Darlene gave me the best help when it came to opening up a storage account. She answered all my questions when I had any. She also took the time to remind me that my payment was almost due.

I got a unit here and the experience was excellent. The service we received from the front office was pleasant and painless. I never needed to store our things but recent move has forced to temporarily place my belongings here. Very clean location, which was very important

We got the worst spot. The elevator did not go to our level and I didn't see a disabled ramp. Had to carry heavy items up and down stairs.

Had my stuff here for a few years, always paid on time. They doubled my rent in one year! Went from $260 to $500 in a year. Insanity. The facility is small which is convenient but not very well thought out for moving items in and out.

This storage facility is really great!!! The staff, specifically, Bianca, at this location, and Pedro, on the phone when I was booking my unit for the 1st time, could not have been more helpful and patient. They answered all of my many questions and concerns and were very responsive to my specific needs. When I went to the location for the 1st time, Bianca took me personally to my storage unit and showed me the easiest way to get to it and a little short cut that I never would have figured out, that make it easier for me to load my stuff into my unit. The customer service was way more fantastic than my jaded self ever expects anymore from any company anywhere. I was also impressed with how clean the facility is. I’ve used other storage places in the past and none of them were as clean as this one is. I would have given them 10 stars if I could!!

Ricardo is very personable and helpful. Move in to the unit was simple. We had some difficulty securing the unit due to miscommunication regarding payment polices between corporate Public Storage and the local Public Storage. After three trips to the facility, everything worked out.

I booked a space online that was described as a medium room, 10' by 7.5'. When I arrived to see the space I opened the doors to this view; more than half of the cubic sq ft was blocked by this solid wood thing hanging from the ceiling. It's not a partition or a cabinet space, just completely chopped the entire unit into less than half of the advertised usable space. I went back to speak to the manager on duty and she first tried to say "well, what are you trying to put in there?" When I said "that's not the point, I paid for what should be an empty cube", she said "well ten by seven and a half means that it's half available, what do YOU think that meant" what? In what universe would that be the interpretation? She said this facility is mostly "odd sized" units, which is absolutely not advertised and was not explained to me over the phone when I got a confirmation of booking call. Do NOT reserve here online, call and ask what the space actually looks like. Incredibly shady to charge hundreds of dollars for this.

Public Storage came through when I needed them to! Had it for a couple months, they have wagons onsite so you can load more for half the time. Elevators too!

Darlene was Awesome super friendly explained everything. I made reservations online but once I got to the facility to look at the unit they are were oddly shaped no stacking room what so ever online reserved one that looked like a shelf when opening the door boxes are heavy not trying to left them up Darlene was nice enough to show me another unit this one was also L shaped but you have to slide items in I guess better then lifting, I needed storage in a hurry so went ahead & got it. Darlene did try to explain on the phone that it was L shaped but didn’t picture the no height part of it, keeping my fingers crossed it works. At least for the month I already paid for

I had nothing short of a super simple and budget friendly experience renting a unit for the first time! I compared a lot of other storage facilities and glad I chose public storage. I reserved a space online came into view it and I was not disappointed. From the moment I stepped in Leanna made me feel welcomed giving me a tour and answering any questions I had which cleared my concerns of renting a unit for the first time. She made the experience stress-free and assured that I made the right decision. Thank you!!!!

We are moving across country and needed a small temporary storage space. I was able to reserve a space and schedule a day online to see it without obligation. When that date was close I received an email and a friendly phone call reminder. When I arrived I was greeted by a professional and helpful attendant, Leanna, who showed me the space and walked me through the entry code protocols and paperwork. The forms required are extensive but Leanna was so patient and knowledgeable the tedious process went smoothly. The facility is one of the smaller ones and not as pleasant appearing as some of the others, nor did it have the temperature controlled storage I thought it did, but the location is ideal for where we will be moving and we rented it anyway, as it will meet our immediate needs.

Our unit got broken into, a bunch of our stuff was stolen and the manager is currently ghosting us. Now we're getting pressure to pay for another month of storage despite the fact that most of our belongings are missing and/or damaged. Antonio if you see this please return our calls.

My first time coming to Public storage came to get more information and look at a unit. Dulce helped me right away took me too see the unit she gave me great information, the unit was small so she did me the favor and looked for other units for me. She took her time found me 2 units that I’m interested in. Just wanted to let her know that she did a great job and has great customer service thank you again Dulce.

