Chris helped me with my rental and explained everything that I need to know.

The office staff gave wonderful service, and the units were very clean. The moving in process was very easy due to the assistance of the staff. I really appreciated the help of Cheyenne, who made the rental process simple. She was dedicated to finding the right size unit best fit for my individual needs. The management is very efficient and kind.

Cheyenne has always been an amazing person to work with, she is always around when I need help, I've been looking for a parking spot for months and she has always kept me up to date, I have never met anyone as hard working as her with running two properties. She is always outside cleaning up other people's trash and making sure her unit look perfect. Regardless of what anyone says, I would rent here and tell anyone to come to public storage just for her customer service. Thank you chey.

Walked in today to get a unit it was quick and easy and also kid friendly my 3 year old daughter loved Jodi and had lots of fun Update years later: I still have my unit. They also put in new security cameras everything is much cleaner they painted the units it's nicer. I never had a problem they did help me one time to lower my bill I am grateful for that. Also I know it's random but that 3 year old is now 10 and I now have 3 kids 😁

Great experience. Set up my account online last minute, space was ready when I needed it, I called when we cut move in too close to office closing hours and she had everything ready for us for when we got there. Closing my account when I no longer needed it was also an incredibly easy experience. Chey was super helpful throughout the whole process and made what could have been an intensely stressful situation get taken care of in a set of mere minutes. Amazing. Definitely renting from here in the future if I need the space again!

I travel a lot for work so I rent storage unit for a couple of mouths never been to once with a kiosk before so I didn't real know how to use it. It must have been my lucky day this nice young lady showed me how to work it. Thank you Cheyenne. Every time I'm in new Jersey I'll only rent from you. You made it look so easy.

Easy rental process and nice property!

Changing my review after being there for 3 years. I was promised my rate would not increase randomly. It more than doubled in 2.5 years. For what? The insulation they spray on the ceiling crumbles off and falls on everything. I understand my unit was not a climate controlled one but it barely kept out the rain, snow, leaves, dirt, etc. Thank goodness most of my stuff was in plastic totes because they were coated in a thick layer of dirt and debris. Boxes towards the front were ruined. The lights in my unit never worked, which made winter evening trips cumbersome. I rented storage space because I didn't want to put these items in my damp basement, but the result was the same and it cost me $210 a month for no reason. Very disappointed. I moved what was salvageable to another place down Rte 38 with an indoor unit, climate control, for 1/3 the price. I'm sure their price will go up eventually, too, but at least my stuff will be clean and dry.

Won a unit through an auction at Property #08105 off of 860 Route 73 South Marlton NJ 08053. The two female staff who assisted us gave us peace of mind. If we needed more time to clear out the unit then what is allotted for time, they would work with us. If only we could win more auctions at 08105, 😄😉👍 The building we were in was very clean. In comparison to competitors , the air was more than decent to breath and dust in the air appeared minimal as we were clearing out the unit.

I talked to someone on the phone to get a idea of everything they told me if I set my move in day for the 1th they won’t charge me till I move in well that was wrong I got charged that day also they advertise as the first month was a $1 but charged me the full amount of the locker. When I went to the place they opened at 9:30am - 9:45am I got there around 11:40am no one was there I waited till 1:45pm and no one showed up no sign no nothing just a clock saying the manager won’t be in till 6pm completely disgusting customer service from the staff and the people on the phone I moved in today and moved out on the same day

Tom was very helpful to me in securing a second unit here at Public Storage. He is always available when needed and answers any questions that I have.

I bought a 10x24 unit and was helped by Tom. Tom made everything super easy and was very helpful since I never had to use storage before. He stayed in touch along the way and held the unit for me for a week leading up to me renting the unit. Definitely recommend dealing with Tom.

Moved in last year my rent was $85 ...2 months later raised my rent to $122...then today recieved an email it was being raised to $145. Then was told if I didn't want to pay it I have to have everything out by March 31st. Never go to this place the customer service is horrible and they raise they rent the very last minute.

I recently found myself in desperate need of a storage facility within the hour and visited the Rudderow location near me. I spoke with Donna who has helped me in the past when I had made payments for another a unit I had at Blackwood, and told her I needed a 10 x 20 unit. She informed me that there was nothing at her location, but that she would call the Fellowship Road location that was near by and was successful in securing the size unit I needed. I can't thank Donna enough for going the extra mile for me. Excellent service!!!

I just rented my first storage unit and I had no clue what I was doing. I was having a really hard time opening and closing the doors. The office manager showed me how to do it about 5 times. Donna was so patient and she didn't make me feel bad that I was having difficulty figuring it out.. She's friendly and personable. It was a great experience.

As an active renter of THIS Public Storage facility, I have no complaints. When I first got my unit last year, the process was seamless. Over the past year, it's been great. The property manager there (Donna) is a doll. If you ever call there, ask for her -- she looks out for all renters! :)

3-11-2021 Had to move from my current to a larger one. Donna made the process fast and easy, and I ended up saving money on the monthly rent! Excellent service, Donna is the best!!!

