Got a storage online had issues so I came inside and Drew helped tremendously not even minutes later situated everything for us I am now a happy customer and definitely recommend Drew for any further issues!

I was really impressed by Kim. I had to wait a long time, so I got to watch her while waiting and I was so impressed by the kind way that she treated the customers. There was one man that Public Storage had taken a lot of his money, and he wasn't going to get a refund for several days, so he wasn't happy. But Kim turned that all round and he left a satisfied customer. I was also impressed by Horace. He could be my best friend. He is so good with people. I also love my new space. I don't have that much money this month, so I'm very grateful that Public Storage allowed me to move in for just $30. The place is clean, well run, and quiet. I'm very grateful.

The storage unit I had reserved for today fell through and I tried two other places before I showed up to this one unannounced. A young man employee set me up very quickly w everything I needed. I didn’t get his name, but he had a pony tail and he was polite and quick and efficient. Customer service was great and very prompt. Would definitely recommend.

I went over there and asked her and she made me pay for the unit and told me to call customer service to get my money back. They confirmed that I did not have a discount.

Kim, Horace, and Lacresha were very helpful and made the whole process easy. Kim was so friendly and all of the staff here take on an enormous amount of responsibility due to the understaffing and lack of equipment like a golf cart. The computers were down two days in a row as well so the staff had to print everything to be signed. With all of this going on they still managed it well and gave me a good experience. The units are great for the price too

We have 2 units at a location in Miami. We stopped by yesterday to make our payments. The young lady, Harolynn, embodies what customer service is supposed to be. She had a new customer ahead of us who needed extra help so instead of making us wait, she went ahead and took our payments while still helping the other customer set up the mobile app. If we ever decide to move our things up here, we'll definitely consider this location.

I wanted to thank Harolyn for the great service she provided to my family and I. We are from out of state and she always followed up with us until we had everything we needed. My uncle doesn't speak any English and with her broken Spanish she managed to upgrade a unit since ours was to small, change the payments and many other things. Today on a Labor Day long weekend (Monday, September 6th, 2021) I went to the Public Storage Facility, located at 833 S Military Trail, West Palm Beach, FL 33415 in order to submit my monthly payment for one of the 3 Units I have, in 2 different locations; to be exact 2 units in 45th Street, facility, and one in this specific location I did mention, above, but the main thing of this review; is to mention how happy I was, when I found at the front desk, in the office of that facility; in order to meet the most kind, and sweet girl; extremely professional and absolutely knowledgeable on all her duties, Miss Harolynn, which at the moment when she took my monthly payment, I definitely took the decision to take at some time, today and write an excellent review for Miss Harolynn, because she deserves my recommendation to you guys, after so many years I been enjoy Public Storage in multiple locations, so far since 2012, specifically in 45th Street, but I love the location of 833 S Military Trail, West Palm Beach, FL 33415 in order to be specific, because the drive up units, not gate it, give me access 7 Days 24 Hours 365 Days of the Year and now with the big plus, counting, with the most professional lady, in the whole District for Public Storage in my area, so, with the authority to be a grand father customer in my area, for you guys; I will submit my strongly recommendation for Miss Harolynn Bosses, as a business man I am; like an Independent Contractor for so many years in my area, and at the same time I have a job in Palm Beach Island, and been dealing with the highest level of Customer Service for so many years with the residents in Palm Beach, created a big sense for me to really know what is good and excellent customer service, I can tell you guys, Miss Harolynn has had that sense on her inner; in order to be on her next step in life, to be promoted as a Office Manager, or General Manager in that specific location, or any other location, with a Manager position to run, proudly your huge name as Public Storage, which is the leader for Storages Nationwide in USA.
