Very unorganized. I was cleaning out an auction locker, I had to go there 4 times to gain access. Employees didn't show up to work

I really appreciate Shaunan helping me this morning.... She helped me with getting my rent payed. Then she showed me how to use the Cash App. So if I need to pay my bill today more, I am able to. With a card with no penalties. Through Cash App. Did you give me a paper on my claim. She was incredibly amazing. And I was very Thankful for all she did for me.

This is a kind of local place for me and I had to choose quickly due to my inventory being too much to handle at my current location. Initially, my rent for a 5x5 was 89 dollars the rent has now increased to over 110 dollars and I don't think it's worth that much especially due to the area and the stragglers that hang around this place. Each time I went to retrieve items from my storage there is always someone looking suspicious hanging around. In my last encounter 4 days ago I had this man propping the gate open with a rock and what looked like a cord you lock a bike up with. I could not get out the gate to leave and had to call a 800# and provide details of my account to open and leave. All the while this man is just sitting there staring into my truck and I felt unsafe but thankfully my fiance was there if anything would have happened. I don't think I'll be renewing my lease here and will find somewhere more safe to go where there's no people just hanging around and a better price.

The new management has done a nice job of cleaning the facility. We feel our belongings are safe and secure there,

Much parking and very convenient to get to.

I brought my friend over to look at a storage unit she's had for years and needed to go through. Shaunan was amazing in every way, from helping us with the elevator to assisting my friend with her questions and specific needs. She was absolutely accommodating and put my friend's mind at ease. She is beyond polite and professional and made this process smooth and easy.

The manager was warm, friendly professional, helpful and compassionate when confronted with an issue regarding access to our unit while she was out on sick leave. She was open and demonstrated active listening skills as evidenced by her efforts to resolve our issue. I would encourage anyone looking for a storage unit to please visit this location. As a side note, the maintenance employee with the dark brown beard and long hair, was engaged in painting while we were there and yet took time to assist us with accessing the elevator system. My unit door wouldn’t open all the way up, I notified personnel and the initial employee stated that he would just have to put a work order in, then I employee Shaunan came over and did all she could to help us get the door unlocked, she helped with tools and she even got down and dirty on the ground to get inside of the storage unit to assess the problem, definitely recommend going to her if you have any issues with your unit

I don’t usually consider writing reviews for public storage places but wow! I was completely blown away by the amazing customer service I got from both Jeff and Shaunan. I’ve had a unit at this location for about a year now and the whole property looks so much better than it did the last time I was in about 6 months ago. I’ll be recommending this location to everyone moving forward. Amazing job, guys!

Location is in a bad neighborhood and that brings in difficult circumstances for me and especially for the manager of Public Storage. At times the sanitary conditions are repulsive. PS really should have a second employee helping out with cleaning and appearance. The number buttons on the entry code boxes are sticky and filthy.

If I could give them 0 I would. I was broke into 2 weeks after renting. Homeless people live there after closing time. They pee in cups and leave them. I gave 45 day Notice that I was leaving, and they are still trying to charge me for another Month. They are incredibly dirty, the doors are super flimsy. Their prices are about 70-80 more a month than 2 units I'm renting Elsewhere.

Emphatic no. PS or any storage is absolutely a last resort. Tip: Get rid of stuff instead of storing it by selling it on Offer Up or Facebook Marketplace.

The service here is an absolute joke. You’ll probably laugh at this. So I’m a mortgage loan officer and work like 60 hours a week, finally took Friday off to get this moving thing done. I arrived to the facility with a fully loaded truck only to find that the only access to my unit, an elevator was out of service. Clearly frustrated having just wasted an entire day, gas etc…I go talk to the guy and he has just let someone in through the stairs before me. He acts all snarky and tells me, “I’m not about to let people in through the stairs all day it’s exhausting” then I follow into the building to figure out what we can do, and he goes “actually, can you just give me like 5 mins” again in a very rude way. I’m like “aight dude” and started to get frustrated myself. I asked for either another unit or a refund. Tried to upcharge me for another unit and denied a refund because and I quote, “the contract says no refunds after 2 days” dummy. I don’t remember the contract saying that the elevator breaking is a possibility and there won’t be access granted to your unit. Now I can’t get a hold of them, that’s ok my lawyer will and the Internet will for sure. GO ANYWHERE ELSE THE GOOD REVIEWS ARE A SCAM

This was my first time buying a unit on auction and almost had a nervous breakdown with the time limits. It rained and messed up everything but Brandon was able to get me a little more time to complete the close out of the unit. I really appreciate the kindness and patience that Brandon had with me as I learn the process.