Storage units and property are well maintained. Donna, who manages the office, is always super pleasant and easy to work with. I’ve used some other storage places in the area and I’d recommend this location out of them all.

Would of given it 10 stars! This storage place is cheaper and more convenient then any other I've been to. The customer service here is amazing. A Great women named Donna took great care of me and made sure that i got the perfect unit for my needs. She didn't just throw prices at me and called it a day. Ashley was super kind and helpful guiding me through the storage rental process.

I came in asking about a 5x15 which they did have but it was out of my budget. Even though I did not rent here, Ashley was absolutely fantastic. She was willing to find out what I was storing and even looked at other locations to see if there were any in the area around my budget. Ashley has an amazing personality and great customer service skills. Hopefully in the future I will be storing with public storage. I strongly recommend other people to go and see her.

I needed a small rental unit just after being widowed. I was not thinking clearly. They were so kind, and so helpful. At one point I had to change my access. Iris was so nice and made it very easy. They units are clean and the property is extremely well maintained. I will definitely recommend this facility in the future.

This was my first time renting a storage unit. I made the reservation online and Joyce called to confirm and was very polite. She said a lot of people come on Saturdays so I came during the week instead and it was so easy. Kathy was covering for the usual manager, Lisa, and she was so sweet and nice, explained everything to me, signed everything on tablet in office, and she walked me back to the unit and showed me everything. I feel she really made sure I knew all the policies, insurance options, gate code, hours, and everything. The location is central to my needs and right off 73 and 38. Got a unit perfect for my needs right now at a good rate.

I've never had any storage of any kind I don't know what I'm getting into and I had stop by a public storage at the rudderrow location and I received help and info from Iris very customer friendly and also information employee.Iris helped me with the starting process of doing a reservation for the date of when I will be moving into the until.Iris went over the moving supplies,lock, and insurance that I will need to get before I put my thing into the storage unit. I definitely recommend this facility this location to anyone.Will be moving in Jan.13,2019

They promote one price and next month is completely different upon everything agreed and paid for. A bunch of scammers. Pay almost paying 60$ for the smallest unit.

Many thanks to Shannon at the 124 W. Rudderow Ave location. She made an "emergency situation" a breeze. This was my first time ever having to use a storage unit and I'm glad I went to this location. She was very informative and helped me pick the right size unit for all of my mothers things. Thank you for taking your time to help me and not making me feel rushed . I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking . Pleasant customer service does not come easy these days - recognition to be given when due. 5 star review in my opinion .

Public Storage Staff worst ever at this location Rudderow ave maple shade,nj . I spoke personally to the staff member that I had a trailer that needed to be parked and it was on lay away. I was trying to secure a parking spot in advance before the the trailer was actually delivered. I TOLD THE STAFF MEMBER BEFORE I CAME I ONLY HAVE THE LAY AWAY RECEIPT AND I CAN BRING THE REGISTRATION ONCE I PAY FOR THE TRAILER. SINCE I CAN NOT EVEN TAKE THE TRAILER OFF THE LOT WITHOUT REGISTRATION So when I drive all the way from Philadelphia The staffs says You need REGISTRATION to park the trailer. I told her I explained the situation about the trailer. Why can't I just pay for the spot it will not have a vehicle there until I register. I don't have to get a pass code to the gate or anything I just want to secure the spot.. She like we can't do that. I'm was like there totally weird. Plus I don't like public storage any way there good for parking cars because its outdoors but I have a unit at extra space storage in cherry hill, Nj Which is very nice high quality. My items are in great condition. Public storage has the worst run down units I have ever seen.

Came in to get a unit, I was set on a 10 x 20 Aimee being as knowledgeable as she is was able to talk me down to a 10x10 and I still had plenty of room to movie my stuff around AND it's cheaper lol Shawna and Aimee do a great job of making sure you get what you need.

Shawna makes everything Eee-Zee-Pee-Zee. In addition to this very helpful and knowledgeable Property Manager, I had the pleasure of working with a temp helper there from a different site (Tracy), and I had the pleasure of meeting the District Manager (George - hope I got his name right). This has become my new storage home. My locker is clean & dry, my rented parking space is secure and generous, and the this site is welcoming.

I was having an issue with my unit leaking and mold was ruining my stuff I had asked to be transferred to another unit . Since it was a matienance issue they were able to help with the transfer . If I could give 10 stars for Shawna I would she has an awesome personality and was very helpful and I was happy to work with her through this transfer . If I ever need anything I'll be sure to ask for her . Even though some stuff had to be trashed and some given to goodwill Shawna did what she could to make it as pleasant as possible for me .

