I've had my storage space for a very long time and each time I speak to an employee they have always been friendly and eager to help with anything. My last two customer service representatives, Hope and Manny were very helpful. They were extremely friendly, made me laugh when I was upset about having to cut the lock off my unit, my fault not their's. All in all my experience has been EXCELLENT! Thank you so very much for your help!

Hope is all you need! My sister and I rented a storage unit a few days ago and did not know where to start. Thankfully we received excellent service from Hope herself! She was so kind and informative. She walked us through the process with a smile, great attitude, a few laughs, and answered all of our questions. If you ever, ever need a place to store your valuables please believe me when I say this is the place for you. And Hope if you read this my apologies on not writing this review sooner. Revised for more data: This location, friendly, professional service, rather newish plus the facilities were kept up. Not All Public Storage places are the same however - I found that out when visiting some last year in Fl, one was really a dump - so do your due diligence and check out in person prior to booking.

I just joined this location as a member and it’ a nice, clean, climate-controlled location with locked dollies (so that you are pretty much assured of a dolly all times). The on-site managers are extremely helpful as well!!!

Chris really helped me out with my request for a pay reduction on a 5 by 5 storage unit that my rent went up on from 96 to 86. He was also kind enough to make sure I had plenty of space for my storage needs when the first one I chose was too small. I recommend this place for your storing needs. I’ve been with them now for 2 years and haven’t had an issue with them other then the price going up but Chris helped me out with that and that’s why I’m giving it a 5 star review!

We stopped by our storage on Saturday and met with Laura. I know I don’t have to tell anyone what a strange time it is, and not every experience is equal in the pleasure/ease factor. We are relocating from Hawaii back to the mainland and needed to shift some items from this long term storage unit. All this to say—Laura was incredibly helpful and delightful when we went in to use the lavatory and grab some tape to re-tape boxes. She even helped us with some anti-dampness item that we love is in our unit now. Additionally she helped us lower our monthly rate as “COVID relief” when we reached out from Hawaii. My husband and I both felt she was looking out for us. Great experience.

I was quoted one price over the phone. When I arrived this morning I was informed I would be charged an additional $11. a month for $3000. insurance mandatory fee. Tried to sell me a lock for $20. What a rip off!!!

Terrible experience. helped a friend clear her stuff out of this place and their restroom didn't work, the back gate didn't work, we had to back up down their long driveway with obstructed views in our rear view mirrors because of our boxes, the elevator instructions were incomplete. Stay away.

again, public storage here in tarzana by reseda blvd is amazing. when you come often, the staff recognizes you. today, telar greeted me with her everpresent smile and friendly attitude. she and laura are very professional, yet understanding, they keep the office area spotless. and when it comes to explaining policies or suggesting ways to help you store stuff, well they both know their stuff! also, this public storage just repainted- nice right?, but they increased the amount of camera’s and the tv screen in the office is very big. and the lights in the storage hallways have been set on automatic. it was always ok, but both these two changes have made me feel SO much safer when i am far inside my unit alone. so, many thanks to telar, laura, and public storage.

Great, friendly staff - Talar got me everything I needed swiftly and made it seem easy! Place seems pretty secure and reliable. Only downside are the hours - don't expect to be able to access your things in a pinch after 6pm because you must be off the property by 6PM, and cannot come in earlier than 6am - so plan accordingly.

Walked in and met with Talar, who showed the initiative to help me in anyway she could. She explained the rate and process in getting a space for rent. The space I needed was offered at a reasonable price. I would return to begin the paperwork.

This is the best Storage Facility in the San Fernando Valley, Period. I have held 3 major spaces here over the years and Public Storage Tarzana has been extremely accommodating. I highly recommend them. Ask for Laura & Talar, they are exceptional and extremely helpful!

The staff are respectful and efficient. However, there is nowhere to dispose of trash and there are no lights in the units. Elevators, security doors and gates work well and there is an excellent level of security for the units and the facility.

Very strange place to store your belongings. There was a police raid that occurred while we were there and noone told us what was going on or when it was safe to return to our business.

Talar and Vicky were extremely hospitable, helpful and very knowledgeable about the units and property. I’m glad that they were here to assist us in a friendly and professional manner. I would highly recommend this facility and their services. Thank you talar and Laura amazing people

First thing first Laura And Talar are amazing they’ve been very friendly and helpful from the first moment that Laura called me for my appointment to visit them . Then Talar helped me to find the best location for my stuff for me to not walk so much and that was supper helpful ( it was hot and she didn’t need to but she did it and that was so nice of her ) And most importantly their security , as i forget to lock my unit and in less than 1 hour they called me and notified me that they locked ( triple lock ) it until i came back and they opened it for me . Overall very nice costumer service , thanks Laura and Talar Ps , they lend me a phone charger while is was there .

