Called to get instructions on the move out procedure. I was informed that A vacate receipt must be printed out in order to finalize the process. March 31st, we vacated the unit and went to the office to obtain vacate receipt and no one was in the office. Waited for over 30 mins and the clock on the door still had the opening hours set. Called multiple times through out the day to verify, if the unit had been checked, but no answer. I called customer to they noted the account with the unit was vacated. In spite of the note on my account , I still received a bill.

Person behind the counter was rude and unhelpful. We left and got a uHaul storage instead. Also the storage here is not secure. You can crawl over the wall from inside one storage unit and gain access into another storage unit. Makes absolutely no sense to design storage this way.

idk why this hole in the wall storage has 3 stars because the service is trash, the storage is giving creepy “guy keeps girl lock up in basement” type of vibes. plus i wanted a storage downstairs and the website didn’t specify or make known if that was an option. the older man just really played me out my money and tried to up charge me for everything.

It's where I store my things. I'll say this, the newest on-site Storage Manager, an Indian guy, is a really nice man who does a great job. He is professional and will sometimes go that extra step to make sure that the customers are treated with respect and fairness. There have been some parking issues with the location that it's in but he went out of his way to help me out but still keep the best interest of public storage. That's as far as I go through. The upper management, Dm, Am, and or corporate are ruthless, money Hungary, terrible policymaking A-holes.

I needed some storage quick and this public storage was right by the house and very reasonably priced when your book online. I got frustrated however because the online system makes you use their (overpriced) rental insurance and when I called the location and spoke to Manish he was very kind and helpful and assured me he would take it off once I came in. He handled it promptly upon arrival and stuck to his word. I would 10/10 recommend them, the owner Manish is the nicest man and has the best customer service which is rare to find these days.

Keypad lock dosen't work to access 2nd floor

Horrible !!! Keypad on the door doesn't work which makes it a long walk to carry heavy things to second floor And have been locked out of my rented storage unit by an orange cylinder lock which is basically denying me access to my unit which is paid for Also people are living in their storage units 😳 I'm completely shocked

I found Mahesh to be above average in customer service. He appeared to be working hard to maintain the property. His motivation to help others is above and beyond that of recent to past or former customer service representatives. He is honest, courteous and respectful. I really can’t say that about anyone who worked at this location in the past. He makes up for the ones who didn’t focus on their area of responsibility to the cameras, the doors, and all within plain view within the property. Onsite manager is good only if you have someone willing to take responsibility for what is happening so to deter crime and to provide service to the customers. Mahesh is more valuable than an average or mediocre employee or customer service representative or onsite manager. He expresses that he cares.

Horrible Services, I’ve been stolen there. They don’t care about you. They only say call the cops plus if you don’t have all recipes or invoices the insurance not pay the valor etc on the end you are by your self with nothing. Attention: Don’t pay the insurance they offer !!!! It’s a hell - take care when you put yours belongs there take a photo and have all receipts and don’t do cash value insurance, they will give a dólar !!!

The Hullsmith (off Westheimer) location is THE BEST. The entire staff is amazing, they have taken care of our storage unit for decades. I needed to move units and they walked me through everything every step of the way. Every time I go into the office they chat and ask how I'm doing. They have gone above and beyond all points of service.

I had to make some adjustments to my storage accommodations and was fortunate enough to have Cici there to help me. First things first, Antonysha is the best! I walked in with only 2 days left to find a garage space and not enough time on my lunch break. Before I left that day (took less than 30 minutes), I had a garage spot reserved and ready to move that same day. The prices here are pretty good, considering the location. To make me feel even more secure, Antonysha still pulled up other location prices that were lower based on locations, but I was already sold based on her manners. This Lady was very upbeat and ready to help in any way possible. She let me see a garage space to make sure It was a good fit. I love the fact that she didn’t make me feel rushed in any possible way.

Way better than the other location in the area. My one complaint is that the unit is actually 1.5 feet narrower than it is supposed to be because there is some kind of drywall type of thing in there, and they agreed, but didnt seem to care when I figured it out. I was already in. Otherwise I have had no problems. Update. I left because they jacked up my rent super fast and super high. I was paying 149 and after 4 months they raised it to 189. I wasn't going to wait around for the next increase. I have been renting storage units all over the country and in Houston including Public Storage other locations and I've never been jacked up so much so quickly.

Frankie was nice and kind to me. I had to get a storage for my apartment and i believe i got one of the smaller units, but not the smallest, to put our things into. The facility is big, with very large (garage door style) units located in the front and still continues towards the back. My unit was up a set of stairs in their main building and it was actually a convenient inconvenience.lol. The stairs and halways were big enough for.me to maneuver all of my furniture through.

The representative was very rude and nasty because she was eager to close and I'd arrived 5 minutes prior to closing. Initially I pleased for help then I realized it was necessary to record the behavior of the employee who yelled and spoke to me in a very disrespectful manner. She even tried to force me to get insurance yet after reading, it was not required as she'd stated. This experience was beyond horrible.

I was at this location trying to inquire about a storage space for my car and the young lady named Rae that was working there was very busy and she seemed frustrated because she had a customer being really rude to her while I was waiting for assistance. She handled that situation very professionally and was very helpful and polite while assisting me despitedespite the rude customer prior to me .
