My experience was great. The details although quite a bit seemed easily expressed and I live the app idea. Last time I used storage there was no mandatory insurance. I like the idea of having insurance built in. I think the young ladies name was Rhonda but she works in the casselberry facility. She is very personable spoke about the times available ease using the app!

Great company until you fall behind on payments for any reason! Was going through a rough financial time due to being homeless, living in a motel and having a roommate that didn't pay his share. Missed one payment and the late fees snowballed to the point that I couldn't hope to pay it and had to watch all my belongings be taken hostage and go to a lien sale...which didn't even sell! Now I've lost my belongings AND I'm going to be hounded for an $800 bill! Thanks for the added despair at the lowest point of my life, Public Storage! Never ever using your company ever again!

This is my first time renting a storage unit and so far the experience has been wonderful. Making the reservation online was easy. In person check in was easy. Vi was great! She answered all of my questions, was patient, and kind. When I arrived, the size unit I reserved wasn't available so I was upgraded at no additional charge (this was awesome) and in less than 20 minutes I was unloading my car into my new unit. I like that I can drive right up to it and our unit is on the end. Overall I'm really pleased with this process and the company. Even the woman who called me to confirm the reservation was nice.

Great customer service when you move in, terrible service once you have already moved in. The door to my unit is stuck and I cannot get it open. I called several days ago to have them fix it. No answer, so I left a voicemail and still no one has contacted me. Meanwhile, it's imperative that I get into my unit. I will not recommend this place to anyone. They rent dirty units that haven't been cleaned, only swept and in need of repair. They don't even bother to check if the door opens and closes properly after each tenant.

I've had my storage unit for over a year, and have no complaints about the staff. Everyone has been efficient and polite. But I want to give a special thumbs up to Christina; I found tiny ant-like critters traversing the back wall of my unit. Christina obtained the appropriate stuff from the pest control man and went in my unit with me and applied the remedy. I really appreciated this, as otherwise I would have had to make an appointment to meet him to open my unit, and I don't have time for that. Christina, I have also seen you being friendly and helpful to other customers, and I think you are a real asset to the company. Thank you! 6-4-21 I'm still using this public storage location, and the service has remained exemplary. I appreciate the very low turnover they have in personnel. Vi especially has gone out of her way to be helpful, and it is nice to see a friendly familiar face when I enter the property.

Just ended a short storage stay at this location and it’s definitely going to be the ONLY location I go to or recommend in central Florida. The units are very clean and the locks are the best on the market. The staff was more than helpful with any questions or concerns that I had. Vi is the sweetest woman and even stayed after hours to help me with a problem I had. She went out of her way to attempt to help me and made me feel like family. Will definitely be returning if I ever need the extra storage again! Side note: If you decide to rent from here DEFINITELY download the app! Anna has been over the top awesome. For various reasons I think I had to call and reschedule my move in time and date with her 4-5 times. It never phased her, she never missed a beat, and just got the job done for me. You should hold onto her as an employee as long as you can, and she deserves a raise.
