Robert was excellent in helping us rent a storage space. He took the time to explain everything to us in detail. The facility is kept very clean. Robert take great pride in running this facility.

Robert was very professional, knowledgeable, and accommodating. I'm a travel nurse and had to come off the road to take care of my dad, who unexpectedly lost his battle with cancer. My belongings are in a POD, and I needed a storage unit ASAP to get out from under that big payment. Not only was he able to get me an end unit, but he also gave me the information to give to PODS for a smooth delivery. I have rented from this facility many times throughout the years, and this was, without a doubt, the smoothest transaction yet. Thank you, Robert!!!

He went above and beyond making what is already a very stressful situation,moving, and during the holidays no less which is extra stressful and he took them extra steps to make sure that everything was easier for me. I got multiple units which I ordered online so the units were all across the facility and Robert without me even asking moved my units so that they were in the same building right near each other. He was so delightful to engage with he was professional and courteous and knowledgeable and really went the extra mile and I can not express my gratitude enough. It is refreshing to get that extra little bit of help to make things run smooth no matter what time of year but especially during the holidays when hectic is just a part of everyday for all of us. Robert does a fantastic job up here. We don’t get great customer service so when we do it is highly noticeable and with Robert it was superb. He really went above and beyond there was a snafu with the lock on one of my wife’s storage units and he fixed it before we even knew there was a problem. Awesome customer service really nice facility to. Happy holidays.

Robert was very helpful in getting me setup in the right storage unit for my family. This was my first time using a storage unit so it was great to have someone that was so accommodating and made sure I got what I needed!

My experience with Robert has been very pleasant! He is personable and professional and was accommodating while scheduling a viewing and renting a unit. Getting in and out of the property was simple (and secure) with a personalized code and my unit was easily accessible. I just moved out of the unit and he took care of everything pretty quickly. Very impressed with the quality service and incomparable prices at this location . The credit belongs to both Robert and Pat for providing excellent quality service. Rates here are not only unbeatable in comparison to competitve storages in the surrounding area, but their friendly customer service, hands down , is on an unprecedented scale. I established my account one month ago, after speaking with Robert on the phone , being quoted an appealing rate , then meeting him for the first time to sign up . I was already overjoyed to be getting an unmatched rate for the size unit I'm renting, but then returning today to make my first payment and to set up auto pay, I was ecstatic to encounter Robert standing outside the front office , on his day off as he later on explained , being greeted by him with a big smile, and a friendly wave hello , then addressing me by my first name...I was shocked he even remembered ...! What a pleasant experience it is to be acknowledged and remembered by first name so soon , considering the short length of time I've been a customer, and after meeting Robert only once just a month ago. Speaks volumes regarding quality customer service which seems to be more inadequate these days ..Meeting Mr. Pat today for the first time at this location today also, once I entered the building to make my payment was equally as delightful. I was happy to find he is just as friendly , courteous, helpful and as pleasnt as Robert . He assisted me through the process of setting up automatic payments to be deducted each month from my checking account , and all while doing so, I couldn't have possibly asked for a more delightful conversation . Together Mr. Pat and Robert make an exceptional pair, and in my opinion , an even more remarkable representation of Public Storage as a whole . Their charming customer service and willingness to help makes for a comfortable enjoyable experience and unfortunately quality customer service seems to be a rarity these days at most establishments, so although I'm not in the habit of posting reviews , these two certainly deserve the recognition.

The manager Robert is awesome! He talked my mom through the online rental process to secure the right unit for us. On move in day he made sure we were happy with the unit and answered all our questions. Although they are going through a remodeling and painting the property is clean, well organized and secure. The gentleman working at the facility Mr. Robert was very helpful and friendly. I have a 5' x 5' unit at a very reasonable rate. The facility overall is clean and secure with a gate which can only be opened with code provided.

Booked our reservation online and had a call the next morning from Jeanette to set up an appointment to select our storage unit. She met me and we found the best deal and location for our needs. Overall, a 5 star experience.

