I was enjoying my service with public storage, until they raised my rent TWICE without ever letting me know. No email, No phone call. I was paying around $80 a month for a smaller unit that included insurance. Then it was raised to $100 a month without a notice, besides what the next monthly payment was coming up to be. I had auto pay on, assuming I’d be notified of any changes in my premium. Then they raised it to $130 a month. Seriously disgusting that there isn’t a notice given out for why the rent is being raised.

We were immediately impressed with her overall knowledge, professionalism, and her concerns for what our needs were.. I kept trying to leave because the unit prices were too high, but Sue Kim's suggestions and personality kept me there. At the end of our "learning session"... I acquired a storage unit and.... This is a great clean storage facility. Of course you should spray the unit prior to renting to add some extra protection but otherwise the rental process was smooth. The pricing fair and never felt like my stuff was at risk of being stolen. Would definitely rent here again. I wish they had larger units but no one really has a huge unit for rent.

The customer service at this location is excellent! Rhonda is very polite and helpful. Went to this location on foot, as I missed the turn to the entrance. Rhonda could have easily used the golf cart and I walked (due to covid-19) I would not be able to sit with her. She walked with me to the unit. If I could I would give her a 6 stars.
In my search for a convenient and safe place to store some extra household items and Xmas stuff, I am so happy I ventured over to the Public Storage on 1792 in Fern Park. It is close enough to my home in Altamonte and worth the trip. Teresa was so helpful in picking the right size storage for our needs. She was very friendly and gave us the VIP tour showing all the different options for storage. She also shared all the info on the how the facility is kept clean, cool and most of all safe. This company is faster for charge late fee but for fix the gate is always a problem, I was renting in Casselberry, fl and now I'm renting in 1792/Longwood and us the same problem with gate, always open I have to use the same gate for in/out . I pay my rent but is not secure my unit..

The district manager Josh Shaffer is a total harasser and abuses his tenants. He will take your rent money then find any reason to make you vacate the premises after paying rent. I have left many messages with corporate to call me back. I have filed a restraining order injunction against the district manager and the manager Rhonda. Rhonda has harassed me real bad. Don't rent here. You will learn. I have a case number for Longwood police and I'm actively pursuing litigation for harassing tenants.

The only reason I give 4 stars instead if 5 stars is because you have to pay $22 for a lock that can only be bought from and used at Public Storage. Other than that Rhonda assisted me from beginning to end and she was very very knowledgable polite and professional. She was really good at her job!

Teresa was very kind and courteous to everyone that came in. As a first time renter myself, she was very informative and answered all of my questions. I was going to come back after hours to drop off some things so she said she'd leave the store lock off of my unit. Turns out I couldn't make it that night and when I came in the next morning there was a store lock on it. I went to the office to have it removed and I met Kris who informed me that on her rounds she noticed an empty lock, mine, and placed a lock on it. I was pleased to know that these checks occur and that safety and security is of importance.

This place has rude uneducated employees who do not know how to treat customers. They have deceptive business practices and purposefully leave out information when you call in to make payment arrangements so they can continue to charge you ridiculous fees and when you call in to comply with those arrangements they then more than double the amount that was told you owed. I will ensure anyone I know is told about this place and will be filing a complain against this company with the BBB and the employee Jennifer who was completely unprofessional, rude and a terrible representation of customer service.

I came to this location to check on pricing and availability I'm not ready to move quite yet, the property manager Leanettee was very helpful. She was friendly, professional and knowledgeable about what kind of storage I would need and the best size. The property looked very clean and also so did the unit she showed me. I wasn't prepared to rent for another 2 months but when it's time I'm definitely coming back to this location to rent only because of Leanettee's great customer service and how well she keeps the property. I'm sure to recommend this location to all of my friends and family. Public storage you have a great employee on your hands!!

A relative has a storage unit at this location and they are very happy with it along with the staff and location. When a unit became available that i needed, I immediately rented it. The rental agent in the office is extremely nice and very informative of the unit I selected. I really like the security on the property and the service was fast and hassle free.

Amber was awesome! I had removed stuff from another storage unit and it required movers who were being paid by the hour. It turned out that the unit I'd rented at the other facility wouldn't work. I ran home, got online and saw that a unit here might work. Well, it didn't. But, Amber had me in a unit that did work and through the paperwork in such an expedient fashion that I didn't even exceed the time I had left with the movers. Great job, Amber!

I really liked their professionalism. They treated me like a family member. The manager Amber was very thorough in making sure that her new trainee did n or miss anything. The trainee Shellee was up to the task which represents the great team work and chemistry they had with each other in such a short time. Great employees make for a great team and should be recognized when they represent the company so well. I wish that I could get that kind of service everywhere I went. Jennifer and Amber are the best team ever when it comes to customer service, their knowledge about the property and customer lease processing. They were also very helpful when suggesting and recommending specific products to purchase at their store, which made a lot of sense for my particular situation. I was also impressed with the cleanliness and organization of the office - and the facility overall. Both general security and property access of this particular storage facility appear to be adequate. Shed leaks when it rains. Had several items damaged when they were too close to the front door. Have complained several times and management has still not fixed the problem. Plus, rent goes up every year. It never stays the same or goes down.

We first reserved our 10 x 20' storage unit online and moved into today. Alecia was very helpful and kind. The whole experience was definitely 5 stars great. Though it did feel like we were buying a house signing all the paperwork!
Not only was Alecia attentive and prompt, but she explained the whole process. It was an amazing experience booking a reservation online and being able to walk in to a Manager who was expecting me and provided me the best service I've had in quite a while. If you're looking for a place to rent head up there and you won't be disappointed. As a side note, their units utilize the round core locks so no more shackle locks or other miscellaneous locks. These don't appear to be able to be cut and would need to be drilled out if the keys are lost.
