I recently came across an unfortunate situation that led me to fall behind $$. If it wasn’t for Aisha’s help, I would have lost everything. My problems are not PS concern. PS didn’t have to go far and beyond to help me, but they did at the PS on Mission in Riverside and all thanks to their Manager Aisha.

Bonnie seems to be an asset as a manager. She asked me if I needed any packaging materials for my move, which I did not. However, given the fact, that she even asked this question, shows me that she is taking the initiative to make more money for your company. She is most definitely worth her weight in gold to your company! She is on the ball! Not a sleeper, but a keeper!

I visited a few locations prior to arriving at this location and let me tell you, it was night and day. Bonnie’s customer service and knowledge was 2nd to none and I could not be any happier with Bonnies friendliness and warm heart. She took care of me, presented all of the options with details which helped me make a very informed decision. This was my 1st time renting a storage unit and I must say that the process was fast, smooth, and great. I had a wonderful experience opening up a 10x10 unit. It was very quick and affordable. It took 20 minutes tops to sign my contract and have keys in hand thanks to Bonnie. The keys are very secure and are not a padlock that can be cut off. Bonnie was very professional, extremely kind and very helpful. Public Storage is very lucky to have her. Moved into a 5x5 unit today after securing a great deal through the website earlier this week. Bonnie the manager was really nice to deal with throughout the contract signing and move-in process. She answered all my questions patiently, and the unit was totally clean and just as expected.

Bad place to go they will rip you off rented to me without checking my ID they locked me out before my rent was even do and jack it up from $76 jet 388 and didn't allow me any access to days prior to locking me out they asked if I had any pair perishables in my unit when she went to me she asked me what I was putting in there I believe they do this on purpose and they want to know what's in there so they can take your things do not go here unless you want to pay to give your stuff away

Spent a lot of time explaining the rental agreement in detail. Also gave me thorough walk through of my storage unit making sure I'd have no problems accessing it on my own. As for the storage unit itself it was exactly the size I needed and the rental price is unbeatable.

This is a great storage facility. Very clean and quiet. The prices are great. I compared others and they were more expensive. I have used them before to store my furniture until I found a new apartment. Lots of space to park a UHaul for loading and unloading. And the best part is Bonnie. So, so nice. Treated us like family. The experience could not have been better.

The manager is really nice and helpful but don't expect the price to stay the same for more tgan 6 months. Also, be advised that the hallway storage units are only available dure office hours now thanks to nosey people trying to break in to other storage units. Its inconvenient but understandable. Overall I say they're pretty good.

This storage facility & staff has my highest rating & recommendation!! I had a load of fragile items I had to move in a hurry and was not able to pack them properly. Without even asking for her assistance, Bonnie immediately stepped into action above & beyond the call of duty to help me in everyway possible. She set me up with everything I needed to assure my items would be packed safe & secure. She even walked the length of the storage grounds to make sure I had another extra large box that I needed and threw out an old torn one for me! Her and Ann were both absolutely wonderful, warm, friendly and helpful beyond words. If you need a storage place you couldn't do any better than this one! All new locks & security system too!

UPDATE 4-4-16 RIP OFF ALERT!!! Avoid Public Storage Like The Plague. Public Storage Just Raised My Rent AGAIN!!! They'll suck you in and then start raising the rent almost every year. My rent went from a hundred and twenty-five to a hundred and fifty-five.... I'm on social security, can barely afford groceries. I'm disabled and moving this stuff is going to be a major effort. These predators know this. The representative I talked to on the phone cited costs as the reason for the raise in rent but couldn't tell me why. Did the office manager get a raise? Did their electric bill rise? Are people closing their accounts? We get no “cost of living increase” but like our government and PUBLIC employees, they give themselves raises and benefits on an almost hourly basis courtesy of us the taxpayers. Like our Traitor in Chief and his Homeland Security Secretary Jeh Johnson, who was called before Congress to answer questions about leaving us defenseless against terrorists and ordering our Border Patrol not to arrest illegal aliens, but sent some lackey instead who couldn't answer a single question in spite of being THE expert under Johnson. In other words, NO ACCOUNTABILITY.....to the PUBLIC! Every aspect of our lives is either taxed, fined, levied or otherwise over-regulated and then we have every other predator sucking what blood the government hasn't gotten out of us like a bunch of jackals. These scum have blocked me on their Facebook page to keep me from PUBLICly complaining to potential victims. See more

I wouldn't store your stuff at this location. The owner and or corporation don't provide enough security to protect it. After a recent theft, I contacted the Riverside Sheriff's Department and was told that this location has had at least 20 thefts in the past 1.5 years. While on site and speaking with a detective taking reports if the most recent theft, he stated that this location had been hit 4 times in the past 2 weeks. The management and any sites showing this location p...rovide you with a false sense of security. Storage unit having locks, but the whole locking mechanism has only 4 rivets and is easily broken off of the roll up doors bypassing any lock. Once a thief is inside one of the units, they merely break the drywall to go from one unit to the next. The latest theft at this location appears to have affected 20 to 30 units. I was also informed that thieves made entry via a chain link fence on the back of the property. Owner only has 3 security cameras and no security at night. See more

Signed up with them lady was nice.. then made one trip of things to the storage. Got a call not even 24 hours later saying my unit was broken into. I said are you joking? No they said we need you to come down so we can open it open.. I said ok I will be right there.. they say" oh wait sir can you come down later we have an auction we have to do".. I said "no I'm not wait g you just told me someone broke into my storage unit I'm coming right now and I expect someone to be ready to help me.. I show up at public storage and let myself in, sure enough, the unit was cut in to. I go ask the staff on site if they can open it. Oh you have to wait sir. I said no I'm not waiting you called me and said someone broken into my unit. I have been with you guys for not even 24 hours. "We can't help you right now".. no joke I almost lost it.. I waited about 20 mins for the lady to take her sweet time doing nothing to come open my unit sure enough all my tools are gone.. beware these people, kind funny how not even 24 hr later my stuff was gone.. they had 14 units broke in to. the people knew which units to hit. kinda funny how they company makes you fill out a paper saying what your going to put in there units. yeah kinda fishy right.. need less to say i got the hell out of that storage place and took all my stuff somewhere else. im expecting a full refund from them which a girl said she would do. and i did have the unit insured so now i have to deal with the ins company.. find another place to store your thing this place is not safe!!!

I was having a terrible day and I had to access my things in storage, I had forgotten my access code... i called Lily and she told me she could not tell me my code on the phone. The level of customer service she provides is a asset to your company. There are other members of your staff who also do a great job who I've spoken to but Alyscia is by far #1

Pedro and Alycia are great! We unfortunately unexpectedly had to relocate and never looked into renting a storage, they both helped us soo much. Moving is never easy but they made us feel better by knowing our valuables and personal belongings were in a GREAT place! Highly recommend this storage!!!

Pedro was awesome! And attentive and informative. The process was quick and I was in and out in less than 30 minutes. Alicia called me at 9:30 to reassure me that my storage unit was still reserved and was extremely pleasant over the phone. They were both extremely professional but had a great sense of humor. I highly recommend placing your belongings here.

I have used Public Storage 4 times . Twice in las Vegas and twicew in Riverside.I am pleased with the service however, I will not get a unit outside as when the wind blows (and it blows hard in this area) everything in my unit gets very dirty. I now have an inside unit and I had a problem with my lock. Laura who works there was very helpful, She solved my problem quickly. She is the nicest and most helpful employee I have ever met in any Public Storage.
