Tiffany called me today 4/8/2022 as a courtesy regarding my bill. Tiffany is amazing! I was really upset due to the rental increase but Tiffany was so pleasant and calm. Tiffany went above and beyond in solving my storage situation. I've rented from another Public Storage facility in the area for 4 years. After notification of a substantial monthly price increase, it was time to find a more affordable option. I chose 1018 Duane Ave. I received a confirmation of a storage reservation as well as a follow-up call from Tiffany. I told Tiffany that her location was farther away but more affordable. She did a little research and locked in my current rental rate for 6 months at my current location. I she saved me a move! Thank you Tiffany!!!

Ran into complications with reservation, delaying process to rent a storage but Sheila was amazing with getting it fixed. She was actively trying to find a solution the whole time and ended up giving a great deal to resolve our issues. Highly recommend working with Sheila to rent a place here. Feel a lot better with my stuff at this specific public storage since she lives on site as well.

I've been here over a year now and have been very pleased with this location. A couple of months ago Sheila had kindly introduced herself to me and a colleague while I was going through inventory. I recently had damage from another vehicle while on the property. I did not see what happed but Sheila was able to take the time check the video footage for me and... Bingo! You are not going to find a more helpful, patient, and kind individual than Sheila.

I have been renting this place for close to 18 months. My experience with this place is great. The property is clean and tidy. Easy access to the 101. Sheila was very helpful in answering the questions and my checkout procedure.

Reserved online two weeks in advance and the moving of the move, literally while I'm online finalizing my paperwork, after I've already packed up the car and am about to head over and move in, they call me to say they actually dont have my space available. Sheila (owner? manager?) didn't even apologize, just well we dont have that but we can give you something smaller. If I wanted something smaller, that's what I would have reserved. Whats the point of making the reservation?! Complete waste of my time.

We’ve had our storage at this facility at 1018 Duane Ave, Santa Clara, CA for 2 years. It is a very clean facility and very safe. We never had any issues. A special thanks to Tim for helping us with our final day paperworks. He was very friendly and professional and great service overall. Thank you again Tim. Best storage facility I have ever been to!

Tim was super helpful in assisting me to secure a space at this location. I had reserved a unit online at the introductory rate but what I didn’t realize was that this was only a temporary hold. Another party could fill out the rental agreement and rent the unit from under me. This would have to been good since I was ready to move in that day. I received a call twice from Tim letting me know the urgency of hurrying up and completing the rental process since there was only 1 unit left in the size I had requested. He was worried that someone else might rent it before I had a chance to. Apparently there was an issue with the website so the rental agreements were not coming through online. He was able to manually send me the link for the rental agreement so I could complete it. This took about 15 minutes but Tim was patient and stayed on the phone with me the entire time. Luckily we were able to figure how to complete the rental process so that I was able to go straight to the storage unit without ever having to meet or talk to someone in person. This was a huge plus during the COVID-19 social distancing. Great service and never did I feel pressured like some of the other storage places I’ve been to over the years.

I would rate this place 4.5. The staff are very friendly and helpful. They provide all the information and options you need to help you make decisions on your space. Jason, the manager contacted me when something looked unusual on my lock just to make sure it has not been tampered with so it made me feel they really look out for you. Only reason why I didn't give 5 stars was they decided to raise the rent a little too high too fast. I was expecting 3-5% typically escalation, but I guess it's the bay area? Anyways the staff was very helpful in helping me find a smaller unit that I could afford, and transitioned me seamlessly. The place is also secure, well lit, clean and accessible next to 101 freeway. I'd recommend this place.

We had the space for a while and yesterday we wanted to see if there’s another unit on the ground floor with a drive through access available since we might have to ship some big items over. But because this location is one of the best in the area, there’s nothing open but he still made sure to help us look around the neighbor public storage to see if there’s anything available. He even tried to work out the best pricing for us to save us trouble and time! We were there on a Friday afternoon I’m sure some managers would want to get ready to go home to celebrate their Friday night but Jason still made sure we got all the details! I just want to give him this review he deserve and show that we really appreciate everything he does for the customers! :)

I have to say, this has been one of the best storage places I have every used. Jason is amazingly friendly and very helpful. He always made sure every question I had was answered and was a pleasant guy to have a conversation with. The storage facility it self was very clean and very quiet. I was always able to find a good parking spot to load and unload my stuff and they make 2 carts available for their customers use. It felt very safe in comparison to other storage facilities I've used in the past. It is also conveniently located right off the free way and very near a U-Haul which was really handy for my recent move. All around great place. I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a good storage place in the Santa Clara area.

Nice place and the person is really good

I just signed up for a unit after several weeks of coordinating and planning my decision. Jason, the on-site manager at this location, went above and beyond the call of duty by consistently providing me with honest, useful information. Never once did I feel like I was speaking to a salesman who was trying to push me to make decisions that weren't in my best interest - quite the opposite! He made the entire experience easy and pleasant, and really sets an example of how the customer service experience should be like. It didn't hurt that I got a great deal too! Great experience overall.

I found Jason (The person in charge) to be extremely professional. He was polite and guided me well with the entire process that included a quick tour of the available spaces that would fit my needs, the paper work, insurance, the types of payment options and detailing all the costs associated with renting the facility. Sheer total transparency.

