Heather is so great and runs a tight ship. the container units need to be ventilated better to avoid mold.

The live-in managers are as rude as can be. I pay a ton of dough for a small unit and every time I go there, the managers' Range Rover is sitting in front of my unit. Yes, the manager always comes out to ask if I need it moved, and I usually say no. I should not have to deal with this every time I need to access my unit. Yesterday I needed to put heavy items in my unit and both managers needed to move their cars. The male got all huffy and burned the tires while relocating the Range Rover. Once again, I should not have to deal with this to access the unit that I pay $300+ a month for. ------------------------------------------------------------------------ The cost is way out of control, as stated below and this is for a 10x10. We’re confirming that a payment in the amount of $225.00 was made on 08/02/2021 and now, We’re confirming that a payment in the amount of $329.00 was made on 04/02/2023

My good friend suggested a storage company I should look into ; when we relocate to our new place . He suggested that I seek the assistance of a guy name Robert Macias .He said Robert was able to answer all of his questions concerning all the services his company had to offer . Looking forward to working with Robert . I know Robert has to be good at what he does . Because my friend is picky as all get out !

Heather has been absolutely amazing since we moved into our 1st unit almost 3 years ago. Since then she’s helped us transition into bigger units and recently into 2 more as our business is expanding. There are other self storage units nearby with competitive pricing but I honestly stay because of the service provided here by her and Chris. Thanks for representing Public Storage service on another level superior to others.

The Manager Robert is super friendly and helpful, I did not end up renting a space with him that day but I was definitely impressed with his professionalism and ability to answer all my most pertinent questions effectively and throughly. Thanks again, Robert!

I considered renting a unit while I got some remodeling done. An employee named Robert was quick to assist me. He was polite and told me everything I needed to know so I could make an informed decision. I was more than satisfied with my level of service and will be recommending this company from now on!

Started renting a unit here about 3 months ago and have not had any problems what-so-ever. I remted a single shipping container due to an unexpected move, for $180 gice or take $10.00 i was able to get a unit sufficient enough to store 2 bedrooms, a kitchen and a living room, one bedroom didnt have a bed so maybe im cheating but either way, if you know how to store things or pack stuff appropriately the unit is big enough to fit a considerable amount of belongings. The only issue i had, and it was do to the sporadic moving situation, i had too many people coming and going to my unit helping to load it, and apparently some of us stayed longer than what is allotted. Thats fine and all, they did suspend access to our unit but the issue was resolved, my advice for you all is the following: 1. Let these guys know your situation. so you dont look bad and they can either accommodate or inform you otherwise. 2. Read the contract and rules carefully and completely. 3. Do what you need do and GTFO. 4. Dont bring anyone you dont have to. All in all these guys were accommodating and we worked out the issue but it would have been nice to avoid it all together, remeber your renting a storage unit not an apartment or house you can do whatever at!

Run around forsure. Bad management with no follow through and care for customer relations and service. Managers seem to be away with doors locked and no one at the counter. As well as district managers being on vacations. Stand in district manager didn't even try and work through with my concern and give me a return call. // Be ware of trusting the business and managers at this site modeand

I have been dealing with public storage for over 30 years and I have met and dealt with this one woman, Billy Liyao who has been the nicest, helpful and polite person that I have ever dealt with from public storage. I want to publish this review from Daniel Wieland.

Run for your life. The business model here is borderline criminal. It's a bait and switch scam. As soon as you do the work it takes to move in, the rates will increase. Not slightly- the rates will double in 18 months. Customer service at the counter is good- but customer service via the corporate office is a nightmare. How bad is this? Well, read some of the horror stories about Public Storage online. Public Storage has a history of increasing rates for people on fixed incomes, then simply seizing the contents of the storage locker when people fell behind. They were happy to do this... during the Pandemic. Wow.

Place isnt warning people about flooding nor are they putting up sand bags or straw barriers. The most unethical cheap people operate this place

Chris is really helpful and mellow, and will keep it real with his potential clients. The one thing I felt when being assisted by Chris was he had my back and wanted to help me make the best decision possible. Tammi at the nearby location called over to Chris to reserve my unit and Chris postponed his lunch to help me out. I really appreciated that. Between Tammi and Chris of Public Storage, they motivate me to look toward the brighter sides of life and be as helpful as I possibly can, as well as patient. Chris helped me to establish my unit, as well as tips on properly securing my belongings upon moving in. I would recommend this location as well as the location located on Concord Blvd. nearby where Tammi is. They will have your back!

Caveat Emptor! They will continuously put your rate up, mine has more than doubled in just over a year. They sent an email over Christmas advising they are now increasing the cost again by 24%. Basically an unscrupulous landlord. I recommend also checking the Yelp reviews, a lot more people complaining about the non-stop rate hikes.

