What a great experience we had at the Public Storge facility in West Berlin, NJ ESPECIALLY our dealings with Stephanie. She was just an amazing manager to work with, and we had two storage units under her oversight. Nothing was too much for her. She also loved our English Bulldog!! Thank you Stephanie!! We’ve been using this public storage location for a few years now, upgrading to larger units a few times as our needs for storage grew, and hands down by far the entire experience we’ve had as customers was made simple, easy and pleasant by Stephanie!! Any issues or concerns she will handle pleasantly and promptly and we can not recommend getting a unit at this location enough, because of Stephanie. Definitely worth every single one of the 5 stars, it’s been a pleasure dealing with her.

Public Storage located on Cooper Road is absolutely thee best storage unit location. I am forever indebted and grateful for Mrs. Stephanie, the manager. She is an exceptional, thoughtful, hard-working, and helpful young lady. She always answers the phone with such enthusiasm and answers any questions or concerns you may have. She always goes above and beyond to help you. The facility stays clean all the time and access is always quick. I can’t believe I forgot her name. (She had really great purple hair :) She was extremely helpful all three times I stopped in to purchase boxes etc. I live down the street and she helped me move some very large boxes! AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!

One time my bank has an issue and my autopay kicked back an error that my bank didn't exist, so they called me to let me know and to tell me I would be charged again in a week and then have my stuff repo'd. So that was nice that they have me the heads up. You need your code to enter and leave the facility, so keep that number ready. Luckily the building no longer asks for your code, which is great not to have to enter your code within a code. Staff always seems to have a reason to walk past me on the 3rd floor when I'm there. Units are not lit. It's climate controlled but I'm always hot when I'm there. Tight turns getting in and out, backed up by scuff marks on the poles. But otherwise, I store my stuff here and come and go without issue. Friendlier than that woman at the other public storage in Berlin (yes, there's a reason I'm here and not there)

Came in looking for options for packing up an 2 bedroom apartment. Oh boy Leah was a saving grace of her knowledge of product and breaking down everything along with gave me a list of items she recommended for my move. I explained me and gf were moving for a bit but the experience with Leah was one of the best customer service I have had in a long time. Thank you Leah.

Girlfriend and I stored here, always able to talk to staff about any issues and felt as a vip rather than a number to the staff. Always looked forward to see the employees as each are very knowledgeable of their trade and always a welcoming smile.

Had a unit here and facilities kept clean and always welcoming staff. Stored mainly items for starter business and perfect place to have to keep inventory at and secure. Will always recommend to clients and coworkers.

I really wanted to become a customer with Public Storage. However, this will not be happening as I won't do business with them with the inconvenience they caused me. I made a reservation on a unit for 02/26/2022.. after speaking with the manager, Stephanie a few days ago to confirm it, she switched the move-in date to 02/25/2022, which caused me to have to miss work to come into the office to pay for the unit. Upon getting there, I am told that the unit is not available and that the reservation only holds the sales price - which is false because on the website it tells you to make a reservation to hold the unit you are requesting. So now I am back at square one. I will be taking my business elsewhere and will NOT do business with Public Storage, no matter how many great reviews they have because the first impression is the most important to me, and their first impression gave me a sour taste in my mouth and I will be keeping my distance.

Stephanie brought this location to my attention. Reasonable rates with an awesome $1 promo deal. If you need affordable storage locally then you have found the place.

I was looking to switch storage companies, unsatisfied with my current choice at the time. I came across public storage on google. They had great rates and an amazing promo. $1 rental plus insurance fee waived for first month, move right in. The lovely ladies at the counter,Stephanie and Cheyenne, were very pleasant and patient with me. For i am very scattered brained, not only did i confuse the location I thought i was renting (they have so many), but i was so eager to get it in, I only thought of the $1 promo and completely forgot to consider basic taxes and fees. We went through the whole process, only for me to realize i had to wait a couple days for my check to clear. They were very accommodating and reassuring. Absolutely satisfied with my choice.

