I think this is the BEST storage experience I've ever had! Zogisle was so very helpful, funny and kind and made the move in enjoyable. Everything was explained well and I felt confident I would have zero problems with this public storage. THANKS Zogisle!

Great experience from the second I started my reservation. The app makes access and payment simple and quick. Zõgisle is awesome; he’s friendly, knowledgeable and extremely helpful! As if that’s not enough, the location is great, too; easy access to/from I-75.

This has been a great experiene. Meeting the manager was a first great step. First he was like a host welcoming my husband and I and giving us a tour . He then went over the boxes a other packing supplies . It was like making a new friend.
Zogisle was wonderful, and the units are very clean!
Zogisle was awesome to help me for my cat’s jump start although that is not his job when my car got stuck in the storage garage this morning. I really appreciate Zogisle’s above and beyond customer service.
Zogisle is the best! Worked with him twice and he couldn't have been more helpful. Friendly with a positive attitude, unlike a certain lady who works there and has been less than helpful and had a surly attitude.
Overall this location is great. The office staff, especially Zogisle, is awesome and is always willing to help. My only complaint is that customers are allowed to park their cars inside the bays and go to their units for extended periods of time. There are only 3 bays and they should be for loading and unloading only.
Excellent service
Highly disappointed, I’ve stored my things here for the past few months my locks were cut and someone wire tagged my unit and got in it obviously. My daughters 400.00 stroller is gone . The girl working the counter told me “ you don’t have our insurance , your gonna have to go through your homeowners insurance and the property manager is not available till next week “ … had my locks not been cut not a soul would have been in my unit . I WANT ANSWERS. I take pictures when I leave my unit Also

Everything was good till I walked in and the elevators were broke not one but both of them. Some guys from Wisconsin own the place so they dont care. Thats what ive been told by the the workers.
The best location I’ve used with this company. Always rent a unit from this company if it’s within range of where I’ll be for a while and wow this one is great.

What a pleasure from my arrival to now finished up with my move. The facility is very clean and the manager Zogisle was great. Took his time and farmilrized with the property. I feel like I made a friend. He is very nice and very funny with a great personality. Be sure to ask for him.

I needed quick help in getting a storage unit before my movers arrived. A friend suggested this first rate facility and I was very impressed. The physical plant was new, clean, and well kept, but my recommendation is focused on the property manager. He was very smart and helpful. He helped with IT issues I had trouble with and took a real interest in my needs. I strongly recommend that a one needing storage space in the Sarasota area, head for Initiative Blvd and ask for Zogisle!
The staff there has gone above and beyond any of my expectations and helping us get moved in... they where very polite, professional, accommodating and most importantly responsive. We recently moved out and again the staff went above and beyond to help us, incredible staff ! They were just as friendly and professional to us when moving out as they were when we were moving in !

This is a brand new facility, with an awesome staff. Christina assisted with my new unit. We had a couple of hiccups, but she handled everything professionally, timely and friendly.
