This company will continually ramp your charges without providing sufficient notice. It has increased by nearly 100% since I signed on and never required a signature. Go with a better option in the area. Note: I have had no issues with staff. Each employee has been polite and respectful. It's the company behind them that deserves 0 Stars.

This facility is great but I am royally angry about this company's business practices. I have rented for only 4 months and I just received notice that they're raising my rate 25%! I highly suggest finding a local storage place that will promise you a fixed rate for a duration (ideally 12mo) of time.

Holy cow! Another increase! An annual event apparently which translates into over $50+ w/insurance like last year. I guess this is a wake up call. If I am not using it, I am losing it. Time to shed myself of Public Storage.

Rented a unit yesterday with Kelly’s help and she was wonderful to work with. She called before I arrived to confirm my arrival timing and once I was there, had all the iPad “paperwork” done within 15 minutes. She suggested the app to easily access the gate and elevator and then showed me to my unit. All in all great to work with and excellent experience.

Just stopped by here with a friend to move some equipment out of storage. Everything is very clean and felt very secure. Needed some help and Ayla came through for us! It was a helpful and professional experience all around.

A very clean facility! Feel totally safe having my precious belongings kept here. Olga went above and beyond to help make this a smooth process for me- even when I changed my mind on the unit ten minutes after everything was finalized! Olga and Public Storage up here on Aliso Viejo on new the UPS facility is the absolute best person we've had saved our lives that we just sold her house in Laguna Hills and we're buying property in Hawaii and in Laguna Woods and we needed some place to store and we were quite sure when our house will close in Laguna Hills and we wanted to Big storage units and we weren't sure if we should get them in in August a weight and Olga says don't wait if they're available get them now and we did and this is you know you know late October and we finally sold and closed our house and thank God we had two big storage units ready so we're very very happy thank you Olga

Can’t recommend this place enough. Olga helped us out when we were in a tight spot. Flew in from out of state and somehow didn’t get there with our storage keys. She helped us find a local locksmith who was cheaper than anyone else and also let us borrow a lock for a few days until we could get a moving truck. Great customer service and she always got back to my voicemails/calls.

Just a few weeks ago, Kelly assisted me in the office. She was very personable and worked with me on upgrading to a larger unit. Lovely employee and she's great with customers.

On March 19 Kelly took care of my unit rental payments! She went out of her way to make me feel welcome despite not supposed to be working in Orange County CA with the mandatory not work order issued by Orange County Officials 2 days ago. I had 2 late payment charges by Public Storage when I had only paid half of both units on time 2 weeks earlier. She told me she would try to have them removed knowing I had never been late before in the 3 years we have been storing furniture at this location. Kelly did not have to do this on my behalf but she did it anyway! Hats off to her for caring more about my business then the company who employs her! Thanks again Kelly for a job well done! I walked into public storage in Aliso and was very kindly greeted by Ashley. She was extremely nice to work with and made the whole process extremely easy. Had a quick and easy experience securing a storage unit today. I submitted a request online and very quickly received a call from Ashley at the Aliso Viejo location. I was planning on visiting during my lunch break and Ashley was very helpful in making sure she’d be available when I visited since I didn’t have much time. She went over the different sized storages and helped me secure the right one. Explained everything from start to finish and guided me through the process. Answered all my questions. Had a great experience making my life easier when moving is so difficult. Thanks so much Ashley!

We booked a same day reservation online about an hour before they closed and headed straight there to finish up the paperwork. Ashley found us a unit that was right by the elevator and was able to get us set up really quickly. We looked at a few different Public Storage locations in the area and this one was by far the cleanest and most well kept. Definitely recommend to anyone looking for a unit in the area!

I was in the middle of a moving nightmare. Problems with the truck, issues with the movers, my old landlord needed us out ASAP so he could rent our unit out again. Problem was our new home wasn’t ready yet. I called up the Aliso Viejo Office on Brookline and they saved my family a ton of heartache. I worked with ASHLEY and KAT and they were fantastic. Helped me figure out what size unit I needed, got me into a storage unit in the nick of time before my movers freaked out on me. Really saved me big time. Big thanks to ASHLEY and KAT for being so helpful and working with me to get the job done.