This facility is well kept. It's clean, and organized. The hours could be more flexible considering it's an "Self Public Storage" facility. The 9:00pm vacate of property really is an inconvenience, especially for an expensive storage your paying for. The manager Doug could use a bit more training with his customer service & communication, if there's been any at all. The relief manager Karrie is a delight. She's very attentive, and helpful. You can tell she sincerely wants all your needs to be met.

Great facility the manager on site helped with many problems myself and my family were having issues with. Would store here again. No complaints at all will be storing my company's equipment in there for the foreseeable future.

Very good experience. I used the online registration process and bypassed having to go into the office. It was very easy. The facility was neat and clean.

Came to property, I was pleased to see that property was clean. Was greeted by a gentleman Wes, he gave me all the information I needed and broke everything down for me. Although the availability is limited at this location - the professionalism and upkeep, I would recommend anyone coming to this location to store items.

I was moving in the middle of COVID-19 limitations/requirements. Reserving the unit online was nice and easy and the in person paperwork was simple easy and quick. The staff was very helpful and tell you everything you need to know. They have carts to help you move stuff to your unit and the units are great. You can complete the rental paperwork online if you get their insurance for the unit but if you have your own insurance or if your homeowners or renters insurance covers it you have to fill out the paperwork at the facility with staff.

Place has mice. We had some valuable priceless items like dolls and homemade quilts that were torn up by mice, and had mice droppings all over the floor. Not sure if maybe it was the people who had units around mine, but there are definitely mice here. We immediately cleared out our unit after we saw the damage and informed the front desk. Giving 2 stars because it was cheap, and the people working there are pretty nice.

Kaitlyn and Juliana are very friendly and helpful. Best customer service around! The place is well kept and clean. I will most definitely reccomend this place to anyone i know that needs storage. Good job ladies!

The lovely women running the counter are very helpful. They hallways are always clean, the doors are always locked I feel like my things are safe and in good hands.

Came into this facility inquiring about a unit that I wanted to purchase & was a little confused about how to go about the process. Wesley was very helpful and led me into the right direction. His professionalism is extraordinary to say the least. I will be sure to spread the word about his work ethic & recommend this property to anyone.

I contacted Kaitlyn on a Saturday and figured all appointments would have been taken, but she was able to squeeze me in right away to come view the storage units. I had viewed the sizes online but really needed to view them in person to get a better idea of the size to make sure that my belongings would definitely fit. She was very patient with me, as I changed my mind from the first unit she showed us, but she was more than happy to show us a bigger unit. The facility is very clean and each member receives a pass code for the security gate and to enter the facility. The whole process took about 30-45 minutes and I'm very satisfied with the service that I received from Kaitlyn.

I just rented a storage unit at the Public Storage at 339 Cooper Road in West Berlin. Juliana was the young woman who helped me with the rental process. Juliana was helpful, knowledgeable, and very pleasant. She explained everything that she was doing as she was doing it.She was very accommodating on which unit she showed me. She took in to account that I'm not as mobile as I used to be. She made sure that the rental unit was as close to an elevator as possible. The facility was clean and well lit. I would recommend this facility to my friends and family.

This location is one of the best I've used. Wes and Julia were extremely helpful. Wes helped me figure out the best size for my needs. I was very excited to find out they have indoor 10 x 20 units. There are multiple entrances for gaining access to the indoor storage with ample carts for your moving needs. Everything was clean and well lit. I will definitely recommend this location to others.

Clean and temperature controlled. Always feel safe going into the units by myself. Staff very helpful and friendly. They just bought this from a previous owner that leg it get run down and are fixing all of the problems that were left behind.

Stopped in shortly after Public Storage took over from Berlin General. I had a horrible experience with the previous company and the new managers Kaitlyn and Antonio were amazing. I was so pleased with the customer service I received from these two fantastic employees. I was ready to pull all of my belongings out but after speaking with them, I have decided to continue to store. I've been waiting to hear that the review system was working so that I could tell everyone how wonderful my experience was. I am so pleased that Public Storage has taken over and cannot wait to continue to deal with the new management.
