Just rented at this Public Storage location. First the building is new, extremely clean and has modern features like being able to open the ground floor with your phone using their app. The manager, Peggy, is awesome. She was able to quickly direct me to where my unit was (without looking at a map), was really friendly and professional. The lock and insurance information was already in my unit when I arrived. I highly recommend this location-its the nicest Public Storage facility I’ve seen.
I had such a good experience with Christine!! She is knowledgeable in both the policies and understands a customer's need for quick and available storage. The signing up process was quick and painless; I think I spend more time at the checkout counter at Publix. I definitely recommend this company at any of their locations. The bays are simple enclosures, which are clean and spacious. The hallways are wide and they provide wheeled dollies. I'm moving in today!!

Serena's customer service is impeccable I've been renting here long term and even when she tells me things I don't want to hear she's very polite and I do what she says and it's helped me be a better renter with all her due diligence and telling me the rules and regulations and what I should do and what I shouldn't do sometimes it hurts my feelings but she's always right. Her diplomatic style is awesome and she always has a smile on her face and she's always there to help and I always see her cleaning the elevator and picking up extra things that people left behind so she's always keeping everything tidy and I really appreciate that.

If you are storing for a long period of time always check for discount because they will help you out. They also helped me lower my pay but only if you have been with them for a few months. I’ve rented several units -for both business & personal -at this location since July 2019. The management & staff has been always courteous & knowledgeable. Facility kept clean & very safe. Plenty of clean carts for loading/unloading. The covered loading dock area is an asset with easy access parking. Serena the manager is very professional, communicative & always ready to help with your needs...she is overall a delight to work with. A+++++

This location is absolutely convenient. I have a 10x10 unit that’s spacious for all of my keepsakes and expensive furniture. This location is always clean and clutter free. There are carts that’s always available to load items inside. It’s hardly ever busy and people wear their masks when visiting. The property manager Serena is a doll and always provide the best professional service. Any dilemma you have she’ll be sure to solve it. 👍🏽

2 months after giving public storage a great rating for people impacted by the COVID I made a call to pay my 200 bill which was only 2 months past due I learned that the had auctioned off my unit days before. In this horrible time for many people I feel this is less than honorable. I had my kids furniture in that storage and this was insult you injury. My opinion I would not use public storage if you can avoid it

What a wonderful storage experience!! I was moving some of my deceased parents belongings home to Boca and it was a bit overwhelming! I moved in on July 7th with assistance from Dee. she answered all of my many, many questions with a smile and a truly caring heart! To my surprise, I unpacked all of the boxes and was able to accommodate everything in my home! I moved out of my unit on July 27th with the kind and smiling Naimah!!
