I’ve dealt with a lot of storage facilities in my time…but NONE are close to MISSY and CASEY at Public Storage on 30th St E in Bradenton as far as customer service and overall customer service. They are truly here to help you in any way possible and super accommodating.

Casey is a awesome employee if you have any issues ask Casey she will be there to help!!!!

I’ve used this specific location a couple times and every time I’ve had to use them, Missy made the process smooth and helpful. The staff at this facility are awesome. Missy is the best and was so very helpful to us from when we initially called her 6 months ago. We moved very far from AZ to FL around then with a household of “stuff” from our home of 18 years. We had to build a home here so everything had to go into storage for the longer term and until our home is fully built. Other facilities we called in Bradenton FL were horrible and acted like we were bothering them with our questions. Missy though was just the opposite and spent a long time educating us on the overall area, helping us determine the correct storage size we needed, and reviewed with us the various security and other features of the Bradenton facility. We had many calls with her before our move and she was super friendly, kind, patient, and informative on every call. She is a wonderful ambassador for Public Storage and a champion of putting customers at ease. We couldn’t be more grateful for all of her help for our very far move. Thank you so very much Missy!

A bit warm today ...

I have a storage unit at this location and I have to say I’m very pleased. The customer service is outstanding.., they actually have people who answer the phones and are able to help. I had forgotten to say my bill… I got a courtesy call from Missy, she was absolutely wonderful. I explained my situation and she found a solution that worked for me… and this was fine within 30 min of my speaking with her. Yes it’s about storage but it’s also about a great customer experience. Thank You So Much Missy!!!

They went over and above to make my rent increase reasonable. Of course we should expect this type of increase with our current state of this nation. Thanks to Public Storage Casey and Missy are great people to work with.

***3/31/2022 update*** well after getting a small rate increase last year, I've just been informed of a ((25%)) rent INCREASE! Insane. Go elsewhere before you're stuck here! See below for more surprises. Rented a space. Asked multiple times if there were ANY more charges other than what I was told. Surprise....$15 more for mandatory monthly insurance. Free for the first month. In my case it works out to be 25% more. You also need a specialty lock they sell for double as compared to the internet. Nice facility.

I had a great experience here, I went in to see about getting a unit to store some furniture while I’m currently moving and staying with family. The units were clean and Missy was very helpful and informative.

Missy and Casey at this location have been anything short of AMAZING! They are always courteous and accommodating to any and all requests and questions we may have. Keep up the awesome job!! 💯⭐️

The manager Casey or Kasey however you spell it was extremely rude and disrespectful. She kept cutting me off as I'm asking her questions about my account. She was giving right answers to the wrong questions because she wouldn't allow me to finish my question before cutting me off. Then when she was done she said "You know what you can just call our corporate office for your questions" is this how public storage train there managers to deal with the public?

I have rented a unit from this Public Storage for 16 months. I have never been late with my payment even tho it has went up in price twice. Never had any problems with management til today. I've been tryiwwng to throw away 2boxes & a bag of trash since Thursday 9/30 but it has had a lock on it. I went to the office to ask why The lady told me she can't have us throwing trash in her dumpster OK I pay $127.89 a month & I can't use the dumpster She told me to leave & not to talk to her because I'm being rude. Really! I pay my rent here for my unit faithfully & I can't use the dumpster. I'm confused ma'am. But no worries I'll leave & I'll also clean out my storage before RENT is due again ..The nerve of her..When i moved in there i never had roaches There's roaches & rats in my storage now. 😡🤬

The units are new. Prices are fair.However, I give 3 stars because it's not 24 hr access, and the staff could be a little more pleasent.

I have never rented storage before but casey is amazing. She walked me thru the process while I was a nervous wreck after driving 1500 miles. But Joanna almost scared me into leaving. She talked bad about other workers making me scared to even com back to do the work I need to in my unit to organize what I have. If it weren't for Casey I would give public storage zero stars. And there's a pretty black girl who was EXTREMELY rude and when I asked her name she gave me Casey's card. Now that ain't right either. I only will use my unit when Casey's working because the others are SO dishonest and judgemental

You have a terrific employee, his name is Nick. He was very courteous and informative about your storage units. As well as helpful showing the unit we looked at, where the entry's were and how to get in and out. I just thought you should know when you have a good employee.

