Deborah is a pleasure. She is always willing to go out of her way to help you with whatever you need. She works long hours and remains very friendly. I have rented from her before and there have never been any issues. This time when we checked in it happened to be her one day off. Heather was there from a store about an hour away and she was also very friendly informative and helpful. On other occasions I have had with Barbara Jessica Terra and Bobbie have all been good.

Deborah the so called manager needs physiological help and need to be fired immediately. I moved out of this horrible place on March 31st Deborah the inadequate Manger sent me an email saying I still owe for April and that I moved out on April 1st today's April first and I never was there at all. DEBORAH NEEDS TO BE FIRED FOR FALSELY CHARGING ME OR I WILL PURSUE LEGAL ACTION AGAINST THESE LIARS. GO RENT FROM ALL ABOARD CLEANER FACILITIES BETTER MANAGEMENT.

We have been used this storage units since 2020. When I graduated college I had to empty out my apt and store everything somewhere. Since I was heading back to CA. Found this location and it was perfect. It had the best price in the city, trust me I looked at a lot of locations and this was had the best price. I was able to get a 10”x10” unit. It stored 2 beds, 2 couches, and so much more. The location is also extremely clean, and spacious. We brought in a massive U-Haul truck and we’re easily able to maneuver. Our unit was also in the gated part. But honestly the whole location felt perfectly safe. After 2 years we finally decided to clear it out this month. Getting rid of the small stuff wasn’t a problem but the big furniture was looming over out heads. And we were stressing about what to do with it. But the property manager Deborah came to the rescue. She seriously helped us find a good home for all the remaining furniture and made sure it went to a good cause. She was such a big help and we can’t thank her enough. It was just 2 of us packing up the whole place and thinking about renting a truck, moving all the heavy furniture and thing finding a place, all within a one week period was stressing us out. But Deborah definitely took that weight off our shoulders. She was extremely professional and courteous. She walked us thru the process on what needed to be done for us to move out and get everything settled. Made the whole transition really smooth. I highly recommend this location for your storage needs.

I don’t know where to begin . Debbie as I call her Deborah was the friendliest most funniest person yet knowledgeable young woman . Most places of business would make one feel uncomfortable to ask questions being a stranger but not her. She’s so down to earth. I seen her do maintenance as well the storage facility that most females would not do. The place was well maintained and I just could not get over how exceptionally above and beyond Debbie goes for customers satisfaction.

I love this place and Joe one of the property managers such a sweet heart very professional, clean cut, well spoken and dressed appropriately and professional of course in his uniform goes above and beyond to assist you never has an attitude like some places you revisit. Many great staff many units many options I would highly recommend

Just because you reserve a storage unit does not mean you will get it. They gave mine away, then called and told me to get down there fast or I would lose the next one they set me up with. So I dropped everything and got there just in time. They did end up giving me a larger unit for the same price, so that was nice.

Deborah, I've had a unit since the pandemic, father and mother are both failing health; I'm loading a 26ft uhaul by myself due to financial restraints. Ms. Deborah has repeatedly harassed minor infractions. I tell her I'm not against her, so if she asks me something, I’ll comply. It's just sad that people these days don't have the decency, especially with the status of the world these days. I will ensure I don't block the bathroom that's never opened or the janitor room that's never opened. And oops, I'm sorry for putting moving supplies on the spare dolly. I understand because if someone wants to use it, they better have their ID. After all, Deborah Doesn't play or dare help you. She's here to make sure you know she's better than you and that she's the best manager in the world. I'll definitely call corporate because even her work associates hate her! Shameful!

Today I stopped by the Public Storage in Daytona, Fl on Beville Rd right before closing time. I received great customer service from Deborah the property manager. I was greeted with a big smile and a very enthusiastic hello. After a long day at work it felt good to be greeted in that manner especially being so near to closing time. Not sure if this unit is the best. Wondering if anyone knows whether this company actually has access to every other storage company's information on availability in the state of Florida. My mom is paying four hundred a month for a unit in this facility and I can see daylight through the back wall and ceiling. They told her it was the only unit available in Volusia county except in Sanford from any storage provider.

Needing to locate a storage unit quickly(same-day), Deborah was extremely prompt, helpful, and patient answering my questions re: rental details. Was able to get keys quickly, and unit, upon inspection, looked in great condition....most noted was it was clean/had been swept out prior to me taking possession. I won’t hesitate to utilize the Beville location again, if needed.

