My first time using a storage unit so of course I was overwhelmed already that morning with moving,and I couldn't find my unit but I saw Alex in the office and he personally walked me to the unit and helped me , Thank God he was there,and the price of my unit was affordable.

I want to say thank you to Alex for helping us out yesterday with our storage unit. Even though you were busy and wasn’t supposed to be on the property you still was very professional thank you again..

I arrived today (6/10/22) to move what was in storage into my new home but had plans on moving a few things back into the storage until the end of the month since I paid (few items to be picked up by someone from different location. Had to clear it out first) but unbeknownst to me Alex closed my contract out. I returned, put code in and it was unrecognizable and I Thought this was weird because I didn’t speak with no one up until this point. I went to the counter and was told by Alex, “ oh yes I saw it cleared out earlier so I just went on head and closed it”. I made the trip all the way back to what I thought was my storage unit to find this out. It’ll be nice next time to check with the customer to see if they have any other plans for their space or if they’re actually done. Other than the rusty ceiling that left debris everywhere, it was convenient for the price. Overall, awkward way to close out a contract.

5 months at this place and i get a email that they are raising my rent. Unit is infested with ants. see them all over the place on the property. The ceiling there is this nasty spray stuff that seems to have been there for a long time and it continues to fall down on me and my stuff. and they refuse to let people use the dumpster that they even locked it. Cancelled my unit and moved to Life Storage down the road.

Management is a joke. Overpriced garbage.

They increase the rent every 4 to 6 months. Nothing you can do!

I will never use them again. They lied to me when they said they could take my lock off when I lost my keys. Instead it cost me $160 to have a lock smith drill the lock off. Then I get into my storage unit and my stuff is covered in insulation that fell from the ceiling and full of what looked like mice droppings.

On January 12, 2019, I received a letter from Public Storage informing me that I had to move my property out of my current storage unit because of an upcoming renovation. I phoned Public Storage and learned that storage units that had already been renovated were available at the same location. The next day I went to the office at the same location. The manager on duty, Dale, was able to fix me up with a comparable unit at the same price, transfer my automatic payment and take care of the other details in a short amount of time.

Myself and another client were robbed. They took anything that was worth money. The stuff they took from me was worth more than that. My Dad had brain cancer and passed away. I can't replace the things of his they took. Update there has been 7 burglaries total here since July 2018.

I have been doing business with Shannon for a couple years now and it has always been a pleasure. She is very pleasant and always has a smile on her face. She works hard keeping the facility clean and has a great customer service skills. Can't think of a single bad thing anyone could ever say about her. I definitely recommend this storage facility.

Great place to store over flow

Shannon was extremely friendly and informative. I am new to the area and she was great about helping me decide what size would be best for my needs and giving me directions to local places. She is always smiling and says hello when I come to my unit. I would give 5 stars, but the area where my unit is located has 3 lights out making it very difficult and somewhat frustrating to look for things in my space. I am having to bring my own flashlights. That is not Shannon's fault and she has assured me that she would bring it to the attention of the powers that be, and I trust her. So hopefully, it will be fixed soon. Otherwise, I am happy with PS.

I have been storing at this location for a while now and I always receive the best service from Shannon. She’s very courteous and helpful and always has a smile on her face.

I have had two storage units for several years at this facility. I give 2 stars because the staff AT THE SITE is very nice. Always helpful. But the boosting the prices every year is getting out of hand. I tried going through the company itself and was basically told “too bad, so sad”. Though I realize that the trend with most companies is to reward new customers and basically punish long term customers, I would think that at some point someone would realize that the idea is backward. If I pay my bill on time every month, it would seem that I would be rewarded in some way. Instead, I’m now closing up one of my units and will be closing the other ASAP. I guess then they can get people who don’t pay on time, charge crazy late fees until they can’t pay and auction stuff off. Maybe that’s the real money maker? It makes one wonder. Perhaps review your policies, Public Storage. And if you’re a new customer, MAKE SURE that your initial cost is going to be the rent for at least a couple of years. Because you WILL pay more each year.

Christmas day the onsite property manager and a group of people literally ran me off the property. They said they saw me jump a fence. I am currently on FMLA from work for a back injury and have a hard enough time walking around. I am physically incapable of climbing a fence at the moment. I even walked to the front fence and showed them that my gate code worked and that I was allowed to be there but they still ended up kicking me off the property and wouldn't allow me to go back to my storage unit to lock it up. Public storage should think twice about who it is they have living on site! The lady and her company were visibly drunk and clearly couldn't tell what was going on. Edit: Shannon called me first thing the next day and told me she would get resolve the issue for me. Changing my rating from 1 to 4. Public storage does need to pick the people who live in site more carefully! Brenda clearly shouldn't be living on site.

If you got boxes or just need space for more stuff ... This place has temp. controlled units so when it is wet outside your stuff stays dry so you won't have to worry about a thing when it comes to storms. There are also cameras that look over almost the whole lot so it is secure. They will even sell you a lock and boxes so you can get your move done with ease

First unit showed was full of ants, they asked if we still wanted it. We asked for another unit and moved in. A few weeks later checking on our unit it was full of ants. Caleb the district manager said there's never been a part problem there (they have big spray in the office), but would send pest control. They never came. Moving our stuff out, full of cockroaches. Nothing done by office. Called Caleb again to address it and never called back. The units roofs are falling in too. Avoid this place unless you're in to junk.