I love this particular location! although it's small and have no outside units avail what little they lack is made up 50x more by their best employee's customer service. Sergio is absolutely amazing!!!! He is always so polite and helpful never hesitates to answer questions and never goes without greeting everyone with a smile. He will go above and beyond to not only bring more revenue to the company but great customer satisfaction. I could switch locations since I'm no longer in the area but he is why I stay. My kids are always full of energy and he is their favorite person to see there. So long as Sergio is there so are we. I hope he is paid as much as his service is appreciated. No lights in unit or ac to keep it cool plus bathroom is always locked...and no drinking fountain. HOLD ON!!! I had such a bad experience BUT..... Now it's under NEW management..... And I've got to say things are looking a lot better, the place is cleaner than I've ever seen, plus the new manager... She is got to be the best thing that ever happened to "PublicStorage" I feel like my precious belongings are now safe and well cared for. Thanks.... Maybe that will keep on improving the place.... ? We will see.

I was looking for a space to rent because I am planning a getaway with my family. The office was clean. The staff Daniel and Luz were very friendly and helpful. I didn't rent, but now I have a clear idea of what I need.

Someone broke into the storage facility we rented for months, went through everything, stole a large portion of it, then placed their own lock on our facility. When we returned and couldn't open the lock with either key we noticed it had been pried open. We had to hire a locksmith for another $75 to come pick the lock. He said "If I can pick the lock then it isn't your lock, but if I can't then this is yours and it has a mechanical problem." He was able to open it without a problem and that was when we noticed everything had been rifled through and many things were missing including very personal objects. I have filed a police report with the LAPD, the customer service has been of no help and I will be calling the insurance company next. I may as well have saved the 100s of dollars and just placed all of our possessions on the sidewalk.

If you have something you value, don't store it here. In last two years, our storage unit was broken into twice. Both times, Public Storage told us it is not their responsibility. The security cameras you see in the office don't work in the storage areas. If you value it, don't leave it here.

Terrible experience storing my stuff here. wanted to close the unit, had to get my lock cut. What normally takes 3-4 days took a MONTH of constant calling, checking up, being lied to, until FINALLY it was taken care of. Cost me an extra $104 that I shouldn't have had to pay. When I finally did close the unit on 3/22, was told I wouldn't be pro-rated for the rest of the term. Was in contact with the DM and left a message with the RM that was never returned. Don't use Public Storage, especially not this location.

Today, I found myself stuck in the climate control building on the first floor when the sensor lights wouldn't come on and I couldn't find my way out. I called my brother so he could call the office for assistance. Well no one came to my rescue. Andrea and Nicole who works there said they were told I was on the third floor. This was a lie because my brother moved my things in the storage so he knew exactly where I was. This storage facility customer service sucks!!! During my move in I was quoted one price but was required to play a higher price. Can't wait to move my things out!!!! Use this facility at your own risk!!!!!

The facility is clean and bright and secure. The office staff was most helpful and courteous. VIAD was extremely helpful. I would recommend this location to everyone. Thanks, Karen Holeman

My fiancée and I were trapped inside the elevator here for 45 minutes today. I pressed every button in the elevator including the 'call for help' button. No one answered and every button was broken. I had to call the fire department to open the doors. If I didn't have my phone with me, we could have been trapped there till morning.

The process was very smooth. Vlad the clerk was very helpful and explanatory.

Vladimir was very helpful and stayed after closing time to assist us. He showed us different units and helped us figure out which would be the best fit for what we needed to store. He also let us know about several deals going on with the merchandise and we bought a few boxes and other packing materials.

After several research which public storage I will use I decided to try this property and with no regrets whatsoever the staff named Moises was so helpful and showed me the right storage size that I needed for my stuff. I went to buy some boxes today and the employee Elizabeth was great!!!! She knew what I needed all based on me giving her an idea of what I was packing. Moving has been really stressful for me and her help and knowledge just made it a little easier. (Prices weren't too bad either) I will definitely be back!

Storing at this particular storage location has always been a pleasure. I always felt appreciated as a tenant and with my personal possessions stored with confidence. The regular manager on the property named Maritza have always treated the tenants with great customer service and respect and I personally felt my money is spent wisely with her in care of the facility and guarding the company reputation as a leader in the industry. on december 9th i returned to this location( after having moved out a short time ago) to get a storage space yet again and was attended to by a very nice and personable lady by the first name of Maritza. even though i was not in the best of moods, she brightened up my day and had me laughing and feeling much better in short order. she showed me a couple of different sized units and i settled on the third one she offered. don't think anyone else could have handled me any better, she is a gem
