Price will change, and according to them. There allowed to do it when ever they want with a 30 day notice. The app will attract you with a good price then add on insurance and taxes. 6 months down the line $50 increase. They will take advantage. You either deal with it or find another storage place.

Finally, my husband finished moving things out of the old storage space and into the apartment he prayed about 17 months ago. He had nothing but good words and gratitude for Public Storage and their manager Tammy for all the great service all through 2022, but especially the late part of 2021 when most of their facilities were flooded by the worst flood in decades. PS was able not just to overcome the tragedy but to improve this storage facility. Sincere thanks to Public Storage and to Tammy for their commitment to customer service and caring.

Unfortunate situation with the flooding. My husband and I were there to move out some of our belongings. Tammy was so supportive, helping us out with information. Also with accommodating us in terms of bathroom use as the downstairs bathroom was in very bad shape. It was great to see Tammy there, felt you had a friend there.

The Manager (Dan) at the Scotch Plains, NJ office was extremely helpful when i was thinking about exchanging my unit because of access . When the Manager (Dan) explained to me that there was a different entrance to the storage unit, it saved the day.

This location has terrible customer service. We had an appointment for Saturday to do the paperwork to downsize. The attendant, Dan, saw us come in yet a few minutes later when we knocked on the office doors, he was nowhere to be found. Turned out, he was running errands during business hours which resulted in us just sitting there for 30 min waiting on him. In addition to that, he didn’t lock in the rates that he quoted to us just a few days earlier and said there was nothing he could do (that’s a $26/month difference) and that’s on top of the $20/month they keep adding annually. He made no effort and showed no interest in accommodating whatsoever. About the facility itself - it’s very dusty and I heard from a few people there is a problem with rats, which I personally can’t confirm. There are also not enough rolling carts (only 3 for the entire facility and one of them is broken).

The manager at the front desk her name is Lisa she was fantastic showed me gave me a tour of the place very polite professional but the property is very unforgiving to roll those Dolly carts around there are no incline steps to push up there's a 2-inch sidewalk Gap that you have to pick up the card every time you move it back and forth from your vehicle they need to fix this immediately

Beware of the rat infestation at this location . Damaged 2 rugs because they set up house inside of them.. The insurance is a joke when submitting a claim. "Vermin" type damage is capped at a maximum of $250. Does not even cover the cost of my destroyed property.

I started renting a space here 2 years ago when I moved. After one year they raised the price $20/mo. This year they raised it another $20/mo. In 2 years my cost went from $1248/yr to $1488/yr then $1748/yr. For what? The spaced didn't get bigger, the facility wasn't improved, staff is still almost non-existent.

Sade's first week and she's already a pro!! Joe super helpful, extremely thorough and great customer service!! Recommend to everyone looking for a storage unit!

This place was absolutely great, the service and response time was impeccable, I had an issue with losing my key and they had someone available to open my lock the same day. I completely recommend this.

I had reserved a 5x5 unit online and when I came in to finalize everything, they were already expecting me and I was greeted warmly. Juan was super nice and extremely helpful. He explained all the prices and ins and outs of moving stuff into the unit, payments, etc. Overall a great experience!

Seynabou, was highly professional and easy to talk to. I moved out of the area and she let me know my options and reminded me about payments so I wouldn't be charged a late fee. Facilities were always clean and carts were always available. It's rare but I would definitely rate my experience here a full 5 stars and deservedly so.

The experience with Cinaba, (I am sure I spelled that wrong) was great. She is kind, professional and efficient. She treats you like you have been best friends forever even though you just met. The facility is fine. My suggestion would be to have cart available without having to request them. Since the office closes at 6 and they are locked up, even if requested, someone else may take it before you get there. The one we requested for last night was not there when we arrived. When you have an inside space and are carrying washers and dryers and things like that it is very difficult to have to carry each item not to mention lots of boxes one at a time vs being able to load them. But otherwise, very happy with the service and facility.

I had the best experience with Seynabu and Brittany, they both took the time to let me know about the property and the units available. They both asked if I needed boxes told me about the saving and also recommended I use their products because if I bought boxes and didn't need them they have a buy back policy for boxes not used. The public storage units are clean, the office very organized, you will not be sorry if you put your storage here, and they have a sale going on, who doesn't like a sale.
