Worst place for your storage needs!!! Don’t BE FOOLED BY THE RATINGS THEY ARE ALL PAID I WORKED HERE BEFORE!!! They have so many issues in this place I would NOT TRUST ANY OF MY THINGS. The people are just nasty and always on thier phone and smoking cigarettes. This location is one of the best and that’s saying a lot so imagine the other locations, please do not waist your time and effort here, they will randomly charge you for things and you have to fight to get the money back and it takes weeks. I am a local guide so you can TRUST ME WHEN I SAY THIS. Also I think whoever lives in the unit above public storage is smoking weed because I could smell it heavily.. NOT OKAY!!!

Unfair business practices. The storage unit I rented to store my vehicle for 3 months had a rate increase from $155 to $188. Significant rate increase with inadequate notice. Boo. Terrible. Unreasonable. Inappropriate.

Some of the best customer service I have received in a long time. As a first time storage unit owner I truly had no clue what I was doing. They were incredibly patient with me and super accommodating. Patti at the front desk is a saint!

The manager, Doug was a saint. We ran into some technical issues and he was so patient and willing to do whatever he needed to make it work. I couldn’t left there feeling very frustrated but because of Doug, I left feeling very happy.

I been in business for 6 years and never had a good experience with a storage facility. But amber showed me different and help me get the right size unit for the client to store her goods. As well as helped me buy all the right items to make sure the clients move was done safe and correctly even offered me dampcheck to secure my customers belongings I would give them 100 stars if I could.

I got this unit last minute and although i wasn't too happy about the fact that It is not accessible 24-7 and it was more expensive then I thought it was gonna be based off what I read online. (Turns out you have to pay extra for there locks and your required to have insurance... although Only a few more bucks and u can cancel after first month.... if you remember too!) But nonetheless I went in thinking like $60 came out paying round $100 BUT then the next month was prorated at like $35.... And now If I'd cancel the insurance I'd be at the $60 I expected! So it all evening itself out! but all that is neither here nor there when they have Patti working there! She is awesome! her excellent hospitality and customer service makes you forget all about the confusion, the few extra bucks, or the limitations on access time! Even on my MOST CHAOTIC days I leave with a smile! Thanks Patti!!!!

We like the facility but mostly we like Patti, the manager. She is a gem and you are lucky to have her. She is so generous and helpful with her time and effort to make things right and we really appreciate her and wanted to tell you.

Amber was extremely helpful we originally reserved a 10 x 10 unit, when she asked us what we needed to store and we listed our items she took us out to different sized storage units. We finally settled on a 10 x 15 which turned out to be cheaper then the 10 x 10 because we got our first month for $1. She turned what could have been a very stressful day into an easy and enjoyable day. She went above and beyond to help us with our needs. We spoke to Patty earlier in the day and she was just as helpful if you have items that need to be stored I suggest coming here.

We had Patti and she was wonderful. We got a great space on 2nd floor with air conditioning! Man were we thankful for the A/C. We spent the whole day there! They have an elevator and a cart to help move things upstairs! Also very thankful for that and when we ran out of water Patti had more that was super cold! All in all its a great clean facility with helpful staff with a great personality! I highly recommend public storage on kelly Rd!

I stopped in to inquire about parking, and was helped by a very pleasant lady, Patti. Even though she had no parking spots available, she directed me to another location where I received a great deal. I was very appreciative of her willingness to help and her kindness.

Stopped into this location for some packing supplies , Patti listened to what we needed to pack up and got everything we needed . She suggested extra boxes so we could get a discount and she helped load our car with what we bought . Highly recommended for packing supplies or for storage . Thanks for he great service.

Public Storage on Kelly Rd is a top-notch facility. I have used numerous different storage facilities over the years, and this is one of the best. The facility is clean, secure and well-lit, and the manger, Patti, is extremely professional and provides excellent customer service.

Our experience getting a unit here for my Mom yesterday was wonderful. The customer service that Marc provided was extremely professional and friendly. He even stayed open later to accommodate our travel schedule and help us get all of the necessary paperwork completed. The check in and registration process was a breeze. The pleasant surprise was that they gave us a rate that was even better than the one that we had selected online. Their rates are the best in town, by far! Thank you Marc and Patty.

This was my first time trying to relocate to a new storage. Ms.patty was very helpful and has an amazing set of people skills and a great smile. Even though i did not purchase a storage yet, ms.patty still took all the necessary motions and time to explain and help me with any concerns or questions i had. Sometimes i can be hard to handle and would not enjoy helping myself as a customer but ms.patty did not have any problem with making my day alot better. Thank you ms.patty and public storage for an excellent walk-in visit!!

We moved from Chicago to Fort Myers FL. and needed storage. Spoke with Patty 3 times from Chicago and she was most helpful assuring us that we would have a 10x10 when we arrived.
