I went in to this store so confused my first time needing a storage an i was lucky to have great support from the store one of there employees Tiffany was so patient with me!

I went to price out a unit about a month ago and a very nice gal was in there, very informative. I think her name was Nichole. But I have been there 5x’s now trying to rent a unit and there is no one ever there! The only reason this is getting 2 stars was because Nichole was so nice in the beginning. I went to interstate down the street, go there, at least there will be someone there.
Nichole was super helpful and knowledge, and took care of all our needs. She was very friendly as well! Thank you Nichole! My fiance and I moved in here about two years. Nichole and Chris have always been great! They know us both by name always check on us. I always see them out and about keeping the property up. Any issue or have had they're quick to help fix it and take care of us.
We just moved to the city and Nicole helped us in getting a storage unit. She rocks!

Very helpful staff. Customer service at this location is excellent. They called me once I booked and answered all my questions. I called back couple of times for follow up questions and got their voice-mail but they called back within an hour or so of me leaving messages. App is pretty good, can be used to open the gate and has other services too.

Everyone that works here is so awesome and very helpful. I feel like for most of us moving can be very stressful especially when some of our circumstances are not so because of breakups or losing our jobs. Nobody wants to pack their lives into an oversized closet. So when im having one of those stressful days the employees here make me stress a lot less. They are always so nice and understanding which makes me feel so much better.

Dolly was most helpful and courteous. She took the time to show me a couple of units, so I could see what the volume actually looked like. Great location, feeling safe and secure, locked gate, operated with a personal code, with all day access. Today John made quick work of updating some of my account information that I could not access. Courteous and efficient. All the staff is friendly and helpful.

While the individuals works at the unit have always been extremely kind and accommodating, the astronomical price increases by the district management are, in my opinion, unfair. After being told the rate of my unit was not going to skyrocket, sure enough after only 6 months it jumped 26% from $181 to $229. A $48 per month increase is ridiculous and the definition of a bait and switch. For Billy to not even attempt to work with me (and no I don’t want a smaller unit otherwise I would have a smaller unit already) is very poor business practice. Consider me a displeased customer who will be looking elsewhere
Staff was very friendly but they kept raising my rate every four months, so I moved to another storage facility. I can tolerate a rent hike once a year, but three times is ridiculous.
My mother stores here. I’ve had to call and speak to Nichole on multiple occasions. She has always been helpful with any questions I have. Thank you!

Another great public storage
I had a bad experience with management from stealing personal property & charging me for a extra month . I vacated from the unit I was told I had to clean it up before I leave I came back in a week before the month I was charged for was up . Upon arrival I notice a few things were missing I brought it up to management I was told by acting manager it was trash and charge me for a extra month and clean up this is how the unit look when I turned in my lock and keys

I have rented storage units from various places in Livermore through the years and by far Public Storage at 836 Airway blvd and Nicole are the best! I have been renting there for over three years now and changed units a couple of times(needed more space). Nicole always has the answer to every question I've asked, she really knows the business. At other places I've had problems with managers understanding my needs. Nicole is great at keeping the lines of comunication open and clear. She goes by the book,,no if ands or buts! She puts a smile on your face, and reassurance.in your heart that your stuff is stored in the right place!😊

Only moments after I had booked a unit on the Public Storage website, I received a call from Chris who was very kind and helpful with pricing and other details. I met him onsite close to closing time. Even so, I was not rushed and was ready to move in shortly thereafter. When I ended my lease, I was dealing with personal issues, but that did not stop Nichole from going above and beyond to make sure my termination went smoothly. Truly a great experience and should I need to store my stuff, you betcha this is the first place I will call!

Very convenient and received great service from Rachel. She helped us navigate getting two units closer together. Only complaint had to do with the online corporate reservation system - cumbersome and were not helpful going through the reservation process.

Public Storage every year raises the rent so in only a couple years your $85 storage is $120 CRAZY so if you move to another unit you get the new tenant price. So if your needing long term go somewhere else. If you are late 30 days even after paying on time for 5 years on the 32 day when you go to pay past due and current. SORRY SOLD YOUR LIFE'S FAMILIES TREASURES YESTERDAY at auction. This location Kristi has become very helpful, I don't think she would do that again or hope she wouldn't. I think Public Storage policy is the problem and this location probley better then others because of Kristi.
