Barb--the site manager, I think--is just great. She's attentive, responsive, and wants to help figure out solutions for the folks renting their units. Any issue we've had has been dealt with efficiently and professionally. She's awesome.
Barb was very helpful, professional, and patient in handling issues related to my relative. A family member was close to losing her storage unit. However, Barb’s concern for my relative’s belongings and quick action prevented this from happening. If you want good service and a place to safely store your things, go to this Public Storage branch.

Galilea was extremely helpful and patient with us. My mom has a unit in NY and lost the key. Galilea helped us complete the lock cut request form here in IL so when I arrive in NY to empty it, there would be no problems. She assisted us with getting the power of attorney to the NY location as well. Galilea is very efficient and professional, yet personable. Excellent service!!!

I checked out the online application and decided to come in store after Mr. Jaleel followed up by phone call about the application I placed that same day. Not only was his communication clear and concise, he also shared anecdotes about nothing in particular during the process. Jaleel made the entire experience pleasant and simple while answering any question about the terms and conditions. If you're looking for a quick place to move your stuff into, this is one to consider.

Just want to say that Kelly the manager at this location went above & beyond helping us get into our storage locker. When we went to get our boxes with our Christmas decorations & was I inadvertently put my lock on upside down but, didn’t realize until we went to put our boxes. Whoever was there that day told me we would have to wait till the 15th for our lock to be cut. I called the next day & fortunately talked with Kelly. She said what she would try to do for us on the 15th. Needless to say it is now Dec. 5th and our boxes are back with a new lock! Hooray for Kelly. P. Witt

Bad PEOPLE
If I could give this no stars i would. I rented from this property for 2 years not only do they increase your rent over time for no reason whenever they feel like as many times as they want. The manager on the site kelly will look you straight in the face and lie to you. I paid my unit for the month of July 2019 by july 9th they had decided to do a move out and rerented the unit I paid for. This property is a scam they will take your money and not give you the service you paid for. The district manager will not return your calls. Terrible place to rent from and if you have to spend a few extra dollars for a different company trust me it is worth it as this property will take your money and leave you with nothing
Kelly and Barb are the best! We got our first unit very fast. They we're very understanding about our move. We potentially needed a second unit at the last minute, and they were very accommodating the whole time.

Called for space, was told someone would be there when I got there. Manager called to confirm. I told her when I'd be there. When I got there office was locked up. I called again. No one answered. After waiting 10 minutes to see if anyone would show up, I left. When I called the manager when I got home she told me she was busy with other customers, didn't even apologize.

Lasheena is TOP NOTCH in customer service! Our access code would not work, so we ran into the office right at closing time. She very politely told us that her computer was off for the day (and she was obviously getting ready to leave) - but patiently listened to our issue. I was resigned to having to come back the next day, but then Lasheena offered to try the code herself, then logged back into her computer, verified our identity and locker information, issued a temporary access code, and went out to make sure it worked. We would have given Lasheena 10 stars herself, but I had to give the company 4 stars because of the access issue we had (which has since been resolved).

I came today to rent a unit with my boyfriend, although we have never had to use storage before but there's a first time for everything and I'm glad we came to public storage. Kelly was amazing and so helpful. I will so recommend this place especially for the customer service
They raise your rates after you're there 6 months. I do not recommend this place.

Excellent customer service. Sarah took the time to explain the differences in the sizes of the storage rooms and asked me questions regarding my items that I was storing to assure they fit. She took me on a tour to allow me visualize the unit rather then go off of their measurements, it's good to see it to determine the right fit. I would recommend this property and public storage, their rates, service and products are top notch.
As always had a great experience with Public Storage. Their customer service staff is very responsive, and online bill pay is so easy. When I emptied out my unit yesterday, Jelani was very helpful and extremely courteous.
This place is clean and climate controlled. I feel that my items are safe. I like how they have all sorts of boxes for moving.

My two daughters just got locked into this facility after getting to the gate 3 minutes after the close time. The Oakbrook Terrace police couldn't help because their codes were disabled!! No owner or manager could be reached!! What if there had been an emergency!!?? Our cars had to be abandoned and the police gave them a ride home. Now, we have to go back tomorrow on a work day when we all had other commitments. This was UNACCEPTABLE!!!
The property very clean. And the staff very helpful and courteous couldn't have asked for a better help than the assistant we had that day her name was Kelly and she was very helpful so if you get the chance see her she was very pleasant and would definitely deal with her again .

Originally planned on renting the smallest possible unit for a few items at the North Ave complex. Decided the space available wasn't going to work, and immediately Nicolette was on the phone finding me a unit at the Roosevelt rd complex. Kelly was congenial, and helped me find the best deal. No complaints whatsoever and I look forward to doing future business with Public Storage.
The best service I had every experience
Still not happy with this place. They say they can help me out on fees but They don't call me back until three days later When they are already paid. I even left a message with the girl at the office and left three voicemails for the manager.

Anita had excellent customer service and was very helpful. Rental process was quick. The storage units were clean and I liked that there were cameras installed for security.

I just got a storage unit from this location. I met with Ruby. She has great customer service. Within 30mins after reserving the unit, Ruby called and provided answers to any questions or concerns. Upon arriving at the location, she showed urgency to finding my unit and was very polite.
