Got my unit for a month and it's already been broken into and stuff stolen :( And now I see in the reviews it's not the first time this happened here? Units aren't super clean either. Stuff is really friendly though. Just a PSA: never leave anything you care about/expensive in any storage units!

I stopped by Public Storage to check it out and was impressed by the cleanliness of the storage and the professionalism shown to me by Alex. I wasn't quite sure what size to get but he was able to help me out with that which was much appreciated. I definitely recommend this place.

The Sunland Public storage is a great facility, very clean and quiet. Alex is the manager, a very nice gentleman, he makes sure the property is well kept. The other customers are kind and respectful towards each other and that is a reflection of the excellent management of this facility . Thank you again for everything you do for us.

We have stored items here for more than 5 years, but finally needed to transfer to a smaller unit. The property manager Alex was amazing-personable, helpful, efficient, but also happy to take all the time we needed. He was the kind of an employee any company would be lucky to have. I was surprised to have an enjoyable customer service experience at a public storage facility but we did. In fact, the next day my wife said, "That guy at Public Storage yesterday was so nice." A big kudo to this Public Storage facility.

My sister and I came to this Public Storage by accident. We were actually driving to the Foothill location and ended up at this location instead. I must say, I've never been happier to make such a mistake! When we got to the location, we were greeted by a young man named Alex. He was so helpful and walked us through all we needed to know and even helped us unload a really heavy box from the trailer. The facility was very clean and felt really comforting. I would definitely recommend this facility and will definitely use it in the future! Thank you Alex for making this process so easy.

0 stars from me. Not happy at all, our rates go up like crazy and my unit was recently broken into. They're being helpful but I'm not happy with their security for that to happen. Lots of personal stuff with sentimental value is gone and can't be replaced. Alex has been a great help and thanks to him I will remain a customer.

I have used other storage facilities but let me say this…. The service here is amazing the way I was explained everything the details about all the different sizes storages was amazing. Espy was so much help THANK YOU for doing everything in your power to help me out and help me get the right size I needed…. I wanted to give a special shout out to the property manager Espy! Super cool person and she is always patrolling the property so I feel extra safe with my equipment here. Also one night I got here around 730 when the carts are locked up, she happened to walk out and conveniently unlocked one for me which was awesome! She didn't have to since their office is closed but she took that extra step. Coming back from a heavy day at work, I really didn't want to load everything one by one into elevator. I locked it back up once I was done and very grateful for an awesome manager whos on top of their game!

I’ve used Public Storage before but the customer service at this location is far beyond my expectations. I would ask for Espy, the facilities on-site manager. She helped me get the best deal and went out of her way to assist me during these hard times. Definitely referring her to my friends. The facility is always well maintained as well, which is huge for me. Ive seen some run down facilities that show that the owners/managers don’t care for their customers and customers property.

She was super informative and helpful throughout the process of renting online and onward, despite not being able to be there during the initial delivery...feeling more rest-assured my things are being stored there. Linda provided us with amazing customer service, both at the initial contact and on the day we cleaned out the space. She even followed up with me to remind me that they closed early on Saturdays, which happened to be the last day of the month, thus avoiding us extra charges. Great storage choice!

This is the best maintained Public Storage in the area. Price is unified and no shady business. The manager is awesome. Just remember that the office hours is different from the facility hours. To vacate your storage in timely manner, you need to do so by the end of office hours, not when the facility closes at 9 pm

Don't fall for their "internet rate" scam! It's their BIG GAME - they lure you in with a low rate, then once you have your stuff in the unit, they hit you with a 25% rate increase in the first six months! Imagine if your landlord increased your rent by 25% every six months??? You'd be homeless! But they are banking on the idea that you won;t move your stuff once you have it in.... BIG SCAM!

I am a returning Public Storage customer to this location. It is clean, safe, secure and well lit. The staff is always super friendly and helpful. However, on this return visit Linda was a super star, going above and beyond to provide great service. I had reserved a unit on line which was larger than I needed, as pointed out to me by Linda in an effort to save me money. She went out of her way to make sure my storage needs were met at a price that fit my budget. She actually walked me to said unit and allowed me to measure the interior before making the contract. This a little on the late side but I have to tell you about manager Linda, and office staff Rocio. I know on one occasion I left items in the hall because I had an appointment with a lawyer for estate work. Upon my return hours later to clean up I apoligized for my mess. For I came from NC just to clean out my deceased cousin's unit. I swept the hall and picked up other mess left. What ever I needed help with I got it. The last manager was never I mean never helpful. She even insisted on charging me a late fee at Christmas 2013. I have enough with estate work and then to deal with her. An employee under her named George was most helpful whenever I called and she let him go. If you can find George he is a good worker. Her statement was he wasn't doing his job right I do not agree. I have heard she left the company good. you have a great staff in property number 26422

As I entered the office I was greeted by Linda who asked if I need help. I had stopped in to get prices for a medium sided space for my work tools. Linda gave me a tour of the location and showed me a storage unit that would be great for my tools. The location was very clean and well maintained. I will be renting here in the near future.