I was in a huge bind! I needed to be out of my home ASAP and had nowhere to turn because my new home wasn’t ready yet. That’s when ASHLEY and KAT came to my rescue! They hooked me up with a great unit to store my home and were ridiculously flexible and helpful. Moving is a nightmare! Coordinating movers, packing supplies, trucks, storage units, etc. Thank goodness I had Ashley and Kat to take care of my biggest obstacle.

I came here once to get a storage unit. Olga signed me up. I got to test the keys and the entry code in less than half an hour. She is very fast and courteous. Don't forget to ask for the $1 special for the first month.

Clean, quiet, ans the staff can be helpful. The late fees are ridiculous -like 20% of your total rent if youre late.

After looking into a couple storage places around town, we eventually decided to go with this Public Storage facility in Aliso Viejo. When calling to see if they had any units available, Ashley (the GM there) was exceptionally friendly, chipper, and helpful. She helped us pick out and reserve a storage unit with zero fuss, all the meanwhile making friendly conversation with ease. When we arrived to check in, she was a little busy helping some other people out, but made a point to quickly and politely greet us and tell us that she'd be right with us. Quick she was- and before we knew it we were in and out of the office and she looking at our new storage unit. From start to finish, the experience was painless, and the facility was clean and tidy. Probably the best storage experience I've ever had.

I went online to search for a storage space in Aliso Viejo. I submitted an inquiry to Public Storage and then decided to rent a unit at another facility/company which was highly reviewed. Then I got a call from Hassaan and he was so helpful and friendly that I decided to go with Public Storage. He held off on going to lunch to wait for me to come and lease the space. The process was fast and easy, the facility clean and very convenient. Hassaan was also up front about potential rate hikes, which I sincerely appreciated. Everything was on the up and up and I recommend giving Hassaan a call if you are looking for a storage space.

Rented our fourth storage unit from Public Storage in Aliso Viejo. We could not recommend this facility or its staff more highly. On the day we arrived Kat, Ashley and Mick were so kind and professional. They immediately took us on a tour of our new unit, it was like taking a walk with old friends. Our unit was well lit, thoroughly clean and perfectly ready for our most precious valuables. We have been customers at this location for years. Our units have always been safe and protected without ever an incident. We will continue to be satisfied customers for many years to come. If you need to store your stuff in Aliso Viejo, this is probably your best bet. Decent staff when I went in there, they hit you up with paperwork and some fees but it's mostly reasonable. The prices could be better but everyone thinks they should pay less for it storage so...

Dunno where to start. Too long of a story, just a bad experience. Maybe when I'm in a better mood I'll come back and fill you guys in. Bad facility, not maintained, bad customer service, no flexibility to just take care of a paying customer's needs, charge you up front, etc. Etc. Etc...

Hassan was very knowledgeable and helpful. Also quite pleasant. Which was refreshing under the current circumstances. I would highly recommend this site.

Why is the office always closed when I stop by during office hours to make payment?

It was a Sunday morning and I'm sitting in a U-Haul full of my stuff, needing a storage unit at the last minute. I called and got the main call center, but the CSR is so personable and helpful and seems to really care about my situation. He finds me the most convenient and affordable location to suit my needs, and soon after I get a call from Vincent. He says, "come on over!" The entire Public Storage experience, and especially the Aliso Viejo location, was flawlessly positive. The storage unit was perfect for my needs, they explain everything, and the whole property feels safe and secure. Move-out was just as smooth as move-in, carried out by Jordan, as Vincent has now moved on to other opportunities. I bought their cylinder lock, I bought their insurance, I had all the proper IDs and payments, and all was right with the world. They will help you and you will be grateful like me. Thank you so very much all!! I will see you again if I need local storage again.

Stopped at the facility just to look at prices and my husband ended up renting a unit here. Jose was wonderful. He explained to us how to stack all our furniture and items so we wouldn't have to rent a large unit, thus saving us money in the long run. First of all Jose was the greatest help there at this facility! He showed so much interest trying to help me, very professional. Walked me around all the different units to find something for my need. All units are kept clean and well maintained, out of all the workers there I would recommend you going to Jose!

