Ms. Cloud provided exceptional customer service on Sunday and truly appreciate her professionalism!! She assisted me when I encountered trouble with an Erental at another location. My mother traveled from another state to assist me with moving out of my dorm, therefore time was of the essence. She helped resolve my problem in a timely manner after a customer service representative transferred me without notice. We were able to able to get moved in and my mother was able to get back on the road to return home. Thank you again Ms. Cloud!!! You’re truly appreciated!!

This facility is in need of a lot of repairs, from the emergency exit signs hanging from the ceiling from the wires, to the filthy floors, mold on the building, damaged partition walls. The smell of urine at the entrance door to the climate controlled storage, No one is usually in the office and calls were unanswered. This is definitely not a safe place for your belongings

I come to this location pretty much every time I have to pay my monthly bill. Lori exemplifies excellent and top rate customer service. She's always the same bubbly, sweet and outgoing and I really appreciate that because customer service isn't always good everywhere you go.

Being honest it's probably the best storage facility in Charlotte based off location and customer relations** to an extent, but they are willing to take the time to have a conversation about any issues and come to a common resolution. And that's better then most.

I visited this location to just get pricing on boxes for my move. Lori provided me with the different options to make my move easy. Although I’m not moving until the beginning of the year Public Storage 25988 will be my first stop! I’ll see you soon Lori! Oh and by the way if I was a hiring manager I would have to steal her from you Public Storage! Her customer service skills are exceptional and she has such a sweet spirit.

I left my car there for a month and paid the price from the start (about 130 dollars). Two weeks after bringing the car, I open the account and discover that they are planning to charge me 196 more dollars a few days from now... Not only it is 50% more than the declared price, but I have already payed and now they are charging me again. Today is the third day I have been trying to reach them. They don't answer phone calls, but every time I called I left them a message. Once they called me back, asked me if I am the guy who cannot get in. I said "no, but I called you about something else", but they hung up. I never received the call back neither for this time, nor next two. I have an impression that they are intentionally not calling me back because they call back to people with other inquiries. I do not recall that low of service level in years, and I have no idea how this division of public storage even exists fooling people like that. UPD: I wasn't in town, but my friend drove by and asked them to call back. It was a lot of hussle, but this was an error in the system. Still I wish they returned the call on their own

I went into the office to rectify a problem that I had with my unit. My access code was erroneously deactivated and I had an indoor unit, when I actually wanted an outside unit. When Cherise tried to transfer my unit it was charging me again. I had already paid for my unit.Cherise was extremely helpful. She reached out to a supervisor for assistance with transferring my unit to an outside unit while simultaneously assisting 2 customers that had come into the office. The end result was that my unit was transferred and my access code was reactivated and I wasn't charged again. She truly went above and beyond to resolve my issue.

Cherese manhandled my phone during a pandemic to write a review on Google Maps under my name. The worst part: she didn’t even use correct grammar/punctuation. As I was leaving she thanked me for bringing her numbers up to the top of the company’s charts. As a Google Local Guide, I am appalled by this use of Google Reviews. The utter lack of caution during the ongoing pandemic is despicable.

I received an email today regarding a rate increase for my storage. I was so upset. In the middle of a pandemic. We are out of work barely making it. I have been a loyal customer for many years in different states due to military affiliation. Never had a late payment. My unit was one of many that was broken into, I never received any monies or replacement of my missing belongings. I was told by claims that I needed to show proof of what was missing, while I was actually having a kidney transplant. I had insurance with public storage what was the purpose of paying the extra $15 a month. They wanted manuals, pictures and receipts. Mind you I am recovering in another state. BUT, I spoke with Cherese this afternoon and she was so so helpful. She managed to calm me down. Cherese took my information and forwarded to the DM personally. She is awesome at what she does in her good spirits, not even know what she might be going through in this difficult time. She was very professional and helpful. Not sure what's going to happen, but she put forth a great effort. I pray that my situation is resolved, If not I will be vacating my unit. I don't understand why Veterans don't qualify for the military discount that is offered. Again, I want to give Cherese all the credit she deserves. YOU ROCK CHERESE!!!

This storage facility had the lowest rates around and it's right off of the 11 bus route and the train line off of North Tryon. The staff girl Felicia was friendly and gave me a ride on her golf cart.

David was extremely professional and helpful; he showed me the unit and walked me through all the logistics of renting. He even let me move into my unit a day early with no charge and was very courteous and kind to me. The only reason I did not give five stars is because the website is a little misleading about pricing: in addition to the 'one time administrative fee' there is also a $30 something locking fee which I was not expecting. Still a good deal, though.

Judy helped me with my storage unit on May 15, 2019. I was really happy with the speed and ease of the process. She is very customer service oriented and super friendly.

Easy, quick to get a unit. Docked two stars because they told me I wouldn't have to pay for insurance over the phone and then said it was mandatory once I got there.

Update below: I reserved a unit online and shortly after that I received the most welcoming message from Lance Introducing himself and asking how he could help make a smooth transition for me. In person, he was very professional, polite, and extremely helpful! Fast fwd one month later... Unable to access my unit right before monthly bill was due!!! The "new" electronic gates we're not working for me or the customers ahead of me!!!

Lance was amazing!! He was so helpful and understanding. My family went to Public Storage to get my deceased uncle's belongings out and we received the best service possible. Lance offered to clean the storage unit after we got everything out. He was truly a Godsend that day. His attitude made our sad day a bit better. Thank you guys so much. A man named Lance Sosebee helped me out and cooperated better than anyone I have ever seen, Public Storage is definitely the place to go. Their lot area is very well kept up and very neatly put together. As well as their cute little office space! I've used several storage facilities over my life time and have never left feeling like I met a new friend. Cherrelle is awesome and soooo personable. Her customer service is second to none. If I was a business owner I would offer more money and vacation time to try to lure her away.

This company does a bate and switch on you. They quote you a Great price over the phone, which increases by the time you actually sign your paperwork and increases even more when you receive your 2nd monthly invoice. I'm not one to write reviews but I gave this place 5 stars and one of the main reasons was because Miss Latricia was so helpful. When I was looking to rent my storage space. I was asking to rent a much lager and higher unit but after talking with her I saved myself some money and still had space left over. She made me feel like she cared about me and my belongings once again thanks Latricia for your great customer service. This day and time I'm not use to real service like you gave me.

I have had my stuff in this storage for about a year, It was originally $63 for a 10x5, Then after a few months they randomly raised my price to $74, None of my payments have ever been late, then today I decided to go thru my stuff and come to find out my code to the gate has been revoked, I go inside and they sat they've been trying to contact me for some time, That they cut my lock off my unit, Upset I said how and why and they said they cut the lock off the wrong unit, it was another unit that didn't pay, so I got a new lock, then I smell the scent of urine in my unit, come to find out the unit on the right of me, either pissed themselves, or had some animal in there that pissed in there and leaked thru the bottom and got on my box springs and my mattress smells. I am in the process of moving my stuff out asap, I do not recommend this place at all. There is a reason they are doing bad. Then they ask you to review this on Google to get great ratings when in reality, the reviews are mostly bought.
