Quiet clean place

Fabiana was so helpful. She helped me vacate from the space and made everything go smoothly as possible. This is not normally the level of customer service I’ve received here in the past. With rules being applied very rigidly. But Fabiana was really flexible. She gave me lots of options to make things easier for my move out and helped me get into my locker when I was locked out. But just generally my experience was made so much easier by her attentiveness. They should be paying her way more!!

Fabi was very helpful! She helping me find a smaller unit, since the unit I have is big for the stuff I need.

Just wanted to share a short thought about this storage location. Pablo is an awesome guy. He's got a positive attitude and provides excellent customer service. One thing to note, insurance is mandatory at this location. So be prepared to pay the extra fee:)

Today I went with my cousin to the Public Storage on 4101 N. Figueroa St., Los Angele, CA 90065. We were helped by Diane, who was very helpful, and knowledgeable. She was patient with us, and answered all out questions. This is definitely a five star place to go.

Jazmin is simply Spectacular! She was here when I moved in and it was Like Having a dear loved one who cared About me helping me move. And then on my move out, Jazmin went above and beyond the Call of Duty again. She helped me with everything from Googling how to find car charger on my borrowed car, to a lock and key, to trash removal, to on and on and on...I cannot say enough about her. Give her a raise and when you're calling to move ask for Jazmin!

The staff was very friendly! I scheduled an appointment and Diane met me with a kind face and a patient heart. I saw the unit I had reserved online plus two others I was interested in (I ended up choosing the original one because I got a great deal). She took me to them all and showed me how to access the unit and gave me the keys. Then she was so patient in explaining the rates to me with the discount i received even though it took about five times for me to understand. Great experience and clean facility, would definitely recommend to anyone looking to store for a great price.

I would rate it higher becuase I had no problems with the storage but when my stuff was stolen, There was this worker(it was a lady), who didn’t seem like she cared and wanted to help. I asked her if there was any security cameras, and she wouldn’t let me look or at least check if she saw anybody steeling my stuff.

Pablo, the property manager, is great to work with. Really, all of his staff has been great. I've been a tenant for about six years.

The place itself is super clean and very secure. But the reason I continue to choose this storage every time I need one is because of the property manager Pablo. He's nice, friendly and keeps the place running efficiently. Most people that need a storage need one due to negative situations and Pablo understands times of crisis and doesn't judge and makes your stuff feel right at home.

Pablo went above and beyond to help us choose the right size storage unit and recommended great options to keep our belongings safe. Would diffinately recommend to my friends and family.

Well I give the public Storage 2 star! Because they don't believe give out DISCOUNT! I got 2 STORAGE'S THERE! They say your 1st month is $ 1.00 RIGHT? WHEN I GOT STORAGE # 2!! They said NO 2 ME! When I asked senior citizen discount they said no so I asked for any kind of discount well of course the answer was no sorry. Well I do believe they should be some kind of discount if I couldn't get the storage for a dollar for the first month what I'm trying to say if I get 3 for storages I should pay for the first month a dollar. But I could say the employees they're okay especially the girl that is there on SUNDAY! she's funny I like her.

Do NOT store your belongings here! Someone who worked here stole a $500 TV out of my storage unit and I was never reimbursed for it. I know it was an employee because my lock had been cut professionally by the staff (which they admitted to.) Was never reimbursed and the staff did nothing to help me locate my TV. Avoid at all costs.

they won't answer their phone or call back. i'm pretty sure there are crackheads living in one of the units. tried to change the name on the account from my friends to mine and it's just in limbo. they insist online pay will work and it DOESN'T! i have no idea whats happened to the stuff in my unit.

Moving is rarely an enjoyable experience. But I must say, Pablo at Public Storage in Highland Park has made it a lot easier. He was incredibly friendly and helpful in getting me the right storage unit for my needs. Even though it was super busy when I went in this morning, I was still able to get my storage unit + supplies quickly thanks to Pablo. Highly recommend him and the Highland Park Public Storage facility!