Attempted to get help from office although we could not go in understandably because we didn’t have masks. We were told we couldn’t be helped without the person who owns our storage unit. All of this was protocol and understandable. I was later approached by the same employee at the end of the day demanding that we had all of our stuff out by the end of the day and had it entirely cleaned out or we would be paying more for it. I did not ask for her help and yet she approached me without her mask on. I felt attacked and I don’t know why she was discussing contract matters with someone she knew wasn’t the owner. Very shaken.

Horrible!!! RATS!!! Ruined everything in storage! Management said not responsible for mice infestation. Watch mice jump unit to unit!!! Get out of this place ASAP!!!!!!! Maggots too!!

Stored all of our belongings in a climate controlled unit while our new home was being built. As we moved our stuff out, every box was infested with roaches (living and dead) and covered with droppings!! I am so disgusted!! Why isn't the facility routinely treated for pests?

3 stars--but only because i was told one thing for pricing when i signed up but they left out taxes and insurance so i was under the impression the price i was given was including everything when it was so to my surprise it was $40 more with taxes and fees and insurance each month. NOW i get an email that the rate is increasing to $311 a month as of Jan 2020 so i will be moving my things to another storage as they also left that part out also that the prices increase and change. rented since 8/2019 only 4 months and now price is increasing, not happy about that. other than that everything is pretty much ok with the storage. Storage place on 64 is almost $75 cheaper after taxes so moving there

Do not store your stuff here. They have a rat problem and deny it. I asked the manger Brandon before I moved my stuff here and he swore to me they did not have any. He lied. Showed him prove and he said they can't and won't do anything.

Horrible, verbally abusive staff. Brandon and Brian treat customers like trash. Will be talking to corporate and potentially filing a lawsuit. I do not recommend this business.

Do not rent a unit from this place on the 30th of any month.. Brandon failed to tell me that I would owe a payment in the next two days instead of 30 days...It isn't about the payment it is more about the lack of communication...or the awareness of a two day payment...all that you will be told is your payment is due on every 1st of the month...I didn't think the 1st in two days...and then I got notice that there is going to be a lien put on my unit... everything I own is in that unit... It's really discouraging...

We reserved a 10x15 locker and when I arrived it was not available. Brandon apologized and offered us a 10x20 for the same price. This is the way customer service is supposed work!! Location is clean, convenient and the unit we got is truly a climate controlled unit.

Saturday evening I visited this companies web site and reserved, well I thought I had reserved a 10 X 10 air conditioned unit. I arrived a few minutes after they opened this morning to complete the paperwork only to find they made a reservation for a space that is not available. The person behind the counter was clueless. This is purely dishonesty on the part Public Storage to offer spaces they don't have available. So an update to my review... Tony called me and apologized for the mix up. The person behind the counter should have offered an upgrade to a large space. I went back and ended up getting an upgrade to a 20' X 20' space. That being said I did not move the stars very much as the facility is not very well kept. The restrooms don't get cleaned very often. The hallways are dirty and there are places where something was spilled and never cleaned. The security lights don't come on til well after dark and with the people wandering around it is rather scary. there after dark. .

In the beginning it was great until a few weeks ago I have had a associate of the Sr 70 location slam down and lock a unit I had for some time where I could not get in to after payment of $160 for the month. Ever since he has been stalking and harassing me to the point of not wanting anything to do with this storage or organization.

Alaine and brandon were very help and knowledgeable about the boxes in the store they worked together as a team to make sure I was comfortable in my selection I will surely be back if I ever need supplies again MAYBE even a unit!

