What a great experience I had, was previously checking rates online, and decided to drive up to see the place. Alicia welcome me and explain the options I had for what I was looking for. Showed me around all the different units, and explained to me very clearly all the steps, and at that point it was a no brainer. The new property manager Alicia was an incredibly diligent employee who solved my inquiry in minutes. I did not need to show up in person, she did it all by phone. I appreciate her empathy and professionalism. Also, I received excellent customer service from Laura, her supervisor.

I am really disappointed by Public Storage they raised my rent from $110.05 to $143.06 no reason or explanation given. $33.01 increase. The same 5x8 climate unit is listed for $75 with first month rent free. I have been a customer for over 7 years. I have never missed a payment. Every year they raise the rent, no reason given, but never so much. It would make smart business sense to take care of proven loyal customers, but this is not their business model.

The price of our unit doubled this past month. They did apologize for not catching it when we checked out. However, it is still a huge increase. I hope they compensate their employees for the increase in unit prices or else it’s more money not “trickling” down.

I stopped into this location for packing supplies. Jamie was so helpful in letting me know what I would need to pack up my apartment. She provided me great customer service and even let me know I can return boxes in case I don't end up using them all but better to be safe than sorry. Thank you Jamie for your help. I will recommend to stop and see Jamie to anyone who needs storage or supplies!

Just want to say this place went up in my rent twice in one year to me that seems a little bit ridiculous went from paying $50 to $74 for a 5x5 unit without even letting me know they were going to raise my rent I will be looking for a new place to go in the area!! Very disappointed we're not recommend them to anyone

Edit: unfortunately I have to update this review, as the predatory practices have made an already difficult move even worse. We kept our unit clean and paid on time for two years. We didn't complain when our rates increased by over 50% this year. But when the closing was delayed on our new home, and in the midst of the stress of coordinating with family from out of state coming to help, they offered no flexibility or sympathy and charged us for a full additional month the same day we vacated our unit in accordance with their guidelines. I cannot in good conscience recommend their services to anyone in the Naples area. OLD REVIEW: Great facility, fair rates, friendly and helpful staff. Highly recommend!

First off i would like to say that I personally do not store here but i was there a few days ago and there was a gentleman that was riding in the golf cart picking up trash around the property and seen my friend and myself struggling to load our truck and Gabriel stopped what he was doing and offered to help. This was not his job but he was such a great help. Im glad he was there that day because if it was not for him we would have lost an expensive appliance. He was very polite, Professional, and courteous. If anyone is looking for a place to store their belongings with great staff, This is the place to go ask for Gabriel or Jaime they are the absolute best. Jaime helped us with the vacating process and was very helpful as well as knowledgeable and kind. These two are definitely your power team for sure. Hope to seeing them in the near future the dynamic duo. Thank you all again.

I’ve been a customer for a year now and honestly this place is great. Anything you need is available in the office and there are dollies provided. If there’s ever any questions Randy can definitely help you get them answered. Plus I’m in love with great customer care service so it’s a big win. Prices are not bad at all either.

It's been nice to keep the boat there but the prices have went too high for the 8 years I've been there. I've had four items that were stolen from my boat. Terrible surveillance cameras and nothing but a sorry somebody stole your items.

The damp check that randy and amber highly recommend work amazing for the back of my trucks for the long drives. As well as the blankets they had where perfect and at a great price cheaper then most of the places I been to. This place is great and has amazing managers running the place. Older storage place but situated on Davis Blvd. It has single floor and some of the buildings have 2 floors. Of nite there are no overhangs for shade or rain free parking while loading, just as an fyi. They have working keypad access's to the grounds and retracting gate. And for security they do have someone from the office there during office hours. After hours no one is on site but there are lights and the carts are in good working order. The gate closes so you do need your access to get in.

Ronnie Chris and randy are great and always smiling and helpful. Would recommend to anyone.

This was my daughters unit - I took over payments, they have MY debit card on file for payment, but will not allow me to access to account to give them update account info. Unbelievable! they must not want to be paid! It would not let me leave 0 stars, or I would have!!

Excellent Staff and Customer Service. I met with Randy one month before our move from NJ. He could not have been more accommodating or professional. The day our movers arrived with our belongings Randy checked in on us throughout the day offering any assistance even bringing us cold water. The place is clean and safe and well maintained. Don't hesitate to store your belongings here. If Randy is not available you will be well received by Ronnie or Chris or Mike. All of the staff are welcoming and knowledgeable.

I have had excellent service for the last 3 months as a customer. When I asked for a larger storage unit, I was given a tour of several size options. We settled on an 8' x 10' size. Great Service by 2 of the staff, Randy and Chris. I was travelling to Naples with a Motorcycle trailer and contacted Randy in advance and he took care of all of my concerns. Upon my arrival Chris helped with the storage unit and went so far to help me guide my trailer into a garage. True professionalism by the staff and will return to these guys again next year. Worth the visit to their location.

EXCELLENT Customer service! I needed a unit on the bottom floor and couldn't get my boxes out myself. Chris helped me move ALL MY BOXES to the lower unit! Chris was so kind, helpful and ready to help in anyway he could. This has to be the best storage place in Naples! The prices are great and you couldn't ask for better service! We had an emergency situation (a plumbing-related flood in our Naples FL condo) requiring a quick move-out and storage of our furnishings. This occurred when we were not in Florida, but 1200 miles away. We reached out to the Public Storage location on Davis Boulevard, after reviewing comments on YELP. Randy was particularly helpful in facilitating our move and storage needs. He was most professional in all aspects of this transaction, which was especially noteworthy, considering we were not in Naples, but at our home in Massachusetts. A close friend of ours, who was in Naples at the time, also worked with Randy on our behalf, picking up the key to our storage unit. Our friend felt great confidence in the customer service provided by Randy and Chris. We are impressed with the cleanliness and safety of this Public Storage facility, and in particular, our individual, climate-controlled storage unit. We would like to thank Randy and his team for helping us, at a personally difficult time, with great service and accommodation.