I had a wonderful experience, despite life actively working against me. The cab dropped me off two doors down at the wrong storage facility. After being treated rudely by the staff at the first place, Jeanette lent me the use of a storage cart to make my efforts to hand walk 17 bags/boxes down US 19 more fruitful. She took me right to the unit, was aces getting my contract ready and my stuff stored. This situation had the potential to turn out horribly for myself and my partner. I am more than happy to say Jeanette stepped up and made certain my already bad day was well on the way to better by the time I left. Thank you Public Storage for investing in people like her!

My second experience storing with this location started off with a socially distanced, masked inspection of options, with patient Jeanette's helpful suggestions spot-on for my needs. Manny, a most polite (district?) manager was solicitous and even changed a lightbulb for me (I know!) himself. My unit is clean and sound, and the location feels safe, with individualized gate controls. Excellent experience!

Wouldn't trust my things to anyone else but Jeanette @ Public Storage. Their location is handy, individual space is clean, with a reasonable rental price. Jeanette, however, is a throwback to times when people were always personable and helpful. Thank you, Ms Jeanette!

This is a great storage facility! I am a small business owner and I use this storage facility to store my inventory. I’ve operated my business out of a few different storage facilities and this one is the best/cleanest by far. Jeanett has gone above and beyond to help me and is always very polite.

Of course I had to be that needy person who is a pain and asks for all these special requirements, right down to the direction of the sun, and not only did she made it all happen for me, she did it with a smile. Ive been a Public Storage customer for many years. This last time for 4 years. I had to rent a large space to fit my household goods and furniture from 2 smaller units after one unit had a large leak from a storm. The office gave me a good rate of $289 but every so often the rates have been increased. I went along with the increases because I had no choice while undergoing health issues...until the last notice raising my rate from $352 to $385 and during the Virus pandemic. I called the office to complain as my SS is very small and this pandemic is cause to put all rents on hold. Jeanette tried nicely to explain the increase but I persisted. She finally kindly offered to call the owner and ask for a decrease in my rent. And guess what? They agreed! Great job Jeanette! Thank you.

Great storage facility with people that care! I revived excellent customer service from a temp manager named bobby he was professional walked me threw the process of renting a unit addressed all my concerns and you could just tell he cared very much about what he does. Thus far other tenets have been friendly even asking to lend a hand. In an instance where case of both of us were needing to load and unload we coordinated moving our trailers when we each had more difficult items to move.

Kelly was awesome. She made this process so smooth and easy. Would highly recommend this storage facility

I just rented a unit today and have yet to move anything in. However, Kelly signed me up and she was polite, professional and helpful. The corporate phone service was polite but very pushy. Kelly was the opposite and took her time while still being very busy. So far I’d recommend this location.

My husband and I were looking for an outdoor parking space for his company vehicle. We originally went to a different public storage location and were advised there was no spaces available, we were told to try the Tarpon Springs location. Kelly at the front desk was awesome, she was very friendly, she physically went outside and checked the property for an outdoor parking space, which they had!!! Kelly and Brian were both excellent, they helped us with all our needs, and made myself and my husband feel very comfortable.

We rented out a storage unit here and were helped by Valerie and Jasmine, they were super sweet and caring. We ran into an issue where a part of our storage unit was infested with ants, we panicked and went to the office to inform them of the problem and Bonnie was at the desk, not helpful didn’t seem like she cared the slightest bit that some of our stuff was COVERED in ants (so many ants).. she never once got out of her chair to even come and see and gave me a different storage unit to transfer all our stuff after we had just finished filling up the unit :/.. super disappointed with how she handled this. We also had to come back the next day because she didn’t transfer our storage unit information which was an inconvenience because it could’ve resolved that very day.. 0 stars for Bonnie and 10 stars for valarie and jasmine who helped us through this.

