WOW! Alicia was FAST, INFORMATIVE and FRIENDLY!! We walked in and were finished the whole transaction in less than an hour, which included a tour. An amazingly clean storage facility, easy to get around and up with current security technology. 2 THUMBS UP!

5 plus star rating. Online rental is simple and great. Building is always in an immaculate condition. The "turning in" of the space is also great. Alicia was there with a smiling face, kind attitude, professional. Great employee to give the first impression of the last day. Will definitely return if the need arises. My daughter and I are impressed and thankful for our first storage rental experience.

This facility was available, new, and exceptionally clean! I rented my space from Alicia, she was professional, informative, and handled everything quickly. I didn’t keep my space long but the experience was worth mentioning.

The Manager, Alicia is fantastic. She was very accommodating and helpful with all questions. She gave us a tour to prepare for the move in; the facility clean, well secured, and temperature controlled. Also, set me up on the app. Alicia provided exceptional Customer Service. This facility is clean always right temperature. Alicia does a great job. Keep in mind that this is a month to month rental and your fees may increase every month.

This Tractor Supply store IS Awesome! I just got snubbed by Lowes wanting store credit for perfect return items, Lowes, the giant box store, declined without receipt. Came to Tractor Supply store with two items also in perfect condition only wanting store credit if possible as I also didn't have receipt handy for these items, but Manager credited my credit card for my return. Way to go Tractor Supply! Nice people, great prices and selection and awesome return policy!

If not for Alicia, I'd be LOST. I'm not a technical genius but I was in desperate need of storage for my personal keepsakes and sentimental family belongings at risk due to this terrible Hurricane. Although her office was full of people, Alicia walked me through the entire process with patience, empathy, compassion and unbelievable expertise I've not experienced in a very, very long time. She immediately answered several of my phone calls and helped me secure exactly what I need, even though I wasn't certain myself. What a pleasurable experience for what was a gut wrenching, tough activity for me. Kudos and tremendous thanks for Alicia. I'll never use another storage facility.

Brittani was awesome!!! She was very informational and made getting storage a breeze. The cost was a little on the steep side at $450 for a 10x20, but other than that it has been a great experience so far. The facility is clean and easily accessible, great units.

Trinity really helped out a lot when I came to purchase a storage. She guided me through the steps of getting a storage and even showed me the storage I'm getting and how to lock it.

So the facility itself is quite new, clean and easy to use. My chief complaint is about the pricing structure and lack of transparency regarding "total cost". Perhaps this is just about my ignorance of using any storage facility and they are all similar. In any case the initial rent fee seemed competitive with others for a 10' x 15' space on the 2nd floor @ $92 per month via the internet. Oh...don't forget the required special padlock @ ~ $10. Okay to bring your own as long as it is "the correct type". Oops...forgot to mention the mandatory insurance of $15 per month unless you can document your homeowners has coverage.Quite likely it does but the coverage amount will be insufficient. Still a deal at $107? Plus they prorated based on my move in date. All good. So after 6 months they raised my payment to $135 a 26% increase. Normal cost increase I guess? Anyway I'm ready to move out so not a big deal. So I pack up and move out on the 2nd of the month expecting a pro-rated charge just like when I moved in. Oops...they only pro-rate on move-in so I can pay for the whole month. The representatives says to me..."yeh most people move out at the end of the month...have a great day". Guess I'll leave the lock on until the 31st! Live and learn.