I was going thru a really rough time and the Brandon was so courteous and helpful it helped lift my spirits. The customer service was exceptional. I really appreciate him finding a way to work with me thru my difficult times.

We bought a unit in auction and won two more free. It was our first time and we bit off a little more than we could chew. Brandon was able to get us a little more time to get completed. Really appreciate the extra time since it rained and put a damper on our process. Was very patient with us taking so long and having a mess in the aisle. Thank you for being so understanding. When loft got stuck he was able to fix the problem with little wait, knows his electronics. Only thing wish could do is get ahold of manager for a little more time.

Honestly I'm glad, I'm glad I choose this secure facility with cameras and automated fences and codes needed to get in and out of the property and I'm glad whoever stole my stuff did so when the public storage facility had its own lock on my unit man it just feels great to get screwed 🙂let your stuff get stolen too choose this place

Within today's environment dealing with the different variations of Covid it's fascinating to see companies price gouging the American public, and Public Storage is a company that continuously raise their prices... They offer large closets for Christ sakes!! My "space" has gone up approximately eighty dollars during my business with Public storage!

Very reasonable prices vary great the staff great the only thing I have a problem with is is the homeless population around their.

never rent from them doing this covid19 I'M one month behind and the are not even willing to work with me my unit is going on auction the 24th and I get paid on the 27th i made a payment on the 15th and they still are selling my unit on the 24th where is the compassion for people I'm about to lose everything!!

It's kind of in a bad part of town and the homeless people were giving us a hard time.

Well I lost everything I owen thinks to no one answering the phone and then when my friend got threw she was told that there was no account for the info she had .but when I called and gave the info the account number and phone number for my account the lady said that no one has paid for the unit yet .so my friend called right away and paid it and then I called back as soon as she paid it and then I was informed that my unit was sold and that my friend was to late paying it .how did that happened .I wont my pictures and other personal things back.it was all the fought of you guys because when I would come down there no one would be there are you wouldn't answer the phone .

I had to change storage unit companies and I got a larger unit for a price I really can afford, 5he staff seem to be ok. I'm not allowed to spend the day going through and discarding 5hings I don't need or lost interest in my things because they call it loitering. I call it clearing or thinning out my stuff. One day when 5hey find themselves homeless they might rethink their policies.

Not very clean. People leave trash all the time on the premises. Management admonishes people for the wrong things and my locker was almost broken into

Went in to inquire on a new storage unit not expecting a lot but the girl who worked there, Beth, had the most friendly and welcoming personality that has encouraged me to rent from public storage as soon as I'm able to. This location has really turned around recently and is incredibly clean now and welcoming to all. Huge thanks to Miss Beth and I'm looking forward to renting with you guys!

This place is a absolute rip. I rented for 2 yrs & had rent tripled. The worst is they started during the Pandemic a 10.00 fee for paying on automated line. Way to screw the customers even more! I have been renting from PS SINCE THE 80S & NEVER AGAIN!.They forced renters insurance on me knowing I had coverage already, required a key copy then lost the key. My unit had water damage but they failed to cover my items damaged. Do yourself a favor & go elsewhere!!!

No air flow permitted in the halls of the outside non climate controlled units. Does provide water in desert state which is federally required. Racist and sexist staff that threatens to kick people out for asking for their name or exiting late moving stuff into unit as new customer. They do not have extended hours for new clients. Over priced, 2 lifts and neither work, 1 elevator and it doesn't work and we are told is soon....we live in Phoenix Arizona btw. Only came here to this facility because I needed a storage place quickly and first month was $1

Office staff has always been really nice. I've been storing my car there for a few months and it's been a reasonable rate with an easy sign up process.