I've had previous storage units with other companies and cities previously. This is the far best I've had. Very friendly staff especially the Manager I will refer to as H. Extremely helpful, knowledgeable, patient as she listened to my needs as it was an urgent need. We even laughed a few times. The experience was professional and timely. Very Clean facility including the grounds and unit. Facility seems very secure.

They were so nice and funny! I went yesterday to buy a storage unit for just myself. It was a super small closet type space. The touchless options for renting a storage unit are super convenient and easy. A human touch is always nice though. Olivia was a huge, huge help in assisting with getting settled in and answering all my questions the day we started renting. Heather was super helpful and the storage spaces look clean and safe. We rented a space to store our belongings while we are "in between" homes.

It is on a street with nothing but broken down buses cars and homeless people and the on site manager don't come to you she just calls the police but yet they offer new customers to do everything online

The public storage in Pacheco seemed clean and organized with very wide road for even the longest truck and trailer. The unit that was visited seemed clean and ready for use. If you are looking for nice, clean, safe storage then the Pacheco Public Storage is a solid choice. A bonus factor is that the Management staff are super knowledgeable and always helpful. Kevin has been very consistently awesome. This last weekend I got there a few minutes after they closed for the day, but he allowed me to quickly drop off my stuff instead of just letting me dangle in the wind... Their other Manager (that I do not know her name) has always displayed great customer service skills as well,,,IMO... If only those guys were in charge of the website (which they are not),,, that is one of the few things that hasn't been great (I still cannot log in online), but they do my auto pay at least... If your looking for long access hours, this may not be for you, as they open, not early and close pretty early on the weekends (but I can work around that). I still highly recommend them...

I have been in need of a storage unit for quite some time now but when I called to talk about pricing and how things worked I was very thoroughly explained things so there were no surprises later. (Except the mandatory insurance that was the only thing I didn’t know about before going in and that was only additional $11-15) and the women I spoke to in the phone was a different women that worked in the office so I can’t fault the office women at all for that. But the insurance was definitely doable since I got the perfect size unit at a fabulous price. This place is a little farther from my house than I wanted BUT these women that worked in the office were so nice and helpful that I wouldn’t want to be renting a storage space anywhere else. I got a phone call, with no help, and no follow up. They installed a couple of cameras. Useless. I planned to leave but it wasn't soon enough. I shared the unit with a friend, who paid the monthly dues. When he got behind, PUBLIC STORAGE in Pacheco NEVER NOTIFIED ME, even though MY NAME WAS ON THE CONTRACT along with the person who covered the bill. Public Storage in Pacheco auctioned off my unit without EVER notifying me by mail, email, or phone call, and they literally stole my life, my history, and my self-identity. I was in between homes and staying with family after losing my brother. All of my furniture and decorations were in storage. Every single item I had collected for over 50 years. Extremely valuable Basketball card collection, gorgeous Lladro Collection, Antique Wedgewood Collection, Rare Coin Collection, Silver Collection, Famous Fine Art Collection, Priceless Barbie Collection, Beenie Collection, Pokémon card Collection, Hot Wheels Collection, Gift cards and gift certificates. Gifts and heirlooms from my deceased grandparents, and deceased beloved siblings. Irreplaceable gifts and greeting cards from parents. My baby things, birth movies, wedding and graduation movies. Movies of LOST LOVED ones. Year books, love letters, and valuables. Inherited items, and treasures totaling over $250,000 but PRICELESS to me! What are the hours you can access your stuff? They keep getting reduced...is it 9-6 now?

I had a storage here for 3 months. The hrs are better than others that want yoy out by 5. The one time i showed up near closing the manager came by and gave me a heads up i had 15 min. The lock is different you have to buy it so im willing to sell it if anyone needs. Good experience here.

This place is awesome. Made moving my stuff in so easy, I feel pretty good about storing my things with this property. Casey is a great help, he answered any questions I had (which were few because he explained things very thoroughly and precisely so I didn’t need to ask very many) he also made sure the unit would fit my stuff before I signed the agreement. Casey and Heather were very helpful when I pulled my chipper out of my storage unit and one of the tires was low. Casey got out an electric air pump, plugged it into the lighter socket in his car, connected it to the valve stem, and waited there for the time it took pump it up. Great service! Thanks Casey! Very friendly service, wide aisles, easy access off highway 4 and 680, and all ground units. Most importantly to my needs, they also have many units that have door access of over 105 inches in height.

I have 3 storage units. 2 of which are public storage. Love them both. This location is very quiet, clean & the staff is helpful and friendly..besides the great staff, what makes this place stand out for me is the tall ceilings..plenty of room

Casey keeps the property in tip top shape, he also makes sure the property is secure from any type of vandalism. We also feel that our property stored there is safe and well looked after. Heather keeps us informed of any and all new rules or regulations, holiday hours and closures and anything we should know about up coming repairs etc. She calls us if there has been any problems and at this point no problems have occurred since we have had the new security system up and running.

