Horrible Customer Service!! I made a reservation online on February 1, 2023 for a move in date of February 4, 2023. Before completing my contract online I decided to visit the location to see the cleanliness, size and Customer Service of the facility. When I got there 1 the construction work that’s taking place in front of the entrance door was very confusing on how to get in and unsafe walking a cross a board and crossing cautious tape with NO SIGNS directing you to the entrance. 2. When I approached the counter and advised the lady that I have a reservation she said that the reservations online are not guaranteed a unit and that the unit I have a reservation for is not available but she showed me 2 other units with a higher prices and same size. The units she showed me was in HORRIBLE condition. She literally told me that my online reservation is pointless and for me to come back or call to speak with someone else to see if any other units are available. With that type of service I would prefer to pay more somewhere else for better customer service and cleanliness.

I came to public storage and the staff there is great. They were able to help me with all my needs. I'm a very happy customer. I definitely recommend this lication/business.

This place is a mess! Assigned me A unit# upon move in day and I was unable to access it later that day when bringing things from another location because it wasn’t available and had someone’s lock on it. Then they tried to charge me more money to assign me a new unit. Eventually gave us a unit and have had 3 units assigned to my account, 2 of which I continuously get “past due” notices on. Customer service says that is not true but I have the notices and app to prove otherwise. Delayed our day by 2.5 hours. They have no carts available and we were told new ones would be coming in and they never showed. I had to spend $200 at lowes when moving in for hand trucks. I was promised reimbursement for the hand trucks which I never got and stuck with them unfortunately because they don’t have any available on site to use. 5 months after moving in they’re increasing rent on me by $45 - we decided to give notice and move elsewhere. DO NOT RENT FROM THIS PLACE!

Yanelis was beyond helpful and professional and most of all, compassionate. Sometimes things happen forcing many to seek storage to aide in one’s transition. These situations are super stressful and can create huge levels of anxiety but their compassion, comforting style, and help eased our stress levels and anxiety. We wish all businesses had employees like her.

I came here bc the reviews were good… but this is one of the most atrocious establishments I’ve ever encountered. The elevators smell like pee… you can’t even be in there without covering out nose with your shirt. FOUL CONDITIONS for customers. Wouldn’t be surprised if the place was infested with rats. There’s no carts ????? The office door is locked & you have to drive to the front entrance, the worker won’t even open if you knock. & Yanelis has many positive reviews but if you ask her a question she doesn't know she doesn’t even make the effort to find an answer. Very unhelpful. Please seek new management

If I could leave a 0 star review I would. I had 2 units rented and 1 was closed without my permission even though I had pre-paid until September . The property manager called me to inform me I would be receiving a refund for those months. Instead I receive a check for 60 dollars. They still owe me over 400 dollars. This location is unprofessional and a bunch of thieves. I intend to report this business to the Better Business Bureau for their fraudulent business practices.

I am giving this place 3 stars because while they manage to successfully keep my things stored there is never any one in the office during “business hours”, so I can never get a trolly to move my things. I always have to take everything up 4 floors one at a time. Its quite the nuisance. Especially when I can see the carts right on the otherside of the very locked door and no one is around. They should just put a tracking device on their carts if they are so worried of them being stolen and leave them on the side of the elevator so people can actually use them. I am only staying with them because it would be a bigger hassle to leave. I am very unhappy about it! If you are able to go somewhere else I would.

The store manager, Chris, was very helpful. He was able to find a storage that fit my needs and was very knowledgeable. He walked me through the entire process and was very helpful. The facility was very clean and organized. Definitely an A+. Ok, so fast forward 4 years and this public storage has increased my payment every year without offering any new services. In fact when I signed my contract four years ago they were open till 9:00 p.m. now they only open until 6:00 p.m. They also cut the hours on Saturday. Needless to say I am very disappointed with the service and what has transpired in the last 4 years

I had the pleasure of working with Jelisa who called me the day before my appointment to confirm everything. The day I arrived she explained to me the differences in storage unit sizes. I had originally chosen a 5x5 based on what I saw on the website but found it to be far too small for my purposes after seeing it in person. Jelisa was very patient and understanding when I told her that I needed to contact my husband who was out of town to discuss possibly renting a larger unit than the one we had intended. She had no problem with this, which I appreciated. After deciding on the 5x10, Jelisa and her equally friendly co-worker Tracy answered all of my questions and I felt confident in my decision. It was wonderful dealing with people who seemed like they genuinely wanted to help me out versus employees just doing their job. Thank you, ladies!

Increase in rent every 6 months! I think that think this type of increase fee schedule is horrible. I wouldn't recommend anyone to be hoodwinked and swindled by scheduled increase of fees.

The Manager was amazing! If i remember right, her name was Cecelia. She was kind to explain all of their policies and different packages. I am very upset with this storage unit. When moving in, the power did not work all day and I could not access half of my belongings and the other half went into the front office overnight ! Finally the power came back and they had us move all of my old things into a new storage unit. Now, I’m trying to move out. It says the gate is supposed to be open at 6am. It’s currently 8:30 and it’s not opening! I’ve hired movers and they’re having to wait until 9:30 for these people to even open the gate ! I can’t even imagine how difficult it’s going to be to close the account. I recommend this place for anyone that enjoys being frustrated !

Helped a fried move into their new storage unit. Very clean and safe place, well lite and has security all over. I would definitely chose this company.

Worst facility that exists if you want your possessions protected. The tenant of the unit behind mine, knocked a section of the wall separating our two units. Crushed a section of the wall causing it to collapse into my unit and destroy family heirloom antiques. I had purchased the highest limit P.S. insurance policy they sold. I tried to file a claim and the rep said it is not covered. That that type of damage is not in the included causes or the not included causes, therefo...re my claim was denied. Then you would think the liability would fall on Public Storage. But of course they manage to screw you, by their contract stating on their contract that I am personally responsible for any loss or damage to my goods. I personally assume all risk of loss and Owner is not responsible no matter how the loss or damage occurred. Is this where you want to store your important possessions? I sure hope not.... Renters beware. The insurance they sell has a loophole, and they use it. Worst company I've ever rented from. CAUTION. All public storage facilities will use this same excuse method. My unit was in Oakland Park, Florida. See more

Tria and Yanelis are the best. Both ladies provided great customer service and they both are always smiling. I feel my belongings are very safe in this facility and they also keep it very clean. I will recommend this location to all my friends and family.