This facility is the best, BUT possibly even better were the people that help me. I have been storing things here for about 2 years and in that time all I have received was professionalism. I appreciate the contact and support you get when you are in need of their help. This last week, when I was moving my stuff, Jon proved to be again, the best! He helped me so much and the personal touch and professionalism that he displayed was most gratifying. In times of need and caos and stress, you really don't need to deal with problems and/or obstacles, and here Jon was one to go the extra mile. or two or three. He was positive and his attitude was the best. I think that makes the difference from having to deal with a business than to actually be doing business with someone. Thank you again, and I recommend this facility to anyone. It is always clean and there have never been problems and or complains. Hello, My name is James Eder. I have a Self Storage for my Work and Equipment. The Aliso Viejo Self Storage is a Beautiful Storage Facility. I have had over (12) in my time in business. This is by far the cleanest Storage Facility that I have ever had. It is Brand New and is State of the Art when it comes to security and layout, which is very important to me. I also had a situation the other day whereby I left something behind and Myette was kind enough to run it to me before I drove out the gate. For anyone who wants a spotless Storage Building, with Security at the top of the list, I would say this is the place to call home for your storage needs. Sincerely, James

We rented a unit this month and were very please with this facility and the staff working there. Jose was extremely helpful and helped me save some money! Which after the holiday season, can't hurt!! If your in the middle of moving I would highly recommend you to stop this public storage!!

I just rented a unit here and everything went quickly and smoothly with the help of Aian and Jose! The facility is in a great location and is well maintained and spotlessly clean both inside and out and well lit with motion sensor lights throughout the hallways ~ you will certainly feel safe while storing things here. You can be confident that your belongings and you will be secure and safe with the constant camera surveillance and electronic entry into the storage units as well as into the elevators if you are not on a ground floor unit. You are able to park your car close to where your unit is and they have dollies to use to move things from you car to your unit. You also have access 7 days per week during an adquate range of hours. I was also offered 50% off the first month’s rent which helps to offset the cost of new account administration fee, lock fee for the unit door and required monthly insurance. I would highly recommend you check out this PS Storage facility and ask for Jose and Aian to assist you if you are looking for a great place to store your things!

Love these guys. Always helpful and courteous. Recently needed to transition to a larger unit, and they were able to work things out splendidly. No hassles, lots of smiles, and were able to work things out with my hectic schedule. Jose and the staff are great!!!

Very nice, clean, well lit space. I chose it because they have climate control and I'm glad I did, plus there's a very nice discount for the first month. The people in the office were extremely pleasant and knowledgeable and the transaction was clear and uncomplicated. I worked with Tyler and he was very helpful and explained every aspect of renting the space. He was very patient with my questions and made sure I was able to operate the door and the lock before we left the unit. I am looking forward to an uncomplicated relationship with Public Storage.

My name is Thomas(Tom, Tommy D, TD, Tomas,etc)Davidson, I have been with the Aliso Viejo location for a number of years and now have 4 units. Today, April 3rd,I met with Jose and DM Lizanne, to obtain a new lock and key for one of my upstairs units, as well as account update and pay to date all bills due. I tell you, I've had a successful 25+ year business sales career and know a thing or two about dealing with folks with a professional, diplomatic, dignified, efficient and yes, cheerful approach and demeanor. I experienced all that and then some from both Jose and Lizanne. Also, a gentleman named Glenn I've engaged with in previous matters has been equally as pleasing. Anyway, I highly recommend doing business with the AV location for all these people reasons, and not just for another brick and mortar site to house your stuff. In all sincerity, Tom Davidson (p.s.: somebody please give these people a raise!)

The Manager at this location, Jose, made the process extremely easy and the facility is very well maintained. The location is also extremely convenient.

I just moved to Aliso Viejo and had the pleasure of dealing with José at PS Storage. José really went out of his way to make sure my move-in experience was an excellent one. The facility is great! Clean, convenient, easy access off the 73, and even has a loading dock to my building for easy access. I checked out other facilities in the area prior to making my decision and this facility exceeded all my expectations on every level. I would highly recommend this location to anyone seeking storage in this area.

Facility clean and well maintained. Customer service staff friendly, courteous and helpful at all times. I had only 1 small issue r/t move out and it was handled quickly, courteously and to my satisfaction. I will use them again if and when the need arises. The person I most dealt with was Glen but everone was helpful.

Corporal Jankowski threaten to not sweep in front of my unit, unless I told you how well maintained this facility is and how professionally the facility is staffed and intimated that Sargent Lizanne would be in charge of any future remedial action, contemplated.

We came to this location recently and were approached by a helpful young gentleman Ivan. It is great to see that there is still great customer service out there... even for existing customers. If you need a storage unit I would recommend this location and ask for Ivan.
