I had the most wonderful experience at the Penn location of Public Storage. Elizabeth was the attending manager at the time. She was efficient, knowledgeable and great sales person if you asked me. I was skeptical of getting a storage unit as I had, had a bad experience before. She explained to me how easy it was to sign up for one, she showed me the unit and I was convinced. She took the time to explain to me the plans and what best suited me. With my needs and I ended getting a good deal on a bigger unit because of her. She also showed me how easy it was to attain access through the app. I recommend anyone to come here and get a storage unit. Elizabeth truly was a life saver and it only took 30 mins from sign up to receiving my keys. She’s fast and efficient that’s all I have to say about how she handles business. Don't recommend renting here. No one is ever in the office so any help that you do need you need to call the customer service phone number. Even with something as simple as getting a push cart to go up and down the elevator with your stuff they can't help you with because no one is ever in the office to give you one. I'd rent elsewhere, especially when you can't access your belongings after 6pm.

I would like to say that I am extremely satisfied with my visit here. I was not able to locate my unit until, one of your staff members by the name of Jennifer was such a big help she directed me the right way. She was really nice, and funny down to earth, really easy to get along with, she had excellent customer service skills. I would definitely recommend this storage in the near future to friends and family.

We needed a storage unit asap when my mom died unexpectedly, and my daughter unable to get items back home with her to the east coast. The ladies in the office were extremely pleasant, efficient, and sensitive to our plight at that time. Today we moved storage units simply due to locale. With mom's house sold, and no one else living in CA, it was more logical to get a unit in the county we live. Our experiences have always been positive when visiting the unit; well maintained, peaceful, felt secure. Closing the unit today was painless. Isaac was courteous, professional, and efficient! We have 0 complaints with our use/time at this facility!

I had to have my lock replaced because of a lost key. Upon arrival at the office, Isaac was very helpful and handled the whole process smoothly and effectively— outstanding customer service!

Although the price was a bit steep for the size of storage I rented out, the facility was clean, well secured, and properly staffed during business hours. the girls in the front office have been very helpful. im still waiting for the hours to return to normal the temporary change in hours has been a long time and very inconvenient since most people are still at work when the close. i was led to believe that the temporary change would last a few weeks but its been months now.

It has been a great experience at this Whittier facility. All the workers have all been helpful, especially Verna who always seems to know me. I find that to be a strong point in her people skills with customers as myself.

This is my second time to rent a storage in Public Storage. There was a stuff who is Verna who was giving us a great presentation about the rent policy and introduce the storage unit. Besides, the facility is new and climate control which I didn't feel so hot in the storage.

Well you all know when it's time to move or even clean out your house but still want to keep your valuables safe and the whole ordeal has been stressful so patience starts to disappear well my patience and faith got fully recharged when I first spoke with an employee which I was under the assumption she was the manager due to her level of professionalism because when I first booked storage I actually booked a parking space and that's when Briana had called me with a verbal confirmation which was the greatest thing ever because I really needed a storage unit well the bad news was that they only had 1left in the city of Whittier so I rushed over to purchase this unit but it was not going to accommodate all my belongings so stress level starts to slowly return is when she mentioned a unit might be vacant within the next day but I have to be fair to th e first person who ask and can't hold it but I will tell you when it is vacant so that you have time to come and purchase it and that there was all I needed was for Briana to be great at her job and she did more than her job duties I don't know why she is not Manager when I know there aren't many others like Briana she is the jerat of this facility and if you read this Briana thank you and appreciate you more than you can imagine

The facility was well kept up and very clean. The only employee available, Briana was very helpful and made my rental easy. I would recommend to anyone looking for rentals in the area.

This place was really nice before. But since the pandemic they dont use the exhaust system anymore and dust is settling on everything. Its also hot inside. Cant see a thing in any of the units unless you bring a flash light or battery operated lamp. Its like that night and day. And ths front door inside on hall way is still broken. Its so heavy i can barely open it. And when it shuts better get out of the way or you will get really hurt.

Yesterday I came in not sure where to go and confused. I was welcomed by a young lady her name was Andrea. Very kind and welcoming young lady helped me with everything I needed and made it really fast. 10/10 will always try to go if I need anything and information about the storages they are friendly and helpful but the one who stuck out for me was andrea I really appreciated it.

The place smelled awful like moldy mop the last 2 times i went and one of the doors in main building is broken doesnt stay open and slams shut. I hurt my arm on it last time i was there. It has been broken for over a month. The worst part is the smell. Otherwise it was a great place to rent storage. If they fix these 2 problems ill change my review to 5 stars. well i wrote this review months ago and it has gotten worse. not only is the door still broken but its hot in there now. they no longer have climate control. i can barely stay long enough to get a few things out. i use this place to store my business inventory and soon i will be leaving. since the pandemic it is like this place is neglected and abandoned.