My husband and I are moving and it's been a very stressful 2 weeks but with the help of, Jason he's made this whole process easy for us. He's very informative, great attitude, great customer service, someone who definitely goes the extra mile to help others. There was only one ground unit left and we were in desperate need to move in asap, someone else just got through moving their stuff out and Jason asked if he could please clean the unit thoroughly before we move in. He could of not cared and let us in but he knew the customer who occupied the place has been there for more than 4 years. Thank you so much for all of your time and patience. Jason was absolutely awesome. He went way out of his way to assist me in getting the right unit for a fair price. I ended up paying less and actually getting the promised discount from public storage. Before leveraging Jason's services I was considering using another company. Jason made sure that I was really taking care of. I could tell he really cared. He even recommended a locale church that I could attend since I was new to the area. I have not experienced this level of service from a storage management professional. I could go on and on, but I have a long list of things to do. If I know anyone in the san jose, ca area or even the bay area looking for a short to long term storage unit; I will definitely send them your way. Thanks a lot Jason.

Jason was articulate and helpful during our move-in. Update on 9/26/2016: We received a bill for the agreed upon $72, and then when we went online to pay, the rate had increased to $98. We are currently on vacation in Europe and were unable to discuss it with you in person. Please know that we plan on reviewing the matter with you when we return on the 29th. Thank you Jason!

Hi, got there year ago; he did talk a lot, just nothing important; RESTROOM NEVER OPEN & NO access code ever; if office is closed - Restroom too; if you have to go is nowhere to go; you may pee to the bottle, on your legs or bring own restroom with you; even Santa Clara City Mayor love it; ... Just jump to your car and find something around while half of your stuff are on corridor. Elevator need 3 seconds to get in, while Fire have 10 seconds to burn you; No Oxygen doors, just slots all over the building; Building is total Fire Dangerous today; even Hitler could be proud from it; Seen Dachau, they have Lights ... while Public Storage don't. 12 century system in middle of 21 century & High Tech; I'm Moving out, Rich from Europe ...

We have rented out the public storage at Santa Clara location today. We are yet to move in but one thing that made us choose this storage over others was the property manager Jason. Haven't seen such a hard working and dedicated person. He stayed much later than the closing time to show us the unit. He patiently explained us all the rules. We also loved his frankness and honesty. We hope our experience with public storage for the entire duration is as amazing as our start today.

Jason the manager onsite was very knowledgeable of his job and was able to get me thru the paperwork quickly as we were in a time crunch as well as getting me a unit within my budget and size specifications. All other storage companies were so unhelpful until I found this location. The manager on site, Jason, was very very helpful and made me feel very welcomed when I arrived and helped me get through the paperwork in a timely manner without sacrificing on customer service. If you are into clean no-hassle storage units, this is the place to go and highly recommend using their facility!

This property is easy to get to and is a very well kept property. It is secure and clean. Jason the property manager is very professional, cordial, takes the time to listen and explains the information very clearly. I have used other PS sites before but this one by far is the best.

The service is horrible, the company doubled my rate after 5 months. Don't let them lure you, because they will bump up your rate after you move your staff in.

During our time at this storage we have been very pleased with the facility & staff. We especially like that it is inside & ground level.

This property is quite far from where I live. The reason I was sold on renting a unit form this location is because of the property manager, Jason. He is very nice to all his customers and makes sure he informs you of everything you need to know before even committing to their service. He made sure his customers get the best deal (considering this is my first time to rent a unit, I can be an easy target for false deals). The place is beside the freeway and easy to spot. The property is kept clean and looks very safe.

I've been using this public storage location for years to store items that I don't have space in my home. They've always been professional. Jason in particular is always checking in when I stop by, making sure that there are no issues with my unit and assuring me that steps are taken to ensure the best security.

I visited Public Storage for the first time. Jason was very helpful and friendly. He took the time to answer our questions. Also, he showed us various sized units so that we get a good idea on the differences in units. Excellent customer experience!

We had a issue being able to get in to our storage , my mom was a bit of a headache for Jason and the PS team, but he was a great help with solving all of our issues!

I was in desperate need of a storage space with a great introductory offer for the first month. I had been inquiring with old university buddies I know and chatting it up with random people I'd meet in public like the local grocer checkout person. I don't know if it was fate or what but every person mentioned this Public Storage. It's in a great location near Santa Clara University so that's why a lot of college students use the place. I checked in with employee Jason, he set me up with the perfect sized unit. He must have dimension magic abilities or something because I just described to him the items I needed to store and he had it all figured out with the quickness. I am very pleased. The premises are kept clean, I saw employees sweeping the hallways when I was loading some stuff in my unit and the female employee was super nice and greeted me, asking how my day was. She even made me aware of one of my boxes that had fallen of the push/pull cart a few hallways down. If she hadn't mentioned it I would have lost my small box!!! I recommend this Public Storage (PS) facility over other PS facilities and/or other storage companies. The staff at this place is the key that is missing at other places.

Jasen has been very good and very patient. He is understanding of our business and what we do and he gives us no issues and let's us work at our own pace. He is a class act guy and let's you work in peace.

Jason was so nice and easy to work with. There was a mixup with the unit I was supposed to get and he fixed it right away. He was very thorough when going through all the paperwork as well and took time to explain everything. He answered all my questions as well.

I've used a few different Public Storage locations over the years, and I think this place is one of the best (albeit one of the smaller ones in the area). The resident property manager, Jason, is very friendly and always helpful. Also, this place is not as crowded as others, which is a big plus for me. (Never had a problem finding carts.)