I needed a storage space so I checked online and saw that the storage facility nearest me, Public Storage on 124 W. Rudderow Blvd, Maple Shade NJ, had excellent reviews, so I went online and reserved a unit. The website is very intuitive and easy to navigate, and the cost for the quality of the units and security is excellent. I made an appointment to "move in", and the process of completing the rental paperwork was super easy and efficient thanks to the outstanding Amy, who made it fun and very quick. Amy graciously showed me the units, explained the rules, and I was all set up within 30 minutes. Awesome service (thanks again Amy!), great facility, at an excellent price. I highly recommend Public Storage on 124 W. Rudderow Ave in Maple Shade!

HORRIBLE SERVICE!!! Tenant since September 2016. LIGHT IN UNIT not working and they do not give a darn. Called and told I would be "gotten back too" and NOTHING!!!! Service was GREAT in the beginning when I rented from Dante. Young man was SUPER and now he is gone. Regional Manager G. Intelisano is an inconsiderate asshat that does not return emails. WORST PUBLIC STORAGE FACILITY IN NJ!!

If there were a sixth star, I would have selected it. The store manager, Chrissy handled the entire transaction as though she were a Title Clerk closing on a property. The entire experience was smooth and seamless. The woman definitely knows what she is doing and based on her professionalism, I'm guessing there are tons of referrals referencing her as the reason for the high rating. The facility itself is clean, well lit, protected and easy to get to. My particular unit was clean as well. I will follow my own advice and recommend PublicStorage, Rt. 38 and Rudderow, Maple Shade, NJ to anyone I have the opportunity to advise. On a personal note, having worked for many years as a manager in the AeroSpace industry, I recognize the value of an exemplary employee as well as the benefits from acknowledging your appreciation for their dedication amongst their peers and management. We came in looking for a small storage unit but not sure what size we wanted, she was nice enough to walk out with us in the freezing cold, at night, in the middle of winter to show us the sizes of the sheds and still had the best attitude! She made the paper work quick and easy while treating us like family! I highly recommend this specific location and to go through Christy. Our storage unit was clean, well lit, and the perfect size for our needs.

I called last month about renting a storage unit but they were too expensive for me at the time, so Christi called me and let me know that the rates had dropped for the winter holiday special! I came in and rented a unit that same night! Christi was so helpful and the customer service was awesome!

I have to say I wish there were a way to review Christi and the actual facility separately. Christi was very knowledgeable about all that was offered and available. She always smiled and made the experience of getting a storage unit easy and fun. Now the facitlity is another story. It is clean, easily navigated, good security features, and all maintained from what I could see. However, whoever thought that it was smart idea to not have larger openings on the units was a smart idea was sadly mistaken. The majority of the units have a standard doorway opening, not the garage door type. This makes it difficult to get larger items inside the units, just as if you were moving them inside a house. This is the only complaint I have but it is something that needs to be known and should be looked at by corporate about widening the openings.

Ive been at this public storage for a couple of years and I just bought a house with a two car garadge so I wont be needing there services any more. its bitter sweet cause ill save monthly but the service was spectacular. There are many things that run through a person's mind when renting a storage unit. If it's not bad enough to have to move to a new location, but try having to move prior to going to settlement on your new home. Christi has made this monumental moment a positive one. Not only was she caring and professional, but she answered all our question; no matter how mundane they were. I really thought that she would just blow us off once I told here that we were not ready to rent at this moment but I would know definitely within a week. I thought fore sure that she would try and divert us out of the facility, but to my sure prize she took a different approach than other Storage Facilities would have. You can tell that she is really compassion about her job. I truly hope that her employers appreciate how dedicated that she is to her job. Finding an employee who really loves their job is rare. I can not wait to come back into the facility to prove to Christi that her time and effort was not wasted, and that her comforting in me deciding why I should rent my storage unit from her did not fall on deaf ears. Christi YOU ROCK!

I have been using storage facilities for many years, I stopped on a whim at the public storage since they had a $1 first month special I figured I'd check out the deal. Honestly I was"sold " on getting a unit there by the on-site manger Christie. She was very nice and actually looked me in the eye when we spoke which made me feel she knew what she was talking about, she didn't bait and switch me as I've had done in the past with other storage places. Christie told me about all the fees and insurances as we walked the facility and before we sat down so I wasn't "sticker shocked " when I signed up. I even offered her a job because she was such a positive and professional person, unfortunately for me she is a company girl. she gave me all her contact info so if ever there is a problem when she isn't there I can speak with her, rI left feeling secure if any problems were to arise she will handle them with ease. I have since referred 3 people to her facility and all of them had the same pleasant experience with PS and Christie.

This was my first time renting a storage unit and I was very pleased with my experience here. I did some research online and this was the best deal, and then when I got there Christy was very helpful and friendly. She walked me through everything, and was more than just a professional business manager; she took interest in my life and made me feel at ease. She also told me that she lives above the office and is always available and on top of what's going on in the yard, which was very reassuring. She even went as far as giving me her personal email address since she knew I will be traveling outside of calling range. Very good experience and I highly recommend it!
