We first had a double unit then went down to a 10 x 10 and Emerline (the manager) made the process simple. Gaining access is simple. Use either a code or send a signal via the app as you pull up. The facilities are clean and we have peace of mind that our belongings are safe because of the well placed cameras.

Just did another rental at this property. I received excellent service as usual from emerline Second time renting with her.

I have been renting a unit at the public storage on 6050 FL 7 coconut creek and have to say this is the best experience I have ever had. From the first visit Emerline the Manager was beyond knowledgeable, I needed a place to store my daughters apartment until she was ready to move to CA, she helped make the process of selecting the unit all the way to emptying it after several months an outstanding experience. She is an asset to the facility, she also keeps it so nice and clean. I want to personally thank her for everything. If there was something higher than a 5 ⭐️ she would be the one. Thank you again 😊

Don’t let all the fake 5star reviews fool you. They have good service IF AND WHEN U ARE LUCKY ENOUGH TO CATCH SOMEONE IN THE OFFICE. I’ve been renting here for a year straight now and I ALWAYS have trouble finding anyone that works here. Today is my 3rd time that I spend money on a uhaul truck, time loading it up to show up at the property and no one working at front office. It’s a Saturday at 12:30pm (mid day) on a day people move/ comes to storage. Been here since 10:00am waiting with all my things because I need assistance entering my unit. CALLED , left messages, emails etc. and yet NOTHING !!!

This is the best Public Storage I’ve ever rented at. I came in pretty frustrated that I didn’t have access to my unit today because they were remodeling the floors and Emerline was super professional, patient and polite to me by showing me the email they had sent out (even though I never got it) even though I didn’t get access to my unit today the customer service she displayed was so phenomenal it made me really glad she is there. It made me glad at least that I’m renting at a place that makes improvements and has amazing people working there.

I must say I gave her a hard time about prices that were on the internet verses the ones she quoted. I was not going to proceed. Even with that Emerline still had patience with me, she showed Willingness To help me understand the pricing, she walked me thru the Facility showing me different sizes and gave me a suggestion to what I might need, at the end I ended up renting a space paying for months in advance! This young lady was the ONLY reason I rented a space at Public Storage that night! I Am very big on Customer Service and as a result I have recommended this particular location to my family members that have relocated to here. Ms Emerline represents Public Storge with Pride! Emerline and her crew are great! Showed up with my stuff, paperwork was all in order, quick and professional tour, terms and conditions review, bill review (today, next month, AND each month after), entry and exit procedures and all with smiles and laughs that made things even that much smoother. You might find cheaper, but I doubt you'll find better.

Worst storage facility I have ever been too. They open at 9:30 but don't the girl shows up doesn't acknowledge us then Rudely says give me a minute. The. Takes us to see the unit the property is disgusting and had trash all over and isn't kept up. Shows us the unit then says we need to buy two of their locks for it $40 we wanted to use ours and she basically said oh well.... she was so rude and had horrible customer service skills... we left we don't need to deal with a place that doesn't want our business and is rude!

Emerline and jimmy are a pleasure to work with any and all requests were handled expeditiously, courteous and professional. I recommend anyone this public storage!

I would like to start off by saying, my name is James Alleyne. Rachel at Public Storage is awesome. I walked into the storage facility knowing I did not want boxes I did not need any supplies did not need a lock did not want insurance. what I walked away with was an experience like no other. Rachel made my experience a rememberable one. I walk out with insurance a lock supplies and a good piece of mind knowing that I had everything I needed for my move. She explained the benefit of having insurance and having a lock supplied by them. Which I've had to use the insurance cuz one of my dresser drawers broke. I must say she is a outstanding employee

Went to look around at storage units. The two woman, Rachaele and Bri, were really nice and very helpful and informative. The facility is super clean and the ladies were very professional. Will definitely use this location and I would highly recommend anyone in the area to use.

The facility is great and I will definitely be using this location. I will be referring family and friends to this Public Storage. This is a great location with access to the Sawgrass Expressway.

Unbelievable! I had exactly the same issue After Customer service Screwed up my "Pay By Phone" and refused to admit they screwed up, I suggested they go back to the recording so they could discover where they went wrong. But the "Customer Service" agent just gave me an attitude and told me the district manager was the only one that could help. I asked her to get him on the phone and she flatly refused. That is when i went to see my local Friendly, Helpful, Professional , Customer Focused, Problem Solver, Rachaele. She is the one and only reason I am still a public storage customer. Special thanks to her! From the sound of these reviews she deserves several Gold Stars. It's too bad this review limits the amount of stars to 5........ c allen

Been using this storage for over 4 years, very clean with A/C and good service the times I had called for information, but prices have gone "very","very" expensive...It used to be Stor All Storage and Publix Storage took over, no longer I receive the military discounts...

when i went to this location to rent Rachaele showed me a few different units & showed me how the gate worked and what security they had in place too, she was very professional & once we got back to the office to finish the rental she offered me all the merchandise i would need to help me get packed. Very quick and wonderful experience. Was able to get the unit and supplies without a problem. I only needed the unit for a month between leases so this place was very convenient and accommodating for my situation. Rachaele was very nice and answered all my questions.