My initial experience with Shannn and Ivanna worth a five star experience. They answered all possible question asked. Ivanna is very quiet but was very helpful with the process. It was really a smooth processing in getting the paper work started and leasing the storage within an hour. Its normal for these storage facilities sell you there product, then you have a choice to buy or not like wise to sell you or not. So customer service n a whole was good. The storage wasn`t the best of storage I have used thus far because there is lack of security cameras, etc. Inside the storage, the ceiling is not at best due to insulation falling off the ceiling but I choose to have it because its the best offer available and base on preference I can mange how my stuff are properly stored. One thing though, they need to do a lot of alteration with the internal partition. There need to be lights in each storage. So far so good. They really need to improve on the facility to better attract customers.

They try and force you to buy their merchandise and insurance. I went in there with a lock in hand ready to look at a unit. The lady showed me the unit and then said it only takes certain locks. When I asked why there were several others that had the same lock I did she hesitantly said well you can chose your own but this lock is better. The same lock I had they were trying to sell for almost $5 more. Then when I finally convinced her I wasn't going with their lock we went in to set up the rental. Now I had reserved a $1 first month unit but by the time all the fees were added I paid more then $100. One of the fees added was insurance. Ok I get it they want insurance on your things no problem. So I tried giving her my dec page for my insurance. She said oh no you have to go with ours for the first month. 1. they can't actually force you to go with their insurance but because I was in a hurry I said fine Ill deal with this later. She printed out the lease and I looked and looked but NO WHERE does it say we have to go with their insurance for the first month. Again I brought this up to her and she says oh I'm not sure why its not on there but its required. Worst experience!! The prices before all the fees are decent and so is the location, BUT I can never get ahold of anyone when I try calling. After this I will not be storing at this location again.

I come to public storage not knowing what I really needed but Shannon was a great she help me all the way. I highly recommend her and this location.

Very friendly service but I was disappointed in the quality of the storage units. There were cracks in the walls that were not repaired. They did offer alternatives but most of the units were in the same condition. The prices are competitive but I ended up going elsewhere for storage.

Dinorah greeted me was very delightful and enjoyed ger explication and understanding of knowledge of items.

Hidden fees led to bill being higher than what I was told it would be, the moldy fiber on the ceiling fell all over my belongings(had to have a furniture cleaned ,and had to replace a mattress), the old drywall dividing the units fell in so thay my stuff was exposed to the neighboring unit. Rats also chewed up wires on my refrigerator, television, and a few other electronics. Not very happy with them. Told staff members about issue's and,they simply said "we will look into it", still have not heard back. For the money I spent I would of hoped for a better, cleaner storage unit.

Dinorah was kind and helpful for our entire visit. She made sure we were taken care of and made us feel welcome and appreciates the entire time.

Recently went to this location, looking for a unit. This was the 4th place I checked out. Shannon was incredibly polite and professional. Definitely the nicest of the places I went to. That was my deciding factor.

This place is absolutely garbage. They promise a low payment at first, and things go well. Then they jack your price up $50.00 and tell you to call corporate. After calling you find out that there is no other option but to move your stuff to a cheaper more reliable storage facility. I strongly recommend anyone else. I am a 26 year old male and military vet and I am astonished this place continues to get business. Do yourself a favor and don't grace this vile corporate sewer with your patronage.

Very quick and easy to get started and the process of getting the rental unit was simple. I took advantage of their "online reservation" feature. It helps save a few bucks! Carol and Marie were very helpful, outgoing, and professional, and even fixed a dull light bulb in the unit we had gotten, while we were there! I would rent from them again if I need to, and would definitely recommend them over other local storage locations. Thanks so much!

I just got my storage today! Marie was great she let me know my options on the sizes on the unit - she very patient! And I called public storage and Carol gave me great advice about packing. Thank you ladies so much!!!

I rented a unit for about 6 months. I never once had any issues/concerns. Marie and Carol were always very friendly and helpful. The next time I need a storage, I will rent from here again!

Carol was Nice heart warming Person and She referred me a nice moving truck near storage and might ask for bigger storage since the small storage not what i expected due too many stuff that my partner had. Hope would fix situation tmw so will update :-)

The staff here was super helpful!! Marie in the front office greeted me with a smile, handled my reservation super fast, and showed me where my unit was. And whenever I stop by to my unit, she waves hi and smiles :) Great to know people do care and appreciate others!!! A+++

The price was good, the service was great, the only thing was the ceiling had stuff falling from it. One of my boxes was wet like the unit had a leak.

Carol and her husband, Raymond, were very friendly and helpful. It was a very hot day when I was cleaning out the unit. They rode by and offered to help me move some of the heavy items into my truck bed. Later, Raymond came back by to see if I was doing OK and, besides again offering to help me, offered me a cold drink. Work is work, but they clearly went beyond their expected duties to try to help a customer.

I really appreciate the way Carol and Marie give me their undivided attention with smiles on their faces when I enter the office. They seem eager to help and are genuinely happy to speak with me. It is refreshing to not feel like a number at least one time a month! The facility is well-maintained, easy to navigate, and I am confident that my belongings will be safe there.

I was very pleased with my experience at Public Storage. I've never had to use a storage facility before and they made it simple. Carol and Marie were very pleasant and informative during move in. I will definitely use this company in the future if I ever have need to store again.
