Sometimes public storage sucks but that’s because of the headquarters. This location is on point. Tasha is a super organized and goes above and beyond for her customers. She ensures that everything is in order and provides comfort for her customers' belongings. Every time I walk in, she says hi and her commitment to customer service and willingness to go the extra mile make her an invaluable asset to the team. She’s on point with scheduling and has post it notes with details all over her desk. She pays attention to detail and, from my experience, is only held back by third party contractors and services. If she can do it, she will. Very determined 5/5

I have had a storage here for almost a year and everytime I come by Tasha provided me exceptional service! If I ever do need to rent another storage space I will definetly come back to this one!

I would have given 1 star for all of the hassles and drama I dealt with with the company to secure a suitable unit under stressful personal circumstances and not feel like a pawn in a switch and bait advertising scheme. However, thanks to Taasha’s kindness, professionalism and checking in with me, and District Manager James’s diligence to help me figure out the situation, I am giving the location 4 stars. I have had a unit here at the 69th street Miami Beach for about a year and have had the best experience. The facility is clean and the staff are really helpful. I had a particularly nice experience with Tasha who is always so friendly and helpful. I have the worse experience in my life, especially with this location. Before coming there we did make an appointment, so we will be able to get our storage. I arrived there around 5:00 pm and waited 35 mins just for assistance. She saw me and didn’t eve pain attention to me and for two others people. It’s seems like she didn’t even care about costumes. So we were waited by 6 pm, until the lights get down. Still nobody came to us to get service. This is not how service has to provide for costumers. Never will come back to this place again.

Understaffed.

I paid for a 5x10 I go to this place. It's hot dirty and made out of wood. I called and asked for a refund didn't even look at my unit. This place was gross. I had to wait more than 30 days for my refund. Also they took 30 dollars as a Processing fee. I didn't even use my unit. So not only did it take a month to get my money, but they got 30 dollars from me.

I want to recommend this place and congratulate the attention of this person SHEMA

UNITS ARE NOT SECURE, EVERYTHING STOLEN: On August 5th I visited my unit, to add additional items, only to learn that the entirety of contents had been stolen. EVERYTHING. I filed police reports, no help there. Have contacted management at all levels, again, no help there. I was told it was a pick-proof lock and there was no way to enter without a locksmith cutting the lock. In the photos you can see the ease at which I opened my unit with just a screwdriver. The whole experience has been appalling. Their required ‘Orange Door’ insurance only covers 7K of loss. I would like to add that the on-site staff, mostly Shema, are kind and helpful people - very professional.

THIS PLACE. DON'T RESPECT COSTUMERS RESERVATIONS. I was treated awful and unprofessional by the staff. They didn't answers my calls when I was trying to pay for my reservation.

Morley was great from the moment we walked in. Explained the different prices and showed us the available units that might fit our needs. He accommodated us in a ground level unit that wouldn’t require use of the ladder because my husband has knee problems. The $1 first month offer brought the price down for our needs. Basically a great experience. The staff has been helpful and courteous every time we have gone. The entrance to the facility is three steps high (bay door height). We did not have a truck with furniture, but I suppose this setup would be convenient if you were moving furniture with a truck because the entrance platform seems to be the height of moving trucks.

The staff are so nice and accomdating. Whoever hired them did a great job. When booking online, I didn't realize that an upstairs unit would require me to use a rickety push staircase to access it. The floor units were a lot more expensive.

This is the best Public Storage on Miami Beach. The place is clean and well-kept. The prices are much more reasonable than on South Beach. Morley went out of his way to get me the best unit for my budget. (My only complaint would be that there is no restroom for customers.)

I had an awesome experience with Mrs. Sharon Epps today when I stopped by to get information on their property. She seem to be very patient and knowledgeable of the property. She seems to know what the customer needs. I think, no, I know I will be returning back to this site!

