Very rude young lady from this department or particular store in Brandon called me. I deal with public storage a lot because I buy storages. I know the rules. If you’re out by the first you do not owe rent she proceeds to call me and tell me that I still owe , no ma’am you better go back to your policy book and pull it up because I don’t OU anything and I will find someone else to do my business with .

Alec and Megan are professional and knowledgeable people who provide great service and troubleshoot for me when my needs change.

Paying $300 and we can’t even get into our building. Nobody ever answers the phone.

Check in process was a total nightmare with Crystal. New employee first time alone. The temperature controlled units are extremely hot and there's 0 lighting in the hallway. I paid for the unit and next day decided that I wasn't going to store there and I went back the next day to have them process a refund a week goes by no contact so I go back to the facility only to find out the property manager that the company denied my refund request after one day and not even moving in. They stole $140 from me this place needs to be shut down do not go anywhere near this facility

I am sooo pleased with the property manager at this location. Meghan is extremely helpful and professional. I booked a storage locker and was hoping to get an upper locker instead. None was available at the time but Meghan remembered and call me a week to inform me one opened up. Extremely helpful and actually does her job!!!!!

I moved out of the storage unit in 2/6/22 I called and asks if I could get the rent prorated since I was not going to be there for the full month. They told me they do not do that. So I paid the full month rent to be there only 6 days. To get to my unit and to find my things covered in mold, and water public storage ceiling fell I had all the pink installation all of my items and that was covered in mold the roof had a hole in it I got no compensation I was told just to make a claim and I did so now I'm waiting for my claim to go through I will never go to them again

False advertisement

Getting older so the units seem more worn but it's a decent storage facility for what I needed Edit: The clerk in charge at the desk on Monday when I had to go back was cold, rude, and had no sense of compassion nor customer service skills. This person had the audacity to be rude to the mother of my recently deceased friend who's stuff we were trying to get out of that unit. She did not give us any options but we figured it out on our own so if you ever need to get into public storage just know the code or don't go on a Monday when the same woman is working. I base feature business on people that have good business practices and I've been let down by lack of compassion from public storage and I will not be using them in the future.

I had a wonderful experience with Silvi today. She was extremely helpful, informative and upbeat. I've rented with Public Storage in other states, but this by far is one of the best. Thank you for all that you do.

Honestly i went in with no idea what i was looking for, besides needing a storage unit. I didn’t know there were so many options. Noah did an amazing job explaining the differences and also provided his own opinion which was greatly appreciated, since it helped me make my decision. Bait and switch on pricing! Reserved at $173 a month for 10×20 and after almost giving my unit away to the customer in front of me I finally go to see the unit and leave my brother to unload what little I brought over, then get told its going to be $234 a month. Spent 3 hour in this dump and get told "there's nothing that can be done, come back tomorrow but you're gonna have to get the stuff out of the unit". Left and went to Extra space storage for $40 less then their quote. Will be speaking to district manager and filing BBB complaint on the obvious bait and switch.

Great “contactless” experience! Simple I went online, found a unit, reserved, paid and moved in. Upon arrival gate code was texted to me, along with storage unit. Went directly to unit which was sealed, we popped like instructed and keys and lock were inside. Unit nice and clean.

I’m trying to buy a house so I need a place that looks and feels safe to store my stuff. Guess I’m just ocd on how I take care of my things. Well the gentleman that runs this place is doing a great job. He advised me to downsize from what I reserved online to get and it benefited me on space and it was better priced per month. He keeps the place clean and safe which is what I wanted and his rules are simple and reasonable for any common sensible human being that understands Jeff Epstein didn’t kill himself. Highly recommend this place.