Two girls go to lunch on a Saturday and lock the office. No sign in the window. The lift doesn't work. Unbelievable.

Went in to look at storage options after moving from NM. Erica was absolutely fantastic from the moment I stepped through the doors. She was very knowledgeable about unit sizes as well as pricing and being able to give me recommendations based on what I’d be storing. I plan to revisit the store after work to get a unit rented!

Horrible place, disrespectful staff, mice EVERYWHERE. Drug addicts hiding in vacant units sleeping and getting high. Elevator broken and has been over a year. Place is dirty... DON'T GO....Glad I'm out

I only needed a storage unit for less than a month and the process here could not have gone any smoother. I had a super easy, stress-free same day move-in. Move-out was just as simple. The staff was great. Michael and Tina are very helpful and run an excellent complex. I will definitely be going back to this location when I need a storage unit.

I had a wonderful experience with Michael. He showed me 3 different units to allow me to pick which one I preferred. Newly renovated units that are clean, well lit, and the AC actually works. I reserved my unit online and received a call within 20mins. The whole process took about 20mins once I showed up. They have a lift to the 2nd floor and rolling carts for moving your stuff.

Had an absolute pleasant experience with Michael. He ensured I knew all of the policies and gave me different possible options that may accommodate me even better than what I found online. Above that, he was straight forward with how everything worked on their complex and couldn't have been more patient. I am glad I found this location because you never know what you will find out there. Thank you again!

Wasn't happy with this place

Is there and 10x15 available and if so how much would it be for at least 2 months. Have to move right away.

Is this faculty opened today. In need of a unit as soon as possible.

Doubled the rent and limited access hours. My bank is now open more hours per week than this place. The property is trashed. Garbage in the hallways. Dumpster is overflowing. You have to enter your security code at nearly every door you come to You have to go to the office to get a cart, which they almost never have. Place is just terrible.

It's ok

Even though I had a rough first day here on account of 3 of the locks not working an the lady helping me was new it all turned out great because of an experienced young lady who actually works at this location and she knew her stuff. I told her I wish I had gotten her the first day I came to Public Storage. Turns out I have 2 doors on my storage unit so she worked with me in purchasing the 2nd lock. This is a great place with EXCELENT Customer Service!!!!

Registration and move in went very smooth. K.J. reviewed the paper work and insurance and was very nice. Everyone was friendly.

There is a young lady that’s always working...I think her name is Makenze...she is SUPER HELPFUL! If she can do it for you, she will! The hours are a little too short for me, but otherwise this facility is good. I got lucky with a Labor Day special and got a really great price!

While the facility has generally been satisfactory, many "climate-controlled" units are not truly air-conditioned and won't keep temperature sensitive items safe. Also, the new weekday hours, which only allow access until 6pm are ridiculous and will cause massive issues with driving through the narrow passages on the weekends going forward, as now everyone will have to access their units on the weekends.

Shout out to McKenze for being patient going from storage to storage to find the right size for me! She was friendly, professional and efficient. This is my second time using Public Storage because their prices are unbeatable for the sizes and the staff is always on point! You can call around and check prices but you’ll be wasting your time, trust me!

Tiffany and Mackenzie are awesome! They made renting a giant metal box fun and easy. Come see them for all your storage needs and tell them I sent you. Also buy paper from them and not Home Depot!!!

Teresa provides very good professional customer service. Very friendly. I highly recommend this place.

It's ok. clean but some units fallen apart and don't take care gate broken for one week other than that is OK

Got a great deal on storage

Was a fine place for storage but they are very devious so watch your billing the will give a groovy price then without warning they'll jack-up the price really high so watch yourselves especially if you pay by electronic service I had to move all of my stuff because of it some of the staff are very helpful for reducing the charges for a short while but it will go back up then you'll be right back where you started from SUCKS OUT LOUD BIG PRIMATE BALLS!

Well I think its a great place ez getting in and out the staff are great very nice people and I would like to thank Joe for all his help he made me feel at home and very safe.