I would recommend this facility to anyone in the area. It is clean, office is orderly, very helpful staff and excellent climate control in the units. It is easy to get to and parking for trucks and cars is ample. Please ask for Deborah and she will assist you.

It is way to small and the price is $60 you can't even fit a bedroom there, They advertise that is $1 per day but you end up paying $60, the insurance is $11, and its not an option... also they make you buy the lock and it's a special kind.. only for their use.. won't be able to use it ever again, and it's $15... Only good thing is customer service.. Overall experience.. Overpriced!!!!

Spent 2 years renting a 30x10 external storage unit, had bugs, mice damage when we moved out, so beware, costed $289/mo and went up annually. Apparently not a quality storage location currently, maybe just needs pest control services more often.

I did an online reservation and it was a wonderful experience and took very little time, the girls in the office, Kkaala and Nicole were very helpful!!! I've been using this company for years it is a very good company to deal with for keeping your personal items stored.

Could not get belongs out of storage due to incoming Hurricane Dorian and now they are wanting to charge me another months rent that is at a new rate! Our rates have changed every month since we have had the unit steadily going up in price, we have rat feces and urine on all of our belongings, our children are doing without due to this company, the people in the office gave us the pay by phone number when we asked for corporates number! They laughed at us! Will never do business again with this company and I have reported them to the Better Business Bureau! I suggest to anyone that has had an issue to contact the Better Business Bureau with your complaints because it seems as if this company has tons of complaints!

I've used Public Storage in the past for many years. This is a nice facility although they could use more carts. Lil Debbie was terrific at orientation. This facility is different from any of the others I have used, its one central building. Its clean and suits my needs perfectly. Price is fair for what you get.

Our appointment was for 10:00 am. We toured the unit, agreed to the rental terms, had the contract written up, and by 10:45 am we were back in our car headed out. This Public Storage is conveniently located for our needs. The office, property, and storage building are very clean and well-lit, and, we feel, very secure. Mary gave us the tour and wrote up the contract, but the other employee, Debra, was also very friendly and helpful.

I was in a pinch and needed some boxes for a move. I knew the Public Sorage on Beville Rd. was close and it was quicker than going to Walmart so, I stopped in for some boxes. I figured, it’s a Sunday, the employees are probably not going to be happy about being at work. I was wrong. Cheri and Debbie were so pleasant. They put a smile on my face and had the boxes I needed. I just make moved in today and had the pleasure of working with Anne and Tracey. They were super nice and helpful. Anne gave me a tour of the facility, and even gave me some tips on how to remember my gate code and how to NOT lose my lock key! There are so many storage options available and I couldn’t be more glad that I chose this location. Thanks ladies for the excellent service!

I am wheel chair bound and just got a power chair. I had not been to my Public Storage unit since renting it months before. As a test of my ability to run the chair, a rehab tech accompanied me to my unit. Not familiar with exactly where the unit was inside the complex we stopped at the office and were greeted courteously by Debbie (an outgoing and personable addition for your Daytona Beach facility). I asked if there was a map showing how to get to the units and she said there was none but she brought out a hand-drawn map that a previous manager had drawn and with exacting directions showed us where to turn from the office and how many doors to go down and on which side the unit was on. The directions were easy to follow but when we got to the unit, while the key fit in the lock and turned it would not open the unit. My companion went back to the office and immediately Debbie was at our side showing us how to get into the unit. The lock would back out and the door opened under her skillful hands, but then would not go back into the slot. We all tried without luck. To solve the problem Debbie proposed installing a little piece of metal that allowed the slide to open and the door to rise but required a padlock (which I said I had). Debbie then took us back over to the office, showed us the 'contraption', told us what days she was on duty and that she would make a notation on my file of what had transpired and the fix for it. We couldn't have been more satisfied with her pleasing personality and willingness to go out of her way to help us. Your facility is immaculately maintained and near to my nursing home which is now an easy trip with the power chair. And if your other personnel are as courteous and friendly as Debbie, I rate you highly on my list of excellent places. I am so happy that I chose Public and discovered your gem of an associate who was so helpful and professional. I will certainly mention this to others in our 138 resident facility, many of whom have extra storage as well as power chairs. Thank you again for a wonderful experience.

What a great experience! Relocated here and building house and needed a certain size storage unit which thought was impossible, but Travis the manager was nothing short of phenomenal! All though he was off when arrived, he made sure Anne (fantastic too) was there to assist! Anne was soo great and we will definitely recommend because of Travis and Anne!! Thank you!