Used this location for nearly 4 years, prices inflated frequently, accessibility hours went down and than they charged us for the next month even when we were out on time. Reached out to management several times with no success

Debi was so accommodating when my nephew and his wife moved the contents of their 2,600 square foot house into storage units on August 29th as they had to relocate because of his job and did not have the time needed to buy a new home in the Brandon area. They had secured a large climate controlled unit, but the movers said this would not be enough space. While my nephew and his wife knew more space would be required, they had no clue what sizes or how many additional units would be needed until the movers began to unload. They had contacted Debi on August 28th and gave her a heads up on their predicament and she was very understanding, checked her available space and assured them it would not be a problem. They rented a non-climate control unit, but still were not sure it would be large enough. They ended up needing another climate controlled unit, which brought the total to three units. Debi made sure both the additional units were cleaned and ready for their contents on very short notice. Since my nephew and his wife were working, her mother was responsible for the decision making in their absence. His aunt was also there to help her mom. No matter what they needed or questions they asked, Debi’s kind spirit was evident. Debi was always cheerful in her response to them and handled a very stressful situation professionally. Public Storage has a gem in Debi. Her work ethic is above reproach. Without hesitation we would highly recommend this location to anyone without question.

Came in at the last min yesterday and Ms.Amy still managed to make my move in stress free. I reserved one size unit and she took me to see it and it was not big enough and she showed me a different unit with the information i gave her she found the right size and it was a better price than the one I reserved. Thank you so much Amy for such an amazing experience at PS. Even with the rain she still went out of her way to make us comfortable. Will recommend this to everybody

This place is a nightmare and the manager is not only the most unfriendly and rude person but she doesn’t train her employees to know correct information, and fails to contact you. They made an unauthorized withdrawal from my account and then stated they would refund it being as I had closed my unit. They said this was done, as I was told by Amy. Debbie the manager is a liar and did not process it, and was nothing but a inconvenience to me when I followed up some days later because it never came through. Stay away from this place. They’re no good and it isn’t even about the refund. She doesn’t have the decency to call and say “hi you were misinformed we can not refund you”. She is just rude. She’s an on-site nag and complains about everything when in office. We’re not your friend. We’re your customers. Learn how to treat us and have some professionalism.

Christian was super helpful and handled himself very well when the customers in front of me acted like jerks. I was very impressed. And when it became my turn he was knowledgeable and helpful, so thank you for a good experience during a stressful time.

The manager, Debi is absolutely wonderful. We spoke before we made the big move from NC to Fla. and she kept us posted as to unit availability. When we arrived she graciously showed us our unit and explained all rules and procedures. Debi helped make our move much less stressful. Would definitely recommend this facility.

I went in on saturday and Ms Debi tried to help me but our language difference would not allow much . She is a sweet soul and tried her best. so she suggested we went in on sunday to speak with Amy. Sunday it was pouring rain but Amy still went above and beyond to make sure our move in was easy and smooth depite the fact she got soaked because there were 3 of us so we could not take the golf cart. This property is very well maintained and both ladies are very nice.

A space is a space is a space, right? Not true. I've been around, and I've seen some places that I wouldn't store anything in for fear of pests. Not the feeling that I got at Public Storage. The manager, Debi, showed me around, and I didn't see one sign of any kind of pest, whatsoever! To me, that shows the dedication of management, and after meeting Debi, the manager, I understand. I've also looked into other places that were clean, but none had a Debi to sway my decision a whole month before I actually needed a storage space. I was there on Wednesday, the 29th, and went back to rent on Friday, the 31st. Thank you Debi, for answering all my questions and helping an old guy sign on that line.

When I left Debbie and Amy both told me to have a good day. That is good customer service I like. We recently noticed a leak in our unit after the hard rain so we went to the office and spoke to Debi. She was awesome in getting us in a replacemnt unit quickly so our stuff didn't incure any damage. She is a true asset to your company!

This is the most wonderful storage I have ever had. Debi I the absolute best! Plus the facility is very clean and quiet. I had an easy process getting my unit. I had an issue with the string on the door to pull unit down and it was addressed and fixed in minutes.
