Eden Prairie schools are highly-rated, including traditional campuses as well as one Spanish immersion school. The International School of Minnesota is the primary private school in the Eden Prairie area, offering a college prep campus for preschool through grade 12.

There are also two colleges in the city: Hennepin Technical College and the smaller IT Technical Institute.
