I’ve rented from this public storage for several years. We recently sold our home and renter 2 additional units for all our things pending our closing on our new home. Our closing was unexpectedly pushed back a few weeks causing us to reschedule the movers and needing a few extra days past the end of the month beyond our notice of vacating our storage units. Thankfully Claudia and her boss accommodated us and allow the extra days needed until the movers were available at no additional charge. As we know the stress of moving can be overwhelming. This kind gesture was a load off our shoulders during a stressful moving experience. The expenses related to moving into our new home were already mounting. I want to thank Claudia and Public Storage for there help and understanding.

I had an excellent experience with Kiya at Public Storage, 150 Powerline Rd, Deerfield Beach. Kiya was friendly, knowledgeable, professional, fast, smiles all the time and eagerly went above and beyond her responsibilities to provide excellent proactive service. I have great respect for Kiya for all of the above plus I was especially impressed because she was not only aware of everything, when necessary, she was on top of a problem before I had to ask. I had an issue with the PS app and one of the elevators. Door would close but when I selected floor 2, nothing happened. After my second try, Kiya was standing at the elevator door when it opened, explained the situation and up I went. I am self-employed so I have a great appreciation for hard working, dedicated, employees who willingly go beyond their job description not because they have to, because they want to and it's the right thing to do. Kiya is a valuable employee and these days it's nearly impossible to find people like Kiya. Public Storage in Deerfield is very lucky to have her. Oh, and for the record, Kiya also upsold me by at least two storage levels. Thank you Kiya. I appreciate you everything you did to help me. Sincerely, Ron

I have been using this Public Storage facility for about 5 years and have never been late with one payment. They gave me a discount due to my payment history about a year ago and it expired and got an increase. I rarely go but had to go to grab something and I asked them if they are able to offer me another discount again because of my payment history and time I have been renting. A big shout out to Deora and Claudia. My discount was approved and I cannot thank them enough for putting in the request. I have an indoor air conditioned 10x10 unit so every little bit helps. This place is clean as a whistle and the people who work there are wonderful. Great customer service. Thank you thank you!

I just moved to the area and needed extra storage space for Miscellaneous personal items. I went to public storage in Deerfield beach. I was greeted by pearl frater. Pearl worked with me to find the best storage locker to fit my needs. My experience with pearl frater was very pleasant. Her customer service is top notch.

We couldn't have been more pleased with the service we received from Atavia. She went out of her way to make sure we were satisfied. The facility seemed clean and well-maintained.

Claudia and Takira were so helpful and friendly on my first visit. Claudia was exceptionally helpful in showing me two storage units which I paid for to secure for my upcoming move from Coral Springs. The facility is clean as a whistle and conveniently located on the SE corner of Hillsboro and Military in Deerfield Beach, close to 95. Moreover, their prices were the best between Pompano Beach and Delray Beach. I highly recommend you contact them if you have storage needs.

I've had no issues at this public storage located. I wish that it was accessable 24 hours a day. The only issue I have but not with this location with public storage in general is that you have to buy insurance for your unit, which isn't quoted in the price online. Other than that it's a month to month storage place.

I was more than pleased! I knew I was in good hands after speaking with Claudia, Manager of this facility. After my initial "online" inquiry, she reached out to me almost immediately. I needed a storage unit asap and at a great price. She was available to show me a 10' x 10" unit within 30 minutes of my call. Claudia was super sweet and tolerant of ALL my questions. The property is very clean; even the restroom. This is my second time renting at Public Storage; did so 7 years prior and was hoping to have my exceptions met again. "All" was / is great. Amazing customer service AND security. Definitely consider this location for your storage needs ... and just a few minutes West of 95.

Just left this storage facility. I have been to many storage places during my lifetime yet was never this impressed. Service was excellent, facility was spotless and the prices were good for the size of unit I requested. Claudia went out of her way to make sure that we were satisfied. Annabel at the desk was a great help getting me set up. The service was good and everything was pretty turnkey. There was a dead lizzard on the floor when I moved in and I'm pretty sure something crawled into one of my boxes and died but overall - it was clean and secure.

I was very satisfied with Claudia’s service, very professional.

I finally got smart and left this mess.. What started out like 55$ a couple of years ago is now 91$ for a 5x5... Down the street it is like 55$ now.. The continual rate increases are bad enough but i was in Connecticut when i heard about a new scheme to thieve my cash.. I now need insurance with a 500$ deductable.. My stuff not worth 500$.. Later came back and something about a florida law then on my signed lease.. Liars.. Now it is payback time. Don't use this or any other public storage.. Just shop smart.. As for corporate just an evil faceless entity.. Take my advise or pay the price.. I almost forgot the best part. If you are there on the 1st you owe the whole month. No prorate.😛😛😛😛😛 Despite the review.. The manager is nice and polite...

The staff on hand, whose name I can't read on the card she gave me unfortunately, is WONDERFUL!! She greeted me while working with a customer, and then showed me great attention. She is super friendly and offered explanation on the facility, its hours, and the way in which I would be able my storage area. She made my visit (1/9/19 approx 2:30pm) very easy and simple.

Came in to downsize our large unit into to smaller ones and Claudia was such a pleasure to work with. She showed me different units and helped chose what would work best for our needs. Nice, clean, reliable place and affordable! The staff is extremely helpful and goes out of their way. Had an issue with water in my unit and Claudia, the storage manager herself, helped me pack up and move my stuff to a different unit and has been very patient and helpful throughout the process and time of rental.

Claudia is wonderfull . She makes me fell calm and secure. She is a nice lady and do a terrific job. The place is clean and organize.

The storage location went above and beyond for me as a customer. It was 5pm on a Friday and I needed my lock cut since I lost keys. Amanda Fowler at the front desk was very helpful and quickly called Michael Cornell the district manager. Within 30 minutes they cut my lock and got me a new. I highly recommend this storage for the great facility and most of all due to staff that truly cares about their customers.
