I've rented here for about 5 years. The rates continue to go up, and the facilities keep going downhill.

So I've never had an experience in the years that I've been at this unit. Let me start by saying I have a small cleaning company and a few employees that come in to get there equipment that they use to perform their jobs. When getting the unit I was advised this was not an issue and it was never a issue until today. I was in the middle of talking to some new hires and this guy...( He didn't even introduce himself places his head inside my unit and begins saying if these people do not have a unit they cannot be on the property. How rude right I know..I told him I would come down to the office and address the situation. Once I get down to office I let him know don't ever talk to me in that manner again and he needs to introduce himself as well and if there is an issue he could have told me to come to office once done. Then he gets his manager on the phone who is just as rude saying I signed a contract. So I asked for corporate number and the guy on the phone states their just going to right you back to me. This new manager is the most unprofessional manager I have ever dealt with.I will keep on complaning...next stop BBB you do not talk to customers that way.

They didn't even wait six months before raising my rates nearly 40%! Yes that is not a typo! My rates went up over 38% in less than six months at this place! They wait until you get all your stuff in and then they hit you with a ridiculous rate increase! I went to the property to discuss. Asked to talk to the property manager and was told "I am the property manager today." I told the person to have their district manager call me. I also contacted Public Storage via their internet contact and asked to speak to a district manager. Over a week later and still no call. I guess they think this is fair and reasonable. I have had other storage facilities FOR YEARS and never experienced any rate increase much less +38% in less than six months. AVOID THIS PLACE!

The rates are "drastically" raised monthly. $400 would easily go up to$550+ monthly. Based on the market? Gouging tactics

Tara went above and beyond to negotiate my relocation from a previous public storage location to the one that became more convenient for me. Despite her having to make several calls, she was intent on ensuring customer satisfaction. She not only had my funds reimbursed, but found me a equal, if not better unit. I can't thank her enough. BEWARE!!!! I purchased a storage unit online. I came into the office..filled out paperwork...they charged me money etc. Then I went to my unit. The air smells thick of mildew and mold. The back wall is covered in water damage along with the ceiling. The lights did not work so it was dark...the hallway light was not even working where the unit was. It was obvious they had water damage that was not attended to. Then I told them there is no way I would use this storage and I wanted my money back. The manager said no...would not give me a refund...would not call back....I left two messages nothing. Beware

This is an amazing facility with amazing management! Mr Cameron not only took the time to explain to me in detail every aspect of my lease agreement, he presented all possible options and sizes of storage units including allowing me to view a few that were unoccupied. I highly recommend this facility!!!

The monthly rate for the unit was very good and it was below the other storage unit competition in the area. The unit was clean. Cam and Rosemary provided great customer service!. If we need to use a storage facility in the future we will return to this location.

I have been with this property for over 2 years. I am in the process of moving and had to get a larger unit. Cameron was extremely helpful. He got us the best priced, largest unit with 24hr access. We left some of our stuff in hallway from old unit from being exhausted and forgot. Cameron secured our belongings for us. Cameron is the best property manager I have ever had. I highly recommend this property. Your stuff is definitely safe here and prices are very reasonable.

Found a great deal, set up was super easy. Shianon had everything ready to go when we got there, explained everything clearly, and had a charming personality as well! A+ service, stress-free, would recommend.

Manager is friendly and very informative. I will say that I haven't been too impressed with security my past 2 visits though. The first time the door to enter the storage building was left wide open and I hot there around 6:30-7 which means it had more than likely been open all night. It has a coded lock on it so I feel like it should stay closed unless someone is in there at that moment. Then today the gate that you have to put a code to open and drive through was stuck open and the door to my storage building was open again meaning anybody can just drive or walk in. Not too happy about that.

Dan is a great property manager and has full knowledge in moving. I would recommend this location to anybody that cares about property up keep.

Very clean and accessible. The manager there, Dan is always courteous and helpful, I see him on the property cleaning and sweeping often. Like all mini storage facilities the only complaint I have is how the amount of rent goes up regularly. But all in all I feel like my belongings are safe there so it's well worth the peace of mind.

I was a great customer who always paid on time. Upon closing out my unit on a Saturday evening before the end of the month, I removed all items. I was going to call Monday morning to make sure there was nothing left to do. However I got several calls that evening asking if I left anything. I told the representative no and to please quit calling. They told me it must be mine because I was the last one to come in. Then I noticed that there was a charge for a cleaning fee for $ 75.00. I called customer service and you have to speak with the district manager. I can't reach the district manager but this is the person who decided to stick me with the charge. I'm sorry but I would have came back to get my things. The point is, I didn't leave anything behind. You shouldn't be able to stick the charges anywhere, there are people in and out of that storage all day. Perhaps the furniture was overlooked. All I know is you're not sticking me with a charge that doesn't belong to me.

this is more about Public Storage corporation than this location. Just received notice of an 18.5 % increase in my monthly rate. Not over some promotional rate but over standard rate. Called PS customer service - got quoted their right to increase rates with 30 day notice. Further CSR would not send me copies of the requested communications or documentation on my complaints and that rates are non-negotiable. So goodbye to PS - my two units will be vacated and one great paying reliable customer bids your organization goodbye. I will post this message to my social media and review sites. Guessing PS leadership missed the marketing class on what it costs to get a new client versus retain one.

I really appreciated the efficient and friendly service I received from the “Property Manager Valerie” her hospitality was very welcoming. My storage building and the area around my unit is always clean and well maintained. The property manager, Cedric, does a great job managing this location and he's always nice, proactive, and extremely helpful whenever I need assistance. I would strongly recommend this location in the future.

The location is great and the staff was very friendly and well informed. Cedric was hilarious. Only using it for a short period of time, but I am definitely comfortable having my belongings there based on the security that they have. There are camera's everywhere, and each person has their own access code. I like that. I'd recommend them to others and if I need to store items in the future, I would definitely use them again.

Reid Conway a paragon of customer service and epitimizes how it should be delivered. He not only went beyond normal service hours to assist me in making the RIGHT storage decision, he presented available Public Storage unit options that might serve my needs. His service, follow-up and sincere concerns for my interests made my decision easy. Any stressors I experienced were ameliorated by his empathy, expertice and enthusiasm. This is the right place to store your perosnal or professional property! I was greeted by Daloria with a smile. Daloria quickly found my reservation and offered to show me areas with both street access and without. She ask if climate controlled mattered or not and then talked with me about the need square footage. She want me to get the best value for the items it needed to store. Daloria is very professional and a great representative for the Public Storage company.

Kim is very helpful and knowledgeable about the property. I have been here for 4 years +. Kim is one of the main reasons why I stay and would recommended this property. Keep up the good work Kim.

We have never needed a public storage facility before so we were very anxious about it. Kim was WONDERFUL! She was a tremendous help. She showed us different options to better prepare us for our needs. She was very friendly, flexible, knowledgeable and willing to spend as much time with us as we needed. Bottom line...she listened to us and understood our needs....and worked with us to help us get just what we needed...nothing more. She SOLD us on this facility.
