No person at any location in a 5 mile radius, customer service wasn't to helpful either

Tristan provided 5-star service for initiating the rental of a new space, and purchasing some needed materials for moving and storage. He made it a quick, simple and straightforward operation. One difficulty that my partner and I encountered while renting here was that some maintenance on an upper floor, scheduled for Dec. 20, ended up taking much longer than expected to dry, resulting in the upper floor of building B being inaccessible from the time we attempted to access it on the evening of Dec 20 through Dec. 21. Alas, we were not given advanced warning of the plan for this maintenance or expectation of closure of some building areas, so we were unable to access our luggage or store items as intended prior to leaving town for the winter holidays, resulting in the need to purchase more luggage and find alternate temporary storage options. Advanced warning would certainly be appreciated in the future!

Moving out of our storage unit today and discovered mouse droppings. Not cool especially at $323 a month. We've had our unit since July of 2017 and I suspected there might be mice based on the upkeep of the property. Not sure if pest control is regularly maintained here. Now I have to thoroughly check my items to make sure we are not bringing mice to our home. I'm pissed.

Then I show up as she’s going to lunch and she handles my new rental anyway. So professional and courteous.