Great place to store your stuff quite clean

Practical, very convenient when you move, but expensive at the end. Eventually, we got rid of almost everything (gifts, recycling, ...)☺ And we now have this extra money every month !!

If you come at this location see Morley. From the beginning he was super helpful. He walked us to the unit we rented and explained the renting process. I have to take some time to talk about this guy. The way he is trained in customer service is incredible. I was having a bad day having to move my stuff out of the apartment along with more personal problems i am having but, the professionalism, expertise and excellent service by Rider, made the entire process comfortable and a pleasant experience. 5 STARS to him. I highly recommend this company. And i hope you guys never let him go because you are not going to find an associate so charming, friendly, professional and dedicated like this guy. For the first time I had such an easy and smooth move with Public Storage. I would like to thank Morley for helping me out with assisting me in picking the right size unit. Such great customer service! I've used different storage facilities and the staff are usually not friendly and honestly not very helpful it just makes the move even more frustrating. So thank you Morley!!! Oh and this storage is nice, clean and odorless! Definitely will recommend this facility to my friends and family.

The place is well suited for whoever needs it. Prices are affordable and service is a must. Rider (an associate who works there) provided me not only with a great service, but with all the info I needed to satisfy my major needs.

Don't go here, they are scam artists. They are rude. I moved in on the 5th of the month and paid them $97. The following month they charged me $110. I moved out the following 1st of the month. They are now sending me a bill for $100.30, saying I should have moved out by the end of the month. Seems like they prorate when its convenient for them, but when they have the chance 1 day is the same charge as 1 month. I thought if I talked to them they would resolve the problem, but no. Renter beware.

Rider was excellent, very friendly and helpfull. He deserves a promotion!

Had a great experience at Public storage. My stuff was safe and Morley was helpful while I was moving out. The only thing I would say wasn’t great was that after 6 months the monthly rent increased by $30.

The team at Public Storage, 331 69th Street, Miami Beach is great, Morley set me up with a unit that was the perfect size for my belongings. I also got to Meet the District Manager, James Arnez, who helped me get into my space as I lost my key. Great Job guys! 5 Stars!

Excelent service

Morley was great! I arrived hot and sweaty ready to unpack my things and he promptly assisted with checking-in and completing my paperwork. He fully explained each document and helped me set-up automatic payments. He even went a step further and emailed me my receipt. Overall, it was a smooth and easy-flowing experience and i would recommend this location to my friends and family.

Fantastic Service and communication-- Regla was beyond helpful to me (and other clients while I waited my turn). She provided clear information, answered all of my questions, showed me the options once she'd learned of my needs. The facility is clean, safe and even has access seven days a week. Regla and Morley seem to recognize the renters while I was there. All my needs were met quickly and I received emailed confirmation as well as a phone follow-up to coordinate move-in from the online reservation.

Regla is the best, so professional. She helped me with every single detail. I just enlisted in the Airforce and she went above and beyond to ensure my documents were correct so I’ll be set once I deploy! This company excels because of employees like her.

Friendly staff and great prices. Must go see Marley, he's so helpful. He really made it possible to get a larger unit for the same price of a smaller one. Gave it 4 instead of 5 stars because the facility is not updated as newer ones, but it is temp controlled and pretty easy to move around in. All in all, a top choice.

We were glad to find Public Storage. The location is great. We enjoyed the customer service offered by Marley. He showed us the right size space, set us up with a lock and then guided us through payment. A great experience and we were glad it was easy to set a storage space up. Everyone was friendly. Feels safe and secure.

i have had my storage spaces at this particular Public Storage for years. I have had belongings and personal items stored there and they have been well protected and secure. I have no concerns about having my things there because the staff that is there which is headed by manager, Grettel makes it a point to keep an eye on things so that everything there runs smoothly. Grettel is always polite, pleasant and available to speak to when we have any questions and the same can be said about the rest of the staff. Public Storage has always tried to assist me when needed.
