This place is invested with roaches… I paid my bill every month for a year… to have to leave every because I’m not trying to carry bugs to my next place. Office basically told me tough luck and to bomb it…. Like that would take care of it it’s coming from other units it’s wouldn’t solve the problem. So here’s a photo so you know I’m not lying.

I Utilitize The Storage For One Month. My Items We're Out Before My Next Payment. Staff Was Helpful And Courteous.

their prices change almost every month so be prepared for that as the rates go up and the "discounts" change their prices change. If you move out of the storage early you dont get your rent "prorated" which is messed up they're basically pocketing the rest of your rent. Wish they had a better policy about that because thats not right and the way this economy is set up its taking away from people especially good people. They really dont care, thats the way i see it. Wrong os wrong and right is right and in this case this is so wrong. i moved out on the 5th and im paying for a whole month when im not even there no more. The 7th would of made it a whole month sense i been there but it wasn't. Just be aware on what you invest your money into read all the small print and be smart about your choices. I will never rent from here again.

My new property manager is Kelly. She is a very kind lady and respectful. When Pam left I was ready to leave this property because it wasn't well managed and here comes Kelly who is very friendly, kind, and respectful which changed my mind and I went ahead got another unit and I'm planning on staying as long as she is there.

It's 6:30 pm now. I have came by this location three times before 9 pm before the gate locks and all 3 times there has been a chain on the gate so I can't get in when the sign clearly says they close daily at 9 pm. This is a waste of time and gas!!!!

And Mrs Sylvia was great as well she was very helpful however I still went out their and forgot what the hack I was doing. I have not had a stoge in over 20 years. But I finally got it together . She went out to show and help me with my unit. The both of them was really good to me .

Yesterday I had to move items out of my home ASAP. I drove over to a Public Storage facility nearby to check it out. I went to the office, immediately Robin was friendly and professional and provided all the info I needed. Very organized. She drove me over to a few units so I could see the sizes. (there are hundreds of units). The units were clean and easy to access. I went home to determine the size unit I needed and a couple hours later I drove back filled out the paperwork. I got a lock and began moving items. My stress was gone! Robin was wonderful. I highly recommend Public Storage!!

Public Storage doesn't really seem to know what is going on. Rules and policies change all the time. So do the prices!! They go up and up every several months!! Unbelievable!!!

Prices are reasonable but the gate hours are terrible. Also, the dialpad outside of the gate is broken so you have to push each button very hard and cross your fingers that the gate will open.

Kalom is always pleasant

I have rented from them for years. However, I will NEVER rent from them again. They destroyed my property, added over $100 charge to my account which is invalid, locked me out of my storage and their customer service is rude and unhelpful, especially when they screwed up. The problem with all of this is, my account is current and I have always paid my bill in full. Now they are charging me more money because I cannot access my unit which they have illegally locked me out of. I will be filing a complaint will quite a few ohio agencies regarding this. Also, in other states they have law suits for illegal auctions and failure to pay for damaged property. Do yourself a favor and save yourself from future problems and rent from somewhere else.

Very good experience working with Juanita very friendly and energetic and helpful. But don't go on Sundays when Lindsey works. I asked Lindsey for a shovel to clear the snow at445pm she said she was closed. I ended trapped behind the gate cause she would not get the snow clear had to dig in the snow with my hands just to get out of the gate. She should be fired for incompetence

This was a wonderful location! Juanita provided excellent customer service!! she provided me with all of the information I needed as far as packing supplies...they have something for everything! and she was very knowledgable about the business.... Unfortunately, all i needed was a 5x5 and since the site is 99 percent occupied, all she had left was a 10x30. i will defintley be going back the first few days of Nov. She was confident that by then that she'll have something for me! I'll wait for availability there before I go anywhere else!!!
