly.

The Public Storage location on Boyle Ave. in Los Angeles, has without a doubt exceeded my expectations and is run very efficiently. The one thing that stands out is Eliza. She is outstanding and was always so helpful, especially since I lived in Michigan and had to take care of everything from a distance. I will give her 5 stars without hesitation. Thank you Eliza for your service!