We had a unit in this facility from the time that Public Storage bought it from the old owner. When we sold our home we increased storage to four units. Randy, the manager, and his crew have always been outstanding in helping and making the whole process of dealing with storage easy and trouble free. I highly recommend this facility and the staff it made a difficult time much less stressful.

I will say it is secure and clean but they are raising rates all the time and when we decided to end our storage they gave us hard Time! Yesterday we went to move out and the elevator was broken and we had to carry everything down stairs. A move that.should have taken about a hour took us 5. We received a sorry for the hassle and said come back Monday. Well we work and had already rented a Truck

After searching numerous storage facilities I went to look at this one on Davis Blvd. I was greeted by a friendly and courteous staff that made me feel like they really cared about me and my storage problems. They toured the facility with me and I was surprised how clean and well maintained the units were. I am a disabled vet and Chris, Randy and Mark went out of their way to accommodate me. They were terrific! I contracted to rent a unit there and I am sure this business relationship will be as enjoyable on the last day as it was on the first. I highly recommend this facility and their great staff.

This is the second year in a row that I have gone here for my off-season storage needs! Have dealt with Randy both times and he just has a knack of making the entire exercise as easy as possible. He found a unit that was just perfect for my stuff and at a very competitive monthly cost. The premises are clean and have easy access. Highly recommend them!

Also gave me some very good personal advice on what to take and not to take regarding my circumstances that I was in. John was helpful as well. I was stacking things inside the unit and the lights kept on turning off on me, because I was a lone and inside unit and motion censers on lights. So I called on phone and he was able to walk down hall way 2 to 3 times to turn back on for me. And Cheryl was very pleasant and knowledgeable on the phone when I made the first phone call to the Public Storage

This store is great, everyone is so helpful with my storage questions and needs. Chris is very knowledgeable about their products and the best way to use them.

From the very beginning, Randy was helpful and professional. I had never rented a storage unit when suddenly I found myself between homes and needed to store my things for 6 months. Randy walked me through the process. I described my contents and he recommended the perfect size unit. The mattress bag he recommended kept my mattress clean and bug free and their boxes were sturdier & stacked much better than the left over boxes from the grocery store. If I had a question and Randy wasn't there, Chris would step up and assist me. I was dreading renting a storage unit, but Randy and Chris made it pleasant.

We left a box outside late on a Friday night by accident - when we went back Saturday the staff had moved it inside and saved it - we were so worried it would have been trashed! The staff is super friendly and helpful!

Went to get a small unit. Just $25 dollars all was going good, until l was told I need to purchase one of their locks for $20 dollar's. Said I would buy my own but, they wanted no part of that. If I didn't buy their lock I couldn't rent the unit. I think I would have gave a five rating if I could have bought my own lock.

Came back a 2nd time...Randy is very knowledgeable and makes you feel comfortable ...the storage yard was very clean...felt safe there...will definitely return

I just moved from Denver CO to Naples FL & needed to find a place to put my extra "stuff"!! Found on line there was a Public Storage very near my new home (Small Condo!) & called them up.. After a few calls with TONS OF QUESTIONS that both Laurie & Chris answered/explained my options so I could make the best choice.... (I had NO IDEA what I needed - 1st time renter)... my options so I can make the best choice. When I got to the property Laurie & Chris were VERY VERY FRIENDLY from the moment I walked in the door. You have a GREAT CREW here & just wanted you to know !!!

Ashley helped me find the right unit for some temporary storage. She found me a very accessible unit on the first floor. She was very professional and quite expedient in processing my application. All I can say is thank you Ashley for the excellent service. I highly recommend doing business at this facility.

Nice crew, great hours, excellent security. Love that they provide carts and easy access. Elevators are large and have "stop" key inserted to make load in and load out easier. Buildings are temperature controlled, but not super cold, so energy efficient. Lights are also automatic, so additional energy efficiency there. Very well run, clearly planned-out storage facility. We used it for six months and had no problems. No surprise fees, no tricks. Would rent here again if needed.

A clean, well maintained, air-conditioned, easily accessible and well managed facility. As an author we stored several boxes of books and were pleased by the security and general condition of this location.

I was greeted by a smiling, well informed rental agent, Lee. He was very patient with me and showed me probably more units than necessary, but I asked and he complied. He explained the pros and cons of each unit regarding their location for me because of what I was specifically looking for. The units were clean and I was impressed. He then introduced me to the Manager, Deborah, and I was greeted by a second very pleasant, smiling, informative person. My whole rental experience, including all the paperwork, was very nice and I would recommend this facility, and Lee and Deborah, to anyone. Lee is a definity asset to his employer, as well as Deborah.

The staff was very courteous and kept it straight forward. The units are clean and the locks given to you for a small fee are of good quality. My only reason there aren't 5 stars is because the insurance available that they present you with only insures at maximum $5,000 which I felt like that wasn't near enough, this leaves you to do your own research on other insurance companies if you want more insured.
