The staff was very polite and professional-I was able to get my unit same day. I was escorted to my unit by Racheal, where I found it very clean. Communication was on point about my responsibilities and insurance-key function. Both Racheal and Glenn-they were able to walk my through with instruction of how to use their key pads and wireless gate opener w/Bluetooth. I appreciate Racheal and Glenn -Very positive vibes. Place inside is clean and I believe temperature controlled. Prices probably are ok but problems are homeless people that live inside or behind the building. One morning I needed something from my unit and guy just woke up and open his unit from inside. Meaning he slept there. Right behind building are dozens of homeless people so I don't know exactly how secure that place is. I will keep my unit until I don't move away. First photo homeless camp behind building. I'd been struggling for a while to get a storage unit that Was both within my price range and also seemed clean as I had been to a couple before yet they always seemed rather dirty or even smells would be coming out of other units. However this place was a breath of fresh Air both from the great customer service from the workers Giovanni especially, he really helped. Overall a great experience, great price and Amazing Spot for when you need extra storage. Definitely planning to recommend.

I cannot thank Niko enough for all the help he gave me! I was only in town for a few days and I needed to empty my storage unit that I had lost my key to. He got the regional manager to come down and drill the lock for me, got me a new lock, and answered every question I had. He was very friendly and helpful, Thank you so much Niko!

Love the business provided by this facility. Lost my key that I haven't seen in forever through constant PCS'ing and Nikol helped me out immensely and even rushed to get the job done quickly since I'm unable to be in the area often. I had an amazing experience with Niko who assisted me by walking me through the entire process and filling out the application. He was very patient and helpful and stayed on the phone with me until I completed the process of renting a unit because I switched sizes and needed to use a different email address in the middle of filling out the first application. Three times was a charm for me but, he was very nice and helpful and didn’t rush me which I greatly appreciated.I would rent a unit from here again in the future if need be.

Safe & secure place to store belongings

I really enjoy the cleanliness and how you have the privacy to take care of your business without no-one breathing down your back. But they are available if you need them. What I am confused about is how there is no dumpster or even trash cans.

What can I say, it's a storage facility. its pretty straight forward. Not too fancy but not run down either. They usually only have one employee at any given time so be patient. They lock the front office door when showing units, cleaning, or taking a break. Rates are kinda high but that seems to be a San Diego thing so either pay it or move on and shut up.

My fiance and I rented a unit during our move from Las Vegas to San Diego for one month. We had no problems at all during that month. The extended hours worked around our busy schedule, which was very beneficial during our stay. D' Angelo the manager was very helpful during our experience. Update: My previous review of 5 stars was premature. I left this storage location about 2 years in. They continued to raise my rent every few months claiming "market rates" and would not allow me to lock in a year or multi year lease at a fixed rate. When I went to close my account and "move out", they would not pro rate it. The industrial elevator screeched and became concerning overtime and always appeared filthy. Overall, while I never had an issue with my possessions, I never felt very safe in the area and I left feeling exploited by their billing. Previous review: The manager was very helpful, professional and answered all my questions (and I had a lot of questions). The facility is modern, well maintained, and spotless. I like the layers of security here, they're secure but not the type of security that would leave you confused. I left with the sense that anything I store here is going to be well taken care of.

Had a reservation an 8x10 unit with a quoted rate, showed up to move in appointment only to hear that unit was no longer available. I could get a larger unit but would have to start paying today for said larger unit until the company approved the discrepancy and refunded me. Unsatisfactory!

rented a space in July cancelled 3 days later because of circumstances beyond my control. tried to get a refund called the district manager Rob Fragoso he said he would look into it and said to call back. I tried calling back several times, left messages. Rob has never called me back I guess I got my answer. he should have at least had the guts to call back. I don't think that was very professional

Walked in today to buy some boxes. Mike was super friendly and greeted me as soon as I walked in. I told him I wanted to price out some boxes for a project im working on. He showed me every box he could het his hands on. The price was a little high for these boxes. Je reassured me that they were high quality and worth the money. He also said he would buy any boxes that i havent used. I thought that was cool. Mike is super friendly and downright epic.

Rudy the manager was unbelievably helpful and got me registered and set up in a flash. He answered every question I had and it was a wonderful experience! Would rent here again anytime without hesitation!

Everything I needed was accommodated as far as getting the right size storage unit in a timely manner. Follow on calls for the available units were helpful as well.

I walked in today to inquire on pricing for a storage unit for a family member. Mike was super friendly and eager to help. He showed me a unit on the ground floor. The property was really clean and Mike seemed to really care about what he does. I felt bad, for not renting today. Rachel and Rob were the best they help me with last minute lock cut and after hrs cart use.

Rachel was so helpful and the property was so clean! She answered all of my questions and showed me how to properly protect my belongings. With all that said, I wouldn't hesitate on renting with them again.