Update: after have used them to move and having the few issues that I did the district manager called me to address my concerns and was very nice and offered to correct anything that he could. The issues that I did have were taken care of and addressed.

$200 a month for our unit. It was big enough to fit our big tool boxes, a bed, tv stand, dresser bins, boxes and motorcycle. It is 24 hours as well which is what we needed. So for the$ it was worth it but im glad we're done. I'd recommend it.

I'm only giving four stars because of the ridiculous price jump while we had our stuff there. It jumped $60. Other than that the staff was always helpful, it was a very secure place, and nice and clean. It had a pleasant neutral smell in the storage facility itself.

I never had to put anything in storage before in my life, until the loss of my husband last year November and I had to move. I decided to get a strorage until I found a place for me and my kids, so I went to this public storage. Upon arrival I saw how clean and well kept everything was, outside around the property, as you walk down the halls of the building it has always been swept and kept clean. Morgan, his manager, (Jim) and another co-worker was so pleasant, professional and humble. I recently forgot my gate code and when I went in to retrieve it, I was greeted with a warm welcome that made me feel at home and relaxed by these gentleman. We laughed and had good conversation, I would recommend this location among all the rest to everyone I know

Last minute I needed a climate controlled larger unit than the one I'm presently in and Jim and Morgan made sure when one became available I was notified. Excellent service from both and definitely recommend this nice clean facility

A district manager for Public Storage called and asked me why I gave this review 4 stars instead of 5 so I figured I should elaborate. The only reason I didn't give them 5 stars is because there isn't 24 hour access to my storage unit. Other than that this is a great facility with very friendly staff.

Darius and Debbie are excellent customer service reps. Moving belongings is stressful, but Darius made this part of the process simple and easy with no drama. Highly recommend these two employees.

About four months after moving in (You know...when you've finally gotten all your stuff settled in) these opportunist raised my rent by more tha 20%!!! In business you need to be able to trust the folks your are doing business with. You cannot trust these people at Public Stirage.

They tell you everything upfront. Even if you sign up online they let you see the unit you selected in case you need to upgrade or downgrade on the spot so there's no aggressive salesmen tactics. They break down everything you are paying for so you know where each amount is coming from. Overall a super helpful and friendly staff that is really trying to help you out for your needs. Love the video surveillance of the facility too. Definitely a plus!

Excellent job by Valerie!! Getting set up with a storage unit could not have gone better. Needing a storage unit was a last minute requirement for us. I set the reservation up on line and we just had to get moved in the very next day (on a Sunday!) After making the reservation online with no person-to-person interface, I was a bit worried that once I actually got to the location the next day, there would be hiccups (because that's how things go these days). What I most appreciated about this experience was the very next morning Valerie called me to confirm we'd be arriving, AND she was fully ready for me when we got there a few hours later. WOW! She left nothing to chance and she covered all the bases before our arrival. She gets a million gold stars.

Dinorah is personable, respectful, caring and professional. I was welcomed with a smile and appropriately queried about my needs. While walking to the unit (we both wanted to walk), Dinorah politely directed me to her right side, for my safety, away from incoming traffic. She concisely explained how to enter my access code, suggested the most efficient path to the unit inside the climate controlled building, then coached me, while watching, on how to place the lock and lock the unit. She efficiently explained all the paperwork, offered me options for payment, and gave me extra tips on how to keep my valuables safe and dry. Excellent experience.

I definitely agree, if i could give this company a negative zero i would. They will tell you what you want to hear for a quick sale... I was told that they pro-rated the months coming in and leaving, it was all a lie. They want you to pay on the 1st of the month regardless if your leaving on the 4th.. total RIP OFF!!!...BE AWARE you have be worn. STAY AWAY!!!