Nice to move in so cheap is a plus but after being there for awhile they high jack up the prices on you, Been there for awhile and finally leaving tired of my rates going up every 2 to 3 months, 6 am to 9 pm are the only times to go in to your unit , love the gate and code just wish they would not keep highering the prices so sad in the last 6 months my rates went up over 30 dollars

Bathrooms have been locked since the first day rented a 10x10 air conditioned space. NOW!!!! The lights are out. Our space is so dark we can’t use it. Lights have been out for a week. The office said they told the manager. Don’t rent space here. Junk blocking the entrance for weeks. People are urinating outside the door due to restrooms being locked. Stay away from this location! We are leaving!

Alicia was there to help out my mother and me, she was fast, efficient, and great at explaining what was happening, and going into depth about how things would go down. She got us in and out super fast with no time wasted, well being polite, and made sure that we were understanding all that was happening, how things worked, and where things were. 10/10 She's got some good jokes, definitely could keep the flow of the conversation, and made it super comfortable to be there.

The people working here are extremely friendly. My problem lies in the a/c. In May, the interior was so cool I thought it was wonderful moving in here. Now the temperature inside is as bad as outside for the past 2 weeks. I don't think it's fair to pay the same for a climate control unit as the non-climate control units. Within minutes of being inside, I'm sweating. Also, no one seems to clean inside the building. I see the same dirt, paper, and dead bugs on the floor for several weeks. I have not mentioned anything, but I don't think I should have to. UPDATE: After a couple of weeks, it seems that the air has been adjusted, the place is cleaner, and some issues have been fixed. There is still a problem with the auto lights not going on in the aisle towards the restrooms, but I don't know if they are aware of that.

I just wanted to say that i had a great experience when i visited this location. The property Mrg Tabatha made it so easy simple & effortless on our part. I will definitely be referring my mom to switch to this company & location.

Very friendly staff. Did not rush while showing the units. Facility is clean as advertised.

Due to a family emergency my husband and I had to move to Bradenton last minute and Public Storage made our move so much easier and less stressful. Kimmi was very personable and helpful. I highly suggest this storage location!

Yes! All the good reviews are true! I have been using them for some time now and everyone has always been great! Up until now I've been just to lazy to post a review. After the hurricane we just had, some water got into my locker, absolutely no fault of there's, just mother nature. But the fast, caring and professional response I got from Manager Brandy and her staff was over the top! EXCELLENT! She really did go way out her way to solve the issues. I could tell she really did care and it wasn't just a job. Even if you have to drive a little farther to get there it will definitely be worth it. Best storage anywhere! Again I'd like to publicly say THANK YOU!!!

I have lived in bradenton for a long time I remember this place back when it was the bowling alley, they did a great job converting it to storage. The place is clean, and the service is great. Paull is very helpful, if you need space see him.

I came in to get boxes, great selection, and Paul was very helpful. I ended up getting 10 boxes, some packing paper and a divider. the products are of high quality.

A good manager helped me find a space for my stuff. Didn't want to rent yet but the special was a limited time. Will move in later. Thanks

The kid in the office is nice, but the prices are far too high, I mean why advertise a $1 special if almost nothing has it and then get hit up for a lock that is only good there, and insurance that I did not want. I had to pass on this one. But I only blame the company, not the person in the office he was only doing his job.

The staff at this location are first class. I went into the office and was treated like I was family. Paul made sure I was comfortable, offering me water, made sure I got the correct size unit. ( I thought I would need larger, saved me a lot of money) really took his time to deal with me even the it was a busy office. I just wanted to say thanks.

I enjoyed my time here. Never any issues with my storage unit and the staff has been helpful. The only issue is that the gate cannot be seen from the office.

Loved renting from public storage. We were worried everything from our 10×20 wouldn't fit in a 10x10. Stephani came out to our unit and helped us decide where to put everything. We ended up saving close to $100 by transferring to a smaller unit. I would definitely use public storage again!

Moving was very easy. We used public storage for everything. The storage pack came with bubble wrap, boxes and tape all in one. It was cheaper to buy it in the pack than to buy it seperately. The office is always kept very clean and the staff is very friendly.

Loretta was a big help in explaining the requirements and rules of the site and had the paperwork completed and ready to go when our mover showed up with out stuff. Been great so far, she has gone out of her way to help when we have needed it. I would recommend this site to others needed extra storage.