Heather is an absolute sweetheart and is more than willing to go the extra step to help her customers. Great easy service.

Worst hours ever. They don't open until 9:30 AM and they close at 6:00 M-F and 5:00 on weekends. But, their rates are pretty good.

Clean property & very helpful staff

Irritated, you pay good money for their storage units. I moved out of state and returned to gather my things. I opened the door, after getting the keys from the office because they changed the locks. I opened up the storage and my stuff is completely covered in dirt and leaves, I don't mean a little bit either. Several things in the front are ruined, I haven't been able to get to the back yet, but I guess I will see what else is no longer viable. I rented a place from the public storage on pacheco years ago, and when I got my things out after over a year, didn't have this problem at all. Sure there was first and things but that is to be expected. I went to the one I'm in now because it was a little cheaper, but in the long run, I guess it cost me a bit more.

Access hours very short. One of the managers is a unprofessional rude man.

This company is fraud and they sell faulty locks. Long story short. DO NOT BUY PUBLIC STORAGE LOCKS AND DO NOT RENT A UNIT FROM THEM ESPECIALLY AT THIS LOCATION. It started when my husband and I went to our storage unit to pick up our stuff to move from California to Virginia. When we arrived, my husband opened our storage unit to find everything gone, except our filing cabinet (which was broken into and damaged, thank goodness we had nothing inside the filing cabinet). When my husband called me over to come see the storage unit, I was in complete and utterly shock, I was devastated. How could this have happen and why us? I was so upset I couldn't even move. My husband went over and got the property manager(Kristen)of the public storage (she was didn't even care), She gave us the local police station number and the insurance information, because we asked for it. We made a claim/report. After reporting to the insurance company, I was told that they will not cover my loss because there was no sign of forced entry.There was only minor damaged to my lock (that i purchased from public storage) and supposedly they just updated their security system so they have no video footage and no info regarding the gate. This was shocking and proved that this was a inside job; even a worker at this location told me they break into storage units when they notices people haven't came by for a month or more. With that being said the insurance company and public storage do not want to cover my loss. I now have an attorney and a investigator. whoever stole from me and my family will go down and i will win this case. one last thing everything in that unit was brand new still in boxes. It was wedding and Christmas gifts. If you have ever been robbed you know what it feels like. It feels like you've been rapped and violated. PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THIS PROPERTY AND PUBLIC STORAGE.

I was looking all over town for a mattress cover and couldn't find one. Passed this place and took a chance to see if they had any and they did!! Thanks to Kristen, she pointed out exactly what I would need for my mattress and TV I was packing up. Thanks for your help!

Omg! Wheres anthony? Young man at Pacheco who worked with kristen for past month or two. I believe he was new? Did he leave company? Havent seen him a couple weeks. He made paying my bill fun. I have been renting from this location for 2 years now. Most of the managers were "so,so" not really interactive. It seemed like they were rushing to get you in and out. Didn't really go out their way to provide great customer satisfactory. Recently I came in to the location to make a payment on my unit. I was greeted at the door by a young man named Anthony. I was amazed at how professional he was during my visit. He kept me smiling and laughing. Ask me if there was anything else I needed. I asked him if he was just covering a shift there and he told me that he was new to the company. I told him that he will get far in life because of his work ethics, and his persona. He is a really cool guy. for the past couple weeks I've been seeing him on the property being proactive always cleaning and ensuring that the property is safe and secure. If public storage had more employees like Anthony you guys can definitely succeed in customer satisfactory.

Have rented at a Public Storage Facility in the past and had a great experience so decided to do it again in Pleasant Hill. Walked in and recognized Anthony from the first time I rented, he had transferred to this location. He is great to work with, he got me fixed up with a small unit to store my things. In and out in 20 minutes. Highly recommend.

Kristen was especially kind and helpful in making sure I got every thing I needed when I came in that day. Even though I do not have a storage unit, I would use this location and refer Public Storage to others.

I have been renting a unit for more than a year. I was initially impressed by how the managers Kristen and Kevin knew their business well enough to help me find the right unit for my needs at the right price--and am still impressed as they continue to follow through with insuring my satisfaction. Kristen's management style is definitely an example of "purchasing from the person and not the company". If it had not been for her ability to win my confidence, I would have probably not rented from Public Storage.

My boyfriend rents here. The Staff here is always friendly and helpful. We usually run into a red headed girl and she is always willing to help us out and has answers to all of our questions as well as the rest of the staff. Great place to store.

Our company has been renting storage space at this location for several years now. The staff has always been very professional, and they continue to be accommodating as our needs change. We recently swapped units and Victoria facilitated the entire process, saving us from what could have been a real headache. As far as security, we've never had an incident.