I wish I could give this company 0 stars. This specific location not only tries to upsell you on every service, but is extremely unhelpful. I had my account set on autopay. But my identity was stolen and I had to have my card cancelled. I got a call saying that if I did not pay by the 6th there would be a late fee. When I explained my situation, the response I got was "We don't waive late fees." Okay without the attitude would be great. I was told I could pay online or by the phone. So I asked him if I could pay by phone. "We don't do that here, you have to call the payment number or stop by in person." Okay well I live 3,000 miles away so that doesn't help me.This is where I really start to get pissed off, not just at this specific location, but at this whole company. I call the payment line and after at least 3 failed attempts at getting a representative (because I did not have the appropriate information readily avaliable), I finally decided to just go with the automated system. However, there is a $10 fee to pay with the automated phone system and a $20 fee to pay through a representative on the phone. You're telling me that I have to pay you just so I can pay you? I might as well just wait for my new debit card to get here because that's the same amount as the late fee I was threatened with. I guess that's what I get for trying to make my payment on time. Not only that, but it is impossible to even get connected to a real person. Press any button but the one for automated payment service and you will sit for an eternity listening to white noise. It doesn't even try to connect you a representative. This company is probably one of the biggest greed scams I've ever seen. As a customer service representative, isn't it your job to help me? And you expect me to pay an additional $20 on top of your already overpriced monthly fee just to do your job? So the only way to pay ontime without getting a penalty (again, about the same amount as a late fee) is to pay online through my account. I've never used the online account so I didn't know what to put for my username and password. There wasn't a register option and I didn't even know I already had an account or where I could find that information. I called this location back 4 times before getting an answer. I'll admit I was pretty heated at this point, but the lady that answered the phone had a bit of an attitude which rubbed me even more the wrong way. By now, I have wasted almost an hour on the phone and the computer trying to the right thing and pay within the grace period. If I had a choice I would move my stuff out immediately and never give any Public Storage location my hard earned money ever again. I have to work 2 hours just to pay the $20 fee for paying over the phone. This is a classic example of a corporation taking advantage and trying to squeeze every dime they can from you, as if they aren't already rolling in profit. If you chose to use this facility, I hope nothing bad ever happens to you because you are on your own. Heaven forbid you inconvenience any of their employees.

Deciding to leave my belongings here was one of the worst decisions I've made while moving. I should have known from the start when the price quoted online and the price quoted by the rather rude woman in the office were markedly different that this was not a good storage facility; but I had to move quickly and rented a unit despite better judgement. I paid for an indoor unit in the climate controlled facility. Here is a summary of my terrible experience: -The cost of the unit, once all of the many incidentals the unit makes you purchase were added in, was $50 more per month than quoted online -The indoor facility is terrible to move in and out of; there is no way to keep the door open for moving, and the halls are very narrow -I moved out at the beginning of the month and was penalized for paying on-time; I was told I would be refunded all but $6 for the month and then was told I would not be refunded because I already paid -Someone must have kept illegal naphthalene mothballs open in their unit in the building; the whole facility stunk when I went to move out. Because of my asthma, I had to pay for additional moving help since I could not enter the building. Upon complaining to the woman in the office she did nothing, not even caring that many types of mothballs are illegal and all mothballs release a highly toxic gas when out in the open -Although all of my furniture was in zipped covers, it stunk of mothballs. Now my home and belongings all stink of mothballs and I have to stay with family until the toxic gas has aired out of my stuff. I'll probably need to replace my mattress and upholstered furniture, and have paid a fortune for air filters and cleaning. Stay far away from this place! The workers are rude, their business practice is terrible, and the facility is now full of a toxic chemical!

Hands down the best place to store things at! I have used them 4 years now for my storage for my college items. The staff is helpful and are willing to help whenever asked. The climate controlled building is very secure and i have no problems moving in or out of the units! The only thing i wish was different is if they gave a discount to members or people that have used their facility more than once.

This is a very nice storage area. It is clean, safe and secure. The staff was fantastic and answered all my questions and stayed a little later to get me taken care of. In my opinion Pam and staff went above and beyond. I cannot say how pleased I was to work with attentive, and friendly people when it is hard to find that these days. Keep up the good work.

Matched my needs perfectly. Was moving out of college and needed to go home for a month before moving back down to area and they helped me obtain a storage unit for $1 for the first month plus the Lock fee. Lock fee was a bit pricy ($20) but now if I want a storage like that I won't have to pay it because you keep that lock. Staff was very helpful and friendly.

It was a most traumatic day, my existing home closes October 2013, I had just been told that the new home will not be ready until December. I needed to find a place to store my furniture and find a place to live!! I was livid at the thought of paying for storage and paying movers twice! This was certainly not in my budget. Diana and Angela at Public Storage were so sweet, caring, and helpful that I left the facility with a lighter heart than when I entered, they could not do enough to "soothe the savage beast in me" I actually believe these 2 strangers really cared about my plight.