This is by far the best Public Storage establishment I have visited. It's always so clean, the hours line up perfectly with my busy schedule, and best of all an employee by the name of Talar, always made the experience better. We’ve been in business with this location for over four years and never had a single issue. Elevators are smooth, staff is very helpful, the buildings are clean, but the best part about visiting this place was Laura. She always went out of her way to help.

Public Storage is very lucky to have Talar work for them. She has qualities and in my humble opinion Talar should become the Manager of this facility. I'm sure she's going to go places in the future. I wish her all the best in her future endeavors.

Impeccable quality of service. By far the cleanest storage facility that I've rented from. Staff is very helpful going that extra mile to help customers out. Very lenient on enforcing penalties. All in all I would rate 11/10 especially after the recent change of hours to accommodate everybody's time schedule.

Ok so to be honest everyone knows these companies usually are the same. But I gotta say what set this place above the rest was the customer service. This storage place is amazing for their customer service which goes by the name of Talar. Talar literally saved our lives!! She was so sweet to personally stay until I was okay and made sure to help me and my mom. Thanks Talar!!

Just wanted to take a moment and thank the manager Liz in the Tarzana location for being absolutely wonderful, accommodating and from what I can tell very hard working. I came in a few days ago to take a look at a storage space to move my new business' inventory in. She explained everything that Public Storage has to offer us, asked what type of stuff I was moving in to recommend a size for my needs, and showed me the space while keeping up good conversation/recommendations. I was running short on time and said I would be back in a few days and she asked me what was stopping me from doing it now. THIS is a question I love to hear - Sales Manager for the last 11 years here - just shows that the employee is strong and it makes me believe in the quality customer care that they will uphold - strongly trained by a strong business! She understood my reasons and I made sure to make an appointment online to come back. Life got in the way a few times and I had to reschedule each time - she was so understanding and helped me each time I requested to. Had some issues (on my side) today when I came in to get it completed and she never showed a sign of frustration. She was patient, worked with me, and we finally got it complete. Can't wait to get moved in! Be Informed : The only part that was frustrating to me was that there was a $24 administration fee. The email confirmation and reservation did not mention this. The email specifically said I would only need to pay $72 at the time of my signing. There needs to be better disclosure here - not on the managers behalf because she was the one who told me - but on public Storage's behalf. I get having to buy a lock of yours but to have another $24 tacked on is frustrating. Most likely it affects the reviews of the employees and their customer service when reality is that bigger picture it's frustrating when the company itself adds it on last minute.

These guys are amazing! I was really worried that I wouldn't have the supplies I needed to add items to my storage, but Talar and Danny were so helpful! They had everything I needed, and even reminded me of some things I'd forgotten to consider! They saved me time, and provided a warm customer care experience that was very appreciated. Thank you for having such a wonderful team on hand to help!

I just want to start off by saying Thank You, thank you to Cinthia!! She took the stress of setting up a storage to move my stuff into away and made my day! Very nice and helpful with recommendations on how to store and keep my belongings "storage smell free" I've used storages in the past and I knew what she was saying and no one has ever given me the tips she did, I thought that was cool! Overall this place has the best deals and security for your belongings and was very clean!! Even saw a maintenance guy making rounds with a cart. This is a good sign because that means I don't have to worry too much about critters getting into my stuff! Hope my review helps you decide that this is a great choice! Today my family and I vacated our storage at the Tarzana CA location. We are moving from the valley. But in the four years we have had the storage, the staff has been very courteous and the facility flawless. And today the staff was extremely helpful and made the vacating very easy. Staff member Sorel (I apologize for the spelling) was there for all of our needs and more! Thank you!!!!!

I promised Talar I would make a review about her but I totally forgot but here it is. I had an amazing experience with her. I was pretty stressed out but she somehow got me through the whole process without any trouble. I highly recommend going to this Public Storage, clean facility with excellent customer service.

Went to look for a storage unit today with a close friend of mine and Liz, the property manager, had to be one of the sweetest people I've ever met! Amazing customer service with a great attitude. This is the first storage unit my friend has ever rented and Liz answered all of our questions and then some. We truly appreciate all Liz's help and kindness - she totally made our day.

Great experience today with Liz I came in to make a payment for a friend who's account information I didn't know Liz took the time to review and call the location to ease up the process since I was in a hurry I recommend anyone to come here for storage I will do if I ever need a space.
