Richard is fantastic and gives 5 star service! I have been back in forth with moving over the last couple of years and always end up coming back to this location because Richard knows what he is doing and can guide you on the unit size you need. The rental process is really easy with him and a pretty quick process. The only negative is that Public Storage will randomly change the rate with a month notice. If you don’t have easy access to your unit that can be problematic being stuck without an option. That’s why it is 4 star not 5.

Richard did an alright job showing us around the property and helping us identify a storage unit. However the facility itself is pretty poorly managed. Their system is regularly offline making access impossible, and the process for contacting the management office is convoluted and often times fruitless. If you need to access your unit frequently, I recommend avoiding the internal A100 units and locate something on the periphery of the property.

Only 1 family can rent a storage unit. I'm not even related to anyone else here.We just have the same last name but the lady refuses to let me get me own because of it.

Public Storage needs yo be investigated for accessing unvalidated fees, this company has a historical pattern for bad, borderline unethical business practices. It is time for the government to intervene and hold Public Storage accountable. I researched comments from other states and local ... and found that the comments are consistent from former and current customers.

I've been storing my things at this PS location for a few months. The place is well kept - I often see the manager (Richard) outside trimming weeds, sweeping, and otherwise keeping the place neat, clean, and presentable. Even during the extreme heat wave, he was outside working on the facility. Also he is very clear and courteous to me and other customers as I wait my turn in the office.

I had a review praising Richard for his great customer service however, today I am more than upset. Today my aunt was told by this human that she needed to leave the storage unit. She is half deaf, she doesn’t speak English well. No she was not on the way, there were no boxes on the hallway, she was fixing her boxes since she is moving out of the country due to health concerns. This man yelled at her, she called me in tears having a panic attack because she couldn’t walk home. This is more than just terrible customer service, this is in humane treatment.

Gentleman that works here is always nice. Sometimes it takes a while to find a trolly, but they are around 😉

Richard and his team are so fab. Weve been there since 2015 and the place is super clean, and hes always working on the greenery, sweeping and keeping it super tidy.

I got my own storage after years of using a unit (Thanks, Charlene Hanson for helping us find a house! Best realtor ever!!) at this location and the customer service is great. The staff has always been very helpful and friendly. There was a crazy wind and rain storm a couple months ago that brought a branch or something down on the roof of my storage unit. The leak ruined one piece of furniture (it was in a bag with the opening toward the leak) and they helped me with it quickly with such kind attitudes. Best thing: When I forgot to update them that I got a new debit card for autopay, the manager who calls is SOOOOOO nice about a missed payment. He didn't know the reason my card was declined but was still kind and patient. The rooms get chilly, but not nearly cold enough to damage anything. In summer the place stays cool which helped several paintings last for years in the storage room.

Not good. I don't like the manager person. Had a bad attitude and smelled like strong tobacco smoke. The prices on their units is too expensive and the location is on a hillside which makes things difficult. I saw homeless living in the units.

Richard walks you through the entire process from start to finish. Didn't take long at all and he was very friendly.

During these years I have utilized a number of different Public Storage locations and every now and then I find that it is the employees that make the difference from one location to another. I have had the pleasure of working with Lorita at location 27806 and want to compliment her in her professionalism and customer service skills. Not only has she been very helpful but she is a delight to work with. She is truly a ray of sunshine and will keep me coming back to this location.

This facility was burglarized in early April 2019. 5 units were robbed and numerous others damaged. The sliding locks(standard) on the roll up doors were easily cut by the thieves. The staff did not provide video or info with police as requested. There are only 4 cameras onsite, with only 1 inside the actual storage area. USE AT YOUR OWN RISK.

Terrible customer service. Left early because they lied about pricing from the beginning and would add extra fees without explanation. I would try to pay online and it would error out, making the only option for payment to drive in since they could never set up auto pay correctly either. Would then tack on late fees that “they had no way of refunding” even though it was an error on their part. Never leave reviews like this but it was beyond me how they could make something simple like a storage unit so difficult to deal with.

Staff were unhelpful. They gave me a deal that they claimed was false after I signed on it and tried to charge me. Besides that, the storage room had a peculiar scent and made all my stuff smell odd as well (a musty, mold like smell)

Dennis and Richard went above and beyond in helping me find the perfect storage unit for my needs. They walked me through the entire process and made it super simple and easy. I would 100% recommend getting a storage unit here.

I have rented units here off and on over the past 20 years. The most recent rental was horrible. Richard tried to pressure me to just initial quickly thru the contract stating "I can read it later" and that I was required to get their insurance which is a HUGE LIE! My advice to any future customers, 1. read thru the contract. You do not need their insurance, only one time was my unit broken into and all that happened was a broken lock (nothing taken) yet another unit was 100% emptied (guessing someone wanted to claim insurance lol) 2. If you do not purchase a lock prior to renting they can use one of theirs temporarily until you can bring yours in (there locks are overpriced) 3. Be aware of their gate access hours (used to be able to access after business hours but not anymore) Don't fall for the high pressure lying tactics, be an informed consumer if you choose to rent at this location.

They will tell you one thing and even put it in there own "notes" In there computer and turn around And lie about it to your face and just be very disrespectful.

There are a few Public Storage locations and also other facilities in the area, so I had a hard time choosing--but I'm so glad that I chose this location. The in/out access is super easy and front office manager Richard is so helpful and friendly!!!

Moving here from Ohio it’s been difficult to purge our household items. Finally after looking for a while for storage we found the Public Storage location in Bellevue. Lukus and Richard were EXTREMELY helpful to my husband and I. We look forward to our relationship with Public Storage!