Came in looking for a new unit for my mom after someone broke in to her stuff at another place here in Whittier. We were so hesitant but Tony inthe office was so friendly and helped make us feel safe. Even wrote down step by step for their insurance process if and hopefully not need their insurance company.

This is a horrible place to rent a storage from. Amber the manager terminated our rental storage by accusing us of going potty in the stairs area. She said we came to often to the storage and of suspicious activity by me and my family. She said no one of my listed family members were allowed on the premises or she would call the police. She said that there were cigarette butts everywhere and said that they were ours. She made accusations without any proof. I know my son isn't always thinking correctly and does things impulsively so I understand where she was coming from... However, he did not go potty in the stairs. Lol Thank you Amber for helping me out.

I have rented here before Amber has been polite, knowledgable about all storage size units, availability, pricing, helpful in recommending storage size, and efficient in getting you in and out. I gave a 4 star only cause we always have room for improvement on anything and everything we do. Julio presented the rental unit extremely professional and Informative. I like the way he was determined to assist me and my needs. Price is a big thing to me and anyone. He went beyond to my surprise and meet the needs of my pocket book as well. Today I paid my storage bill at the 25757 location. Juliana Oliver and Julio Lopez assisted my husband and I. They were very professional and polite. I’ve paid my bill at other public storage locations and this by far has been the friendliest and most courteous employees I’ve interacted with. Not to mention they were on time just like the sign said. They should be commended for their professionalism they displayed! Way to go Juliana and Julio!

Climate controlled storage

My storage unit was robbed along with several other people's units. No cameras and management knows that there are continual breakins but won't do anything at all about the situation. Your valuables are not safe at any of the uptown Whittier locations.

I have been trying to find a place to store all my junk, and have been to at least three or four facilities. Went in to inquire about unit sizes and prices. Dany and Amber were very professional and helpful. The place looks clean and appears to be kept up well. I looked at a few options, and I think it's the best for what I need right now. All of my items were stolen from this place! They won't tell you but it's very easy for thieves to break in from the top of your Storage Unit and take everything!! They never said sorry or anything!! It's like they help the thieves more because if you ask they will tell you that they can't say!! It's terrible. At least 5 other unit have been broken into and probably a lot more!!

Ok place. Becarfull they don't know what they are doing.

This place is an inconvenience with the hours of access. As a full time father with 14 hour work days everyday, it's really difficult to get around to accessing MY unit. Not to mention the mishaps with the involuntary auto-pay. They left my bank account with overdraft fees from the unexpected payments they collected without my consent. Smh. Don't let them make you feel obligated to give them a five star review when you sign up on the spot as they did with me. Give them time and you'll see they're not a five star service after all.

Been a renter here for over 2 years and every time I go there are homeless people living out of their storage unit. Given that they are always there then there is always a gross stench traveling through the hallways, manager onsite seems to turn a blind eye at this hence me moving out this month.

Nathaniel was very nice and helpful in getting us our storage. He helped make the process go as smoothly as it could . Answered all our questions . Best guy to go to.

weekends they close @5pm I get there at4:45 Im allowed entry main gate but have no access to my unit building close be for 5pm its not 5 pm sorry were closed!!! 5pm is 5pm I close my business early just to get there be for 5 I lose sales and he wont let me have access @ 4:45

I just vacated my storage unit after years of excellent service. I was really impressed and happy with Nathaniel. He was nice, courteous and very helpful. He didn't wait to be asked for help, he was the first to offer. I find that very refreshing and recommend this location highly.

When they were Penn St storage, they were fantastic. Once Public Storage bought them they started a spiral to Hell. Increased rates and significantly reduced access/hours. Notes were posted on site saying "sorry you cant access your property today" sic* Then they cut access by 105 hours per month, basically, anyone with a job isn't able to access their belongings, but that didn't really matter since homeless people seemed to have access to the building. The Manger was a snide kid, Corporate didn't give a crap, and District managers were never available. I never leave comments, but after 9 years here, and talking to other renters regarding this issues, I did. I am so glad to be out of this place. If I could give negative stars, I would...

Great, Angel at the Whittier facility is someone you dont see much anymore, there was a elderly couple moving out of their unit he went out of his way to help them . Public stodage has always been there when I need them to be. Great hours. Great communication between me and managers. They work with you very well. Property is clean. Security is great!
