Melinda was great, respectful, and patient. She was very helpful and answered all my questions. The storage was clean and just perfect for my items that needs to be storage. The service was on time. Will definitely recommend this location to family and friends. I loved her spirit and energy. Her body language and tone in her voice showed that she loves her job and loves being a resource to people. After talking to her she made my morning to be better.
The lady was very polite and pretty, she took her time and explained everything in a professional manner. I would recommend this place to others for sure.
Dont even have a storage unit but because the last guy that had my number did, they do not stop calling me to harass me. I informed them that this number should be removed but they still keep the calls coming. Phone is issued by the VA and number cant be changed. Every call i get from now on will be another negative review from the experiences i am receiving. You can email me to get the number again to remove from your call list. Once the harassment end so will your 1 stars….

Was at public storage today and the most amazing thing happen, I had dropped my wallet in side the store full of cash and the sales person named Katie grabbed my wallet and held it for me even was willing to assist me along the way with my storage never had great service like this before she was so helpful.

I can't say enough good things about my experience with this location. Katie on several occasions was very helpful, always friendly, courteous, and professional. And today, Pacey was equally that very same way. Two other customers were ahead of me and she patiently helped them and answered all their questions even though it was clear that one of the gentlemen did not speak/understand English as well as his compatriot. When it was my turn for service, she greeted me with a smile and undertook to help me so I could settle up and be on my way. Top drawer, both these ladies. Also, the space itself was exactly what I needed for the time I was a tenant. Safe, dry, open when I needed access. In summation all I can say is GO PUBLIC STORAGE, BENHAM RD.

I had a storage unit here on 11837 Benham Rd. for 2 years. When I removed my items from this facility I noticed and took pictures of several items with MOLD DAMAGE!!!! BUT THAT'S NOT EVEN THE WORST!!!!!! THERE WERE DEAD MICE, RATS IN SEVERAL BOXES AND TOTES!!!!! THESES NASTY RODENTS CHEWED ON MY ITEMS!!!!! I IMMEDIATELY FILE A INSURANCE CLAIM AND CALLED PUBLIC STORAGE!!! DO NOT EVER USE THIS PUBLIC STORAGE ON 11837 BENHAM RD!!!! If I could give this place 0 stars I would have!!!!

Ease of Service, moving is stressful but the Property manager, Katie G. made me and my little boy very comfortable, explained the full service and purchase agreement, walked us thought the facility and addressed all my concerns. We literally arrived at closing time and she could have easily refused. This was honestly to best experience I've had with a Storage facility. She gave me all my documents and took her time as I was clearly flustered at the time. I even left my documents and keys on the counter top and she ran behind me to ensure I had everything. I had a unit here for a little over 2 years. The customer service was always great. My issues were mostly with pricing. Over the 2 years my price had increased from $119 to $189 for no reason. When moving out we did find a couple dead mice and plenty of spiders. Not a bad choice but price increase could be a deal breaker. Most of the comments on this location appear to be fake.

Audrey and Miyoshi were great! They were both very knowledgeable of the property, numbers and specs of each unit. I was offered a tour of optional units with a smile. Place is clean and well managed. Don't forget to purchase your humidity and mildew protector.