Writing this review on behalf of my mother she has been a customer with public storage for quite sometime and I usually go in and take care of the payments for her because she has a really strong accent and people usually make her feel uncomfortable when she tries to communicate with you, recently she had no choice but to go in and make a payment and she thought she was going to have a rough time but she said the manager there really went above and beyond for her and for that I am grateful

Best rates in the area, and the office team was excellent. I worked with Valarie, she was really great, answered all my questions & helped me determine the right size storage unit to fit my items. Keep in mind when pricing out the unit, they require "mandatory" renter's insurance, which will be added to your monthly bill. I suppose this is standard practice, but it was a surprise & added 20% to my monthly expense.

A good secure storage facility, but if you book a unit on the internet beware of bait and switch pricing

They kept raising their rates over my time renting from them (3 occasions) and nothing changed. I didn't get any upgrades, no added security, my unit didn't improve, the customer service didn't get any better; especially since its been 2 days since the storm and their customers still can't get their stuff out to get our lives back together.

Samantha (Sam) is awesome. We are new to the area and she was a wonderful help in getting us the proper storage for our contents. I recommend this facility!

Folks at this location were very helpful - had called other locations and they were not willing to check door height (which we needed to know), or other details we needed. Ladies here were helpful and then extremely kind to my husband when he came to get it set up. Easy to access and unit worked for us.

When I first got my storage unit about 6 months ago - Rudy was very helpful and friendly. But this past weekend, the key in my lock got broken off when I was moving stuff around. I went to the office to either see if they could help or have to buy another lock. Rudy is my hero! He was happy to assist and knew just what to do! He even greeted me by first name when I walked in the office. Thank you Rudy!!

The office manager, Rudy, was fantastic. He was very helpful, personable, funny and knowledgeable. If you have a choice of storage companies in the Tarpon Springs area I highly recommend going here.

My belongings were chewed up by rats. Upon notifying the staff, all they did was hand rat poison to me.

Excellent - Service, location and unit! Staff could not have been more helpful or friendly!!!

Had a terrible experience here. Reserved unit online. Website said normally $35 / month. Labor day special 1/2 off. They sent me a confirmation saying that it would be $42 to move into the unit. I reserved my unit online and came in to find all kinds of fees I didn't know about. I have 10-12 padlocks that I brought with me to make sure I had one that fit the unit, and the guy told me I had to buy one of their padlocks...Then he said that I MUST pay an extra $11/ month for their insurance. I told them I didn't need any of these things, but they told me I didn't have a choice. So my $42 move in went up to close to $80. And this was for a tiny 5x5 storage! Went down the street and found a place that didn't force me to buy a bunch of crap I didn't need.

Today I met Rudy, who even though was constantly interrupted continued to provided excellent service. The storage site looks to be well cared for. So if you are in the need of storage space, stop by and say hello to Rudy, he'll get you set up.

I just moved here from Illinois and I needed a small storage space for extra stuff.....Rudy was super nice and helpful. He explained everything properly and made me very comfortable. The storage space is a good price per month.....

Had my stuff here for over a year and half. Rarely had the chance to check on it. Everything was fine and never a hassle to get in. When I moved my stuff out, Rudy came to help us and donated things we did not need to hospice. I was glad to see it go somewhere there was need and extremely grateful for the assistance!

We needed a storage unit for the next six months or so, and stopped in to this Public Storage facility where Rudy was instrumental in showing us a unit that was sized adequately and had easy (drive-up) access. Signed a contract and arranged payment quickly. The facility appears to be clean and is certainly managed well, and I would certainly recommend it.

ZERO communication about having to buy a public storage lock ($18) and ZERO communication about the insurance. i never was told about any of that on the phone nor on any of the emails and information i received prior to moving into the unit. i was informed of this the day i show up so i see how its convenient for them because its not like im going to go storage unit shopping when i have u haul truck full of stuff. an extra $11 a month and a lock had to buy from them would've been nice to know about since i bought my own lock that cost $22.

RATS! I have a drive up unit here and my furniture us covered in rat waste. Spend a few dollars more elsewhere on a climate controlled unit.
