Update: 2021 This is a great and easy to use storage facility. Well lit, easy open access, and climate controlled. On top of this, Kat is a great person who’s really helpful. We had a problem with our lock and she got us squared away when we were out of town. All our stuff was in perfect shape when we finally came to collect it and everything about the process was easy. We are grateful for all of this and especially Kay’s friendly and effective help —— Original 2019 Kat did a great job (as did anyone else who was involved who I didn't even see). I was in a real bind and had never used self storage before. The entire process was quick and easy. The facility was great as well. The load in went smoothly. I’ve had several chances to work with these folks on credit card changes etc. They are on top of things, efficient, friendly, and kind. What more could anyone want. I chose the place in a hurry and got very very lucky

Management is horrible at this facility. They leave the gate open all day there is no parking lot there is no security. They are extremely rude. My unit was broken into with the lock cut off. there is no security at all on this place anyone can walk right in cut the lock off and they will do nothing for you. I was just there the day before and they couldn't tell me anything at all or help.

A chain reaction of nightmares! A few months ago my daughter moved into this location because I recommended this location to her. This is a great Public Storage facility! I chose it because it's very clean & safe. Not to mention how convenient the location is. What sets this facility apart from the rest is the customer service. Here's why. Due to my daughter's hours she was unable to move her belongings in to her new storage & I agreed I would. After booking a Uhaul, paying to load it & arriving at her unit, I opened it to find water pouring into the unit. THERE WAS NO WAY POSSIBLE FOR ME TO MOVE HER IN. I went into the office & was greeted by a young lady name Ms. Miriam. Instantly she had concerns about my complaint & accompanied me back to the unit. After inspecting, she & my daughter both agreed the recent rain storm caused the damages which wasn't that way when they initially inspected. Ms. Miriam & I went back into the office where she made calls to her supervisor to see how the issue could be recertified & how they could be accommodating. I could tell by the frustration of no one being available phone call after phone call that she was being placed in a very challenging position. She tried everything for a situation obviously beyond her control. After hours of failed attempts to have supervisors &/or someone from corporate approve her request to transfer my daughter to another site since no other units in the size needed were available at her site, a decision was made to switch my daughter to a much smaller unit after a returned call was finally returned by someone who also told her to tell me a call would be made immediately to repair the original unit & that the unit would be repaired & ready to move in by that weekend. Because of the delay of the transferring of units, trying to rush things into storage & taking some of her things to my home to store due to limited space in her new unit, this resulted in the Uhaul being returned late, additional expenses paid to unload at my house, additional miles being used & a list of other unnecessary expenses incurring. I checked back by the weekend & many other times following to find Ms. Miriam available to assist. Each time, disappointing information from the supervisor &/or the corp office. While this ongoing situation happened, I had repairs & an inspection scheduled at my house that required nothing being in the way. MY HOME WAS DISORDERLY!! By now a new month had come. I decided to get a larger unit at another one of your locations to begin repair. I had never been there before. The cust serv exp wasn't the best. The unit & property was nice but the doors to the unit was very heavy which caused issues for me as I have severe spine injuries. Somehow dirt & leaves constantly blew under the door resulting in me always having to clean the unit & the furniture. After a couple of months, it was time to leave the unit & figure out other solutions so that the postponed work could finally start in my home. Ms. Miriam allowed me to be at ease w/the entire nerve wrecking exp! The Military Trail in Palm Beach Gardens site is a really great place to do business & yes, considering the bad exp, I would still recommend this facility.Yes things happen but others need to know the level of comfort I felt during the entire exp w/Ms. Miriam from start to finish! She communicated w/my daughter, offered solutions w/i her ability, advocated on behalf of my daughter but always done so in a respectable manner to her superiors even if they left her in a very vulnerable position w/the customer. My daughter was patient throughout this entire exp b/c that's the way I am & how I raised her. Anyone else would have very likely seek legal representation. Ms. Miriam thank you for being super nice, extremely helpful, very informative & oh so caring of the customers you serve! I can tell you really care about those you do business w/on behalf of Public Storage! I truly hope this young lady's corporate/supervisor(s) will recognize her for representing them in a very professional manner.

Very helpful for the beginnings. When I let the unit go I forgot one of my locks(there is 2 but I used only one all the time) I left for Europe and called the property that my friend is coming to remove the lock. They said that I need to be there personally and then I get charged for another month ($220) which they did on my credit card on file (without my authorization) Few days later my friend was there and he told me that they removed the lock and the unit was rented already. So they took the payment from me and another customer at the same time.!!!!!!

I seriously was expecting someone rude with an attitude, this was not the case at all, she made the whole self-storage thing a pleasant experience. Great service! I had originally booked at another PS location and when I got there and found out that the unit was quite a distance down the hall I declined. So I asked them if they had anything outside and what they had wasn't in my price range. So they searched another location close by and they had what I needed and it was less per month (an older property). Got to the this property and Isabella had all the details and knew who I was, showed me the unit, completed the paperwork and I was all set. Great experience.

Isabella was most pleasant and very helpful, I appreciated her honesty, and noticed her maintaining the property when we arrived, her professionalosm made the entire experience fluid and painless. As some storage places are a hassle.

Great location, right off I-95 so It's really easy access, which is good because the traffic on Northlake Blvd can be atrocious at times. But the best part about this location is the incredibly friendly employees. The young lady that showed me the units and helped me decide which size was right for me was patient, helpful and knowledgeable. At the office the other young lady was also very friendly, engaging in conversation and just being personable, which I love because I am the same way. The day after I got my unit and was moving my stuff in she even came over to ask me how the moving was going. I forgot to make my payment a time or 2 and when they called to remind me they were always very nice and cheerful. I highly recommend this place, and great choice in employee selection!

Senebria!!!! Always there for us, always positive, always professional! no matter what the time of day they are always there for us. We can buy our supplies here, and they are reasonable and competitive with other stores. Also, there are many ways to move our boxes, dollies, etc...

Although she did not have the 10x10 we needed, she has an amazing knowledge of the property, the company, and all the extras we could need, and all with a smile. Even though this facility could not accommodate our needs, Senabria and Kiera were unbelievably helpful in helping us locate a Public Storage that had the size shed we needed and could accommodate a tractor trailer. They researched and made many phone calls until we could locate an adequate facility. they also asked Aimee at the Australian Avenue facility to hold it for us.

I am in the process of relocating to another state next year and was in need of a storage but, needed additional information concerning the space. The young lady there was very helpful, polite, and knowledgeable. I have been to 3 other places for storage information and the customer service there was just a turnoff whereas, I just walked away without consultation. At this Public Storage, I must say, the lady there made me feel welcomed to where I just signed up right then to rent my space. She had excellent communication skills, was well dressed, and had adequate speaking skills. For the sake of me, I cannot pronounce the young lady name. If not mistaken, it was Senebre. Anyway, an A+ from me! Thank you!

Great service and very good follow through from the ladies at this PS location.

My son was moving from a house into an apartment, however the apartment would not be available for a couple of months. Went to Public Storage and he got a 5x8 and no 10x10s were available. As we were quickly running out of space the manager approached us and let us know that a 10x10 had just become available. We rented the 10x10 in addition to the 5x8. Everything worked out great. Good location and management was professional and helpful. Will be renting another 10x10 in July.

We found that this location was clean and well kept, but that's only part of the story. It's people who make things what they are, and our compliments go to Veronica. I don't usually write reviews, but she has helped us every step of the way to find what we wanted. She has a wonderful personality and a winning smile and, in my opinion she is truly an asset to your corporation. Richard Brumer
